Walmart's reputation is mixed, with customers appreciating its wide product selection and competitive pricing, which enhance accessibility and affordability. However, significant concerns arise regarding delivery reliability, order accuracy, and customer service quality. Many reviews highlight frustrations with unfulfilled orders, inadequate support during issues, and negative interactions with staff. While some customers express loyalty and satisfaction with the overall shopping experience, others report feeling undervalued and dissatisfied, suggesting a need for improvements in communication, order management, and customer support to enhance overall service and restore confidence among shoppers.

Honestly no customer service, no help at all when needed. I can't believe america settled for this just to save a buck.
Twice in a row they delayed my order, been two weeks since i ordered the last one and it hasn't even been mailed yet. So called for a refund and was told it would take 5 days to get my money back. I am done with Walmart.
This is ridiculous, you won't take cash at self checkout, which I do not work here. I shopped in 30 minutes and going on 30 standing here. My time is worth more and this is why I have stopped coming unless I have to. Hire some damn clerks! Newnan, GA location is always this way.
This WALMART does not enforce employees wearing masks correctly. I was just at the WALMART at 1460 Golf Rd, Rolling Meadows, IL ******* on 09/11/20 and I noticed a good percentage of their employees were only wearing their masks over their mouths. This is the same as not wearing a mask at all. So, you need to take extra precaution and stay clear of these people or do not go to this WALMART. When people only wear masks over their mouths, they are breathing through their nose. This is how people breathe normally. When this is the case it means they are contaminating the air around them. This puts the customers in jeopardy if the employee happens to test positive for Covid 19. I happened to be at this Walmart to pickup an Air Mattress. While in this section of the store I happened to be in an aisle where two employees were walking by me. The one female employee named Bhadravati did not have her mask on at all. I asked her to put it on. She must not have heard me so I asked again. The other employee (Luis), next to her also told her to put her mask on. Finally she did. Shortly after that she was speaking to another customer. Unfortunately when she put her mask on she only had it over her mouth. So, I proceeded to tell the employee that was with her that I was going to write a review about this Walmart and mention that it is not safe for customers to enter this Walmart. This employee seemed oblivious to what I was telling him. I proceeded to leave this Walmart.
I accidently included something on my order that
I did not want which was provided by one of their partners. After receiving the order confirmation, I immediately contacted their customer service dept
which is all virtual. They told me it was no problem
And they would contact their partner to do the cancellation. After one week, I have contacted Walmart two times and found their partners
Telephone and email which I contacted directly about canceling the order. NO Response.
I am now out $23 plus tax because in the small print I see Walmart will not take back items from a partner. I liked Walmart during the covid-19.
However, I will never order from them again after reading other reviews and my own experience online. I am going to put this part of the order
In dispute with my credit card company.
I placed a larger grocery order online 3 weeks ago. The next day, a family emergency occurred (a death) and I needed to cancel the order. They took exactly $247.03 from my EBT card and won't refund it! I've spent an hour on the phone with customer service through 3 phone calls... each time being assured the problem would be resolved.
These are State/Government benefits for those in need.
I'm ready to call a local newspaper or tv station and see if THEY can help me get the money I need for groceries back! Actually, I REALLY AM going to do that!
I had purchased a couple items from walmart.com and when i wanted to return them back in March I called and spoke to someone who said they would get going with the return and nobody ever got back to me. I tried calling and calling but would spend hours on hold waiting for someone. It is now September and still no one has gotten back to me. I've wasted so much time and energy and still don't get the return. I hated this whole experience and the customer service just absolutely sucks. Unless you are sure that you won't need a return I would advise against purchasing online. It was an absolute pain in the $#*! and for nothing. I wish I could give them NO stars!
Although site info on cd/radio equipment I purchased stated warranty was for 90 days, it is not to be believed. Going deep into return policy several pages in on Walmart.com, one finds 30 days is the period they will accept returns of defective items.
Other than that they tell you to contact the manufacturer and see what you can get. Mfg was in China and could not be reached- I did find their wholesaler/importer in US and they will replace item- I am stuck paying for shipping. Otherwise I have a player that will play one cd before it starts skipping and then completely quits playing. Do NOT trust their warranty info on the item page. No more electronic crap from Walmarts.
Walmart was a good company, but No longer, it said on the website that it gives 90 days for returns, but No longer you have to search each item and see what the return is. But 90 is a totally FALSE with or without a receipt. I am done with them they are not the same as they us to be. They refuse to take the item back, it being a Printer. DO NO BUY COMPUTER EQUIPMENT IT IS ONLY 30 DAYS. But they advertise 90 falsely.
He is so rude and not willing to work. I have items missing and he just closed the chat with no help
I placed an order thinking I was buying dining table set because that's how it was advertised online. Well, I got my table but no chairs. When I spoke with customer service I was then informed that each piece to the set was sold separately. Smh so I basically paid $170 for nothing. Especially when I could have went to the store and got the whole set for the same price. I will never purchase anything else from these crooks
Phillipburg Walmart customer service has gone below downhill. I went to buy two items from this store first of allthey had one entrance blocked off. Then they had self checkout center closed at one of the store with no cashier's open in between. The line to the only self checkout area was wrapped around the store. A 30 minute wait to purchase your items. I did not purchase from this store and walked out. I will never go back to this store again will choose to purchase from Target in the future.
