While scrolling through this horrible website on your phone, be prepared to not be able to browse because every 2 seconds a pop up to download "free apps" shows up and you continually will have to press the back button multiple times as the stupid app screen reloads. You barely can even view any items because how many stupid app download ads show up!
Why complete? Walmart Supermall offers a very wide variety of products, all in one building. I easily find what I need, from clothing to hardware to garden utensils, etc. Thus, after shopping at Walmart, I still feel energized in that the politeness and pleasantness of their ever accommodating staff add to my pleasurable shopping experience in most Walmart outlets that I've always gone to.

There is nothing good to be said about Walmart and the Walton family. They have made billions of dollars by cheating their workers out of reasonable wages, putting competing businesses out of business, bullying manufacturers, and influencing politics. Everyone needs to boycott Walmart! We don't need them. And we don't need most of what they sell.
I love Walmart.com, prices are much cheaper than in store, and able to find the items needed. Just disappointed they don't offer a variety of coupons, guess with prices slashed there is no need. But all in all the service is great and like the idea of ship to home or store and items arrive fast.
Ordered a cover for a smoker. The cover would be sent to my local store and they would email when it arrived. 2 weeks later no email. Happened to be at the store getting bottled water asked customer service about it. I admit I didn't have my official i.d. With me but I had my order on my phone and a photo of my i.d. On my phone and they refused to tell me if it was there. Asked for a manager. The "customer service manager" said I was an idiot for coming to the store with out an i.d. I admit her statement had merit but is the Customer Service Manager the right person to tell you this? For some reason I thought they are supposed to help solve the problem. Needless to say I have not shopped there since.
I have ordered items several times from Walmart on line. This occurred when I found an item in the store, but they were sold out of the size or color, or whatever specific. I found the experience of ordering on line to be very good. Items arrived in a timely fashion and if I changed my mind about the item, I simply returned it to the local store for a full refund. I especially like the photo service on line. Walmart on line is both reliable and trustworthy and no risks whatever.
I purchased my laptop there and the service was good, I think the service could be better, but it doesn't matter. According to my apreciation, the customer service has to change some aspects of kindness and support to their customers, they have to remember the fact that Walmart is a HUGE company, therefore we as customers deserve the best attention.
Despite that, I'm very happy with my new laptop.
Absolutely terrible! I ordered a gift for a needy family at Christmas, online, because they could not pick up the item themselves... came in damaged and all Walmart can tell me is that it must be returned to a local store... all I need is a replacement sent and the old damaged product picked up but they will not help me. This is ridiculous and I will never use them again... have not been back to the store since this occurred. I will continue to spread this to all that I know.
We purchased a 65" TV online and chose to have it delivered because I am an elderly customer and do not drive. It did not say delivery would be made by FedEx until after the payment had been made. The delivery was made 2 days after Walmart said it would be delivered. Signature was supposed to be required upon delivery but the delivery person did not bother to get a signature. The FedEx delivery person did not deliver to or near my door. They left the 65" TV just inside the door of the lobby of the apartment building. It is a public place, not a secure location at all. FedEx delivers small packages to customers' doors in our building all the time, but the 75 lb, 65" TV they just left for anyone walking past to grab. No, I would not recommend buying from Walmart to my friends and I certainly would not recommend shipping by FedEx.
Do not EVER buy anything on line from Walmart 3rd party. You will wait forever to get a refund if you even get it.
This is the most frustrating experience I have had trying to get my money back. I would pay more money to go elsewhere but never again thru Walmart
They barely answer the phone, and when they do they give the wrong information. Shelves aren't in stock. The mistakes made on my transaction requires supervisor approval but they can't get anyone on the phone either. Another customer was told "It's just easier if you go somewhere else". I can't blame them, at least they were being honest.
I have ordered fromWalmart at least a dozen times especially during the holidays. No lines, and free shipping if you order your item sent to the store you choose. Never a problem. I will continue to shop for items for my grandchildren there every year.

We ordered some chairs from walmart.com (marketplace), and had to go to walmart to return them 6 times (3 for each of the supercenters nearby). The gain in the price is not really worth it, if any. Choose the other options, if you can. Customer service online and in-store is really substandard, and they are probably enjoying the lack of competition in the market, or so they are thinking. Will think three times before I order anything from walmart.com again.
Curbside grocery pickup is the greatest thing any store has ever thought of. It is especially useful to persons like myself who are disabled and have difficulty navigating a grocery store. And the Personnel that bring the groceries out are just as kind and sweet and helpful as they can be
walmart.com uses alot of false advertisement saying clothing items are "unavailable", which is nothing but lies and b. S., items never sold out and doesn't have any reviews. Clothes sold on Wal-Mart.com don't sell out at all. Warehouse just destroying items because nobody buying it.
Don't buy extended warranty plans from walmart. They are worthless. I bought a window air conditioner with extended 4 year warranty. I have the warranty paperwork and the email confirmation of delivery of the unit. These papers show what I bought it and when I bought it and where I bought it. It has the model number, order number, delivery date, and sales rep number. What else could they possibly need? I don't have an actual receipt so they won't honor the warranty. I contacted Walmart 3 times and they can't give a copy of the receipt.
They screwed up my order from the first minute. Then, after many, many attempts to get things straight, they shipped the wrong order and charged me for the actual items I ordered, which were more costly. Exchanging was a $#*! because the items I received were not what I ordered and were fewer than the order. I will never shop Walmart.com again, and advise everyone to avoid the unnecessary head aches.
Wal-Mart has bad managers and there's no teamwork at all from my experiences with them. Csms are always breathing down your neck. They will can you for literally no reason even if you don't deserve it. They don't give help if you need it. Managers don't listen to their workers. They'll make up lies to fire you. Just as simply as I can put it find a better place to work.
