So convenient! The number of parking tickets I receive due to not having change on hand has decreased significantly! However, there are a few bugs in the new version. Sometimes, it won't allow me to select the desired end time.

They sold a parking spot they don't have and offered much far away one an hour before the reservation through email. They argued that it is an 'upgrade' in the email, and then said they offered 'comparable'. Original parking lot was less than a mile away, while the offered one was 6 mile away. My flight was in 1 and a half hour from departure when I found what they did. Please join me to fight against this frauds.
I booked parking at SeaTac Express Parking using Way.com. I spent $120.71 (CAD), drove three hours from British Columbia, got to the parking lot, and when I called them they told me they had no spot despite the fact I had one reserved. As a result I had to park at the airport and spend another $300 for parking. If Way.com had done their job and only posted places that had available parking this all could have been avoided. I will never use Way.com ever again.
Our car was absolutely covered in bird s***. The very aggressive and rude staff said it was nature and charged me $2 for a small bottle of water. I would not reccomend this site and I will never use it again.

We have used Way for over 3 years now and their excellent service just gets better. Within 5 minutes of reaching the car park you are whisked into the airport terminal. On your return from your trip, you can literally walk out of the terminal and straight onto the waiting mini bus. Add to this the fantastic staff at Way and you coudn't ask for more.
I have used this app many times and it is extremely reliable. I have a van and the information on space and height restrictions on each space is invaluable. Excellent customer service by phone or email as a backup.

Great. No more driving round to find a parking space, I know exactly where I'm going to park before I leave home and no more extortionate parking fees at the end of a day out. I can choose how much I want to pay, I can view the carpark before purchasing the parking space and I can pay before setting out on my journey. Love it.

I booked through this company for airport parking on a recent trip. It wasn't anything but stressful. I planned to be at the airport early leaving plenty of time to park. Turns out the location wasn't accurate at all. I tried there provide location and Google and called the driver. No good. They clearly state on their website you have to cancel before your arrival time. Okay, unless you don't provide a cancel link on your email or app. Think you can cancel through the driver? Nope. Did I mention you might need to catch a flight soon? Save the stress and go somewhere that is a quality parking lot and don't book through way.

I sure wish I had researched the reviews for this company before buying a pre-paid parking voucher from them. I too was scammed out of $43 for parking and after calling, sending an email with a receipt, the best answer I got was "sorry to mislead and confuse you". Yeah right. Sent two more emails with no response. Last email was a congratulations and hope you have fun with my $43. Please do not use this company.

This was a very easy booking to make and done in a few minutes. I could not believe it was as cheap as off airport parking. We have the convenience of a few minutes walk to terminal where off airport parking we would have to wait for a transfer bus and at least a 8 minute ride. Excellent choice of parking to get our holiday off to a great start. We will definitely booking with this company next time we fly from LAX

I've used way.com several times without a problem parking my car and shuttles to and from airport in Boston.
Unfortunately I mistakenly parked in another hotel parking lot and it ended in a night from hell!
Do not park or shuttle from Rodeway inn in revere, ma! Use comfort inn just up the street.
I paid to leave my car there and receive shutter service until midnight.
I called at 11:38 and they said "they needed to see where the driver was" I was called a few minutes later and was told " sorry she's on her was back and won't go back and get you"
What? I thought they said before 12?
So I had to call a cab and pay another $14
I believe I should receive a refund for the cab, even the cab driver agreed. He bailed Rodeway inn out!
Terrible, dirty and sketchy place that Rodeway inn is!

I work installing communications equipment in Seattle and Olympia WA. The parking app allows me to easily pay for parking and then submit the parking receipts to my employer at the end of the week. The app has become one of my "tools" when I work in Seattle or Olympia. I have told other people who park in Seattle about it and they tried it and love it too. Additionally, when one of my jobs takes longer than expected, I can easily extend my parking time on the app without going back to the street and putting more money into the ticket vending machine. Really makes my life easier.
They charged me to park in parking garage that was closed and caused me to be late for the show due to finding a parking spot that cost 3 times more than the original spot I paid Way to park in. It's a $7 credit and they won't give it to me because I don't have the receipt from the other parking spot. We threw $20 at the parking attendant and ran to the show. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Stay away from this company.