DO NOT order from Walmart.com Marketplace- I made a order and it came from the 3rd party supplier- they sent the wrong item and the 3rd party would not supply a return label- it cost me $50.42 to ship the item back- I did get a refund for the item but I am stuck with the shipping! Repeating myself they shipped the wrong item. Walmart Store has a sigh that you can make 3rd party returns but when I tried the manager said that sign didn't really mean what it said!
I was at Walmart in New Richmond WI on August 21,2020. I have had way too many wrong rings in the past that I now scan everything on there app before I put it in my cart. I had a cart load of items and found a blemish kit for $1.82. I scan and it rings up $7.97. I look at the upc and it matches. Mind you, the UPC strip is above the tags, which are above the item. The UPC strip is one that goes across the shelf so items are put in the correct spot. The corresponding tags are then put directly below, but above the product. I finish my shopping and go to the checkout. When the cashier rings up the item for the higher price I inform her that the tag stated $1.82. I show her the picture I took of the item and she agreed it should be $1.82. She then couldn't find her override key so she called a CSM over. CSM is a Customer Service Manager. CSM Kristen then came over, did a price check and removed all the product in that spot. She told me the price was $7.97 and the product was in the wrong spot. I told her the product is not in the wrong spot because of the UPC strip. (The UPC strip is about 4 feet long, meaning the item is in the correct spot) CSM Kristen then said that the tag was in the wrong spot and that someone must have moved it. I then told her it wasn't me and I want it for the listed price of $1.82. Also if she didn't believe me to pull the tapes of me in the isle. CMS Kristen said she wasn't doing that and the price was $7.97. I then asked her if she wanted to lose a sale of approximately $200 over $5. CSM Kristen said to do whatever I wanted. So I left. All over $5.
Don't Trust Them!
They sold it as a set but it isn't. Normally when we place an order for a set of dining tables with 6 chairs we expect the table to fit the six chairs. Each chair takes 20 nails to set up; not easy squeezed ones! It took all-day. The surprise is the table doesn't fit the 6 chairs!
Walmart supported the VENDOR, not the customer...
The chairs are incapable of going under the two sides of the table all the way. The sides which should be able to fit 2 chairs in do not. Either the chairs were constructed to big or the table has the wrong dimensions for the chairs. Yet when measured the table is the correct proportions as are shown online and on the box. Even so, online and on the box, we were not given the dimensions of how far apart the legs of the table were so clearly this was the error made in the construction of said table. Since this is a dining set that should seat 6 we do not quite understand why it can only fit 4 chairs comfortably. I have attached pictures.
I just received a delivery of a new lawn mower. Opened the box and numerous parts missing, no owners manual or instructions and the wheel house was broken so could not even start. What I got was a broken lawn mower with no parts put in an empty box. Was not even a box from the maker. Walmart should be ashamed to be associated with companies that have no quality control or employees that just throw a broken item in a box and ship it. I called Walmart and was transferred 4 times and finally got a hold of escalations. The name of the company they use is Joe's Factory Outlets. Now I have to wait up to 48 hours to be contacted? Help!
I purchase a lifetime warranty for my tires that I bought at Walmart in Murrieta, the got flat, i called to make an appointment, they give me 1 pm, I arrived at 12:45 pm, waited outside talk to the attendant, he says someone will be with me, At 1:15 pm nobody coming out I walk inside the store talk to the attendant at the automotive, they said yes they know about it, but the managers did not want them to touch the car, coz of covid, but they have the letter from the corporate that they can do the warranty, so they call the manager 5 times by the time the manager should up its 2:15 already i am waiting for all this time. They told me I have to remove my own tire and bring it to them, by this time I am very upset i waited for the manager for over an hours almost 2 hours, to tell me i have to go home removed my tires and bring it back, and they wanted me to buy a new tire, why would i buy a new tires that i have a warranty on it. The manager Megan said thats it take it or live it, and here comes the other manager Mathew waiving his title saying i am the higher up manager and you need to remove your tire or it will not be fix or I will call the security, I told him good you have a tittle and its only a tittle both of you managers dont know anything about customer service and the issue that I paid for that warranty. People it doenst matter the customer service in that Walmart is very bad I give them a big Fat Zero If i could. The automotive technician was going to do it He should me the letter from the corporate.
Walmart and Ebay are my go to for ordering online.
I despise Amazon.
Walmart has almost everything you need at a good price.
Great Value Brand BBQ Pork Back Ribs. I bought 2 boxes of the 500g ribs. Opened both up and one box was almost half the size of the other box. Box states 500g, but definitely not! Very disappointed on this product compared to other brands. Both package size and taste.
The agent never contacted me. I have had my phone in my hand the whole time. You are lying and no help at all. I asked for a refund and hope i never have to buy from you again. I will make sure i tell my family and friends what i have gone through. Thanks for nothing. This was my last communication with the help chat. Even the refunds take weeks. Do not waste your money here. Go to ebay or amazon.