Parking was able to find a space to park in Manhattan. The map was useful to find my way around when some spaces were used, so I drove around the area slowly, trying to stay near to where I wanted to be, looking for the next closest space. Very helpful App. I'll use this again.
There is no ability to get a refund for any reason. They only give you credit on their app if plans need to be changed. If you receive poor service from one of their partners, and you try to let them know, they give you the run around and you end up out of luck.

I made a booking on ways web as a guest. I did not receive any email confirmation. Upon day of I forgot I already booked and made another booking. I called back to have 1 of the bookings reversed and was told not possible. What is most interesting is that the agent supervisor told me that it is not mandatory to send my confirmation via email and.just check the app. Keep in mind I created a booking as a guest. Now I ma fighting a battle with them to simply issue a credit or refund on my account for future booking.

I used Way Airport Parking for the first time this June. I can't say enough good things about the service. The staff is so friendly and professional. A bus was there to pick us up right after we parked! Our driver, Anthony, was extra friendly and professional. Upon my arrival back to New York, I didn't have to wait long for a bus to pick me up. Our driver, Jerome, was kind, fun and professional! I left without getting a receipt, and when I called back a few days later I thought that would be a problem. It wasn't at all! Mauritania took the time to send proof of my stay. All of this to say I would recommend using this service to anyone flying out of the US. Great service and employees! True hospitality!

Booked through one email, they charged me for the full amount...at end of trip, when I went to pay the parking lot, they claimed I'm not in system, so they charged me again. Called Way.com and their claim is that once a reservation is made, they can charge me and if the parking lot can't find the reservation they can charge me as well...what kind of ridiculous rip off is this? Now I have to go through my credit company and dispute the charges...never use this third party joke again and book directly through the parking lot

We have parked at Way for over 2 years now. (Used to use one of the outer airport lots, dragging baggage to the bus stops, running for a bus, waiting for the right one upon return and dragging baggage back) It is more than convenient to drive to a row indicated, sit in your car until the shuttle arrives, have help loading luggage, and enjoying a nice comfortable ride to the airport. Upon returning, use the Way app to know when the next shuttle arrived ( no standing outside in the cold or hot) and be driven in comfort right to your car). And belonging to the 5280 club and express toll program earns discounts and free days. Oh. The customer serous always awesome.
I have duplicated my order and try to contact them by phone, no one answer the phone, I follow their instructions and send email to their customer service and still have not hear back from them for 2 days.
I will take care this issue with my credit company myself.
I went here to get cheaper parking than the economy lot at Dulles. The say "from" $3.75 per day. Wow, A Great Deal! Not so fast... for every day it is $3.75 another day is $5.75 so it comes out to $4.75 per day. Yes, still cheaper than Dulles economy lot, but I actually paid over $6/day with fees. What I am saying is check around and know that their advertised price is not going to be your final price.

Brilliant service because of pepoles don't keep always coins in there pockets. It's cheaper than paying at the machine by quite a bit. It does solve the problem if meetings overrun as you can just extend your time over the phone. I like the vat invoice that makes life simple, what about a monthly invoice for business users or a discount for business users?
We had to cancel two flights due to COVID-19 which also caused us to cancel airport parking. Even though Way's policy allows for refunds, they refused. I complained and they said they would refund. Then they sent an email saying they changed their mind again and would not refund. At the bottom of the email they asked me to rate their customer service. It's AWFUL. I'm through with Way.

I love this app! Has saved me many a parking ticket when I've had to extend my parking or when I've not had change. I am always bitterly disappointed when I go to a car park and realise they don't have Way! Love the new location feature so I don't even have to look at the machine! Keep up the good work guys!
I purchased parking through them to be used at JFK. Their policy was that if I cancelled 24 hours in advance that I would get a refund. When Covid19 happened they changed and said there would be no refunds but instead I could have "way bucks." I asked for my $347 back and they refuse to give it. That was a month before my parking was going to start. So they keep my money and do not pay the lot for my parking. Totally unfair and illegal.

Just another scammer out there hiding behind 'tax and fees'. My reservation was for $7/day for 5 days + tax. My initial receipts was $42. When we returned, I checked my credit card acct only to find out they charged ne $59... that's $35 plus $24 in tax and fees. I will NEVER use Way again!
