So convenient! The number of parking tickets I receive due to not having change on hand has decreased significantly! However, there are a few bugs in the new version. Sometimes, it won't allow me to select the desired end time.

They sold a parking spot they don't have and offered much far away one an hour before the reservation through email. They argued that it is an 'upgrade' in the email, and then said they offered 'comparable'. Original parking lot was less than a mile away, while the offered one was 6 mile away. My flight was in 1 and a half hour from departure when I found what they did. Please join me to fight against this frauds.
I made a reservation for parking at Nashville International airport for 10 days if parking. The cancellation policy is anytime prior to arrival. I could not find a way to cancel the reservation through the website. I phoned the number at different times of day & on different days to realize they NEVER answer the phone. They never returned one of my messages that I left. I sent multiple emails requesting to cancel the reservation - all before the date I was supposed to drop the car off. I have received zero communication from Way.com. Now my credit card company is fighting to get my refund but way.com is fighting back. I would NEVER recommend their services to anyone for any reason!

Made a reservation and showed up. The parking place couldn't find my reservation at all made me rebook. They couldn't find that second reservation either. Ended up having to leave my car in a rush to make my flight called later when I saw I've been charged twice on my credit card and was on the phone for over three hours, and they still were not able to give me a refund. I will never park this way again
I have used app before and am very happy with the service. It makes my airport parking very easy and I have no worries, flying out or in, about getting to my car, as it is collected and delivered to me in exactly the same place. It is also very reasonably priced too. For a fee, I like the idea of the valeting service as an additional service.

This is the second time I have used Way parking, its very easy to find and so close to the check in only 10 mins walk, most of which is under a canopy. The price is very reasonable and the ease of booking on line is great. I would highly recommend this airport park.

It is most unfortunate that your company does not make it understood that consumers are booking parking through you as a third party and not directly with the location itself. It is unfair that you have a fine-print cancellation policy that necessitates contacting prior to the arrival time - which was arbitrarily set by me - and, moreover, that no one was answering the phone at the location when I was trying to call to cancel at 6:00am, a half-hour before our estimated arrival time. Your company is misleading. I'm sure that many consumers do not realize that they are working with a third party and not with the actual place of business. It is also unfair that you charge consumers the entire parking fee for the entirety of their booking. I will be posting reviews and contacting consumer grievances agencies in the hope that I can help other consumers avoid the trap you set.

I used it once to reserve an Airport parking spot. It worked, but the place we parked was horrible. The reviews were totally fake. The real review for that lot on Google and Yelp truly showed how horrible it was. I tried posting a negative review about the lot on Way.com and they never posted it. Never using Way.com again.

Clearly a bait and switch operator. Charged a higher rate than app indicated. Also well disguised the additional fees. Could have parked at the airport for less than they charged me. Awful and shameless operator…. Don't use them!

Way.com was offering spaces they don't have available. They kept changing parking locations, and finally directed me to one where they refused to honor prices and required payment at the parking lot at a little over double price.

I have now spent nearly 20 hours on the phone, chat, and emailing to get a refund for a reservation. I called and communicated with way.com and have been hung up on numerous times.
I have documentation showing that I cancelled well before their "updated" policy for coronavirus travel was put in place, which was retroactive.
My reservation was for April 7-14, and I contacted them the first time on 3/18. I have screenshots to show that their policy was still not updated from March 25 and March 31, but they refuse to give anything but waybucks.
Is it against what their own policy said for the time frame of my booking (and cancellation) and I can't get anywhere with the company despite repeated calls and no call backs. I get that times are rough for travel, but a blanket retroactive policy isn't cutting it.

Way.com/Way app-do NOT use this third party reservation company. I had all documentation and information for a refund for 4 of the 5 days for a parking garage reservation and they will not refund 4 days even though we were only there for 1 hour of parking. The parking garage would have been happy to refund me under the circumstances but I booked thru Way so they gave me the Way customer service phone number which I called right away and left a message. WAY will not reimburse me because I "opened" the reservation even though I had proof that it was closed and hour later. I consider this stealing. I didn't use the service and was willing to pay for the day (hour) I was parked but nope they are keeping all my money.

Reserved parking with way.com. However, when arriving at the lot ALL the spaces were full. Had to give up my car keys to a parking attendant who damaged my car. It would have never happened, if I parked the car myself.
My parents and I have been using them for a long time! I come back every time with my car ready to go. Bills are super easy to pay and I'm glad they take cash and not just a credit card. I have never been disappointed and I'm glad to have this business in New York! I even got a complimentary rose, which is great.
On December 30,2021. I had a reservation for 3:30 AM when I arrived at 3:00 I was told by one of the staff members of that way.com had over book them and there was not a space for me. They told me to go to other lots. I was with my mom on a rainy cold morning looking for a spot in the nearest garage.Of course everyone was booked and had to leave my car in the street. The staff member of the lot was very rude and I'm still waiting to get my money back!

Couldn't have been easier. Straight forward instructions. Did not have to hang around on arrival to meet parking attendant or when I left to collect car. Car was as I left it with next to no miles used. Very happy with the service and will definitely use them again

I made a reservation on line and paid for a 2 day parking in providing.
My reservation was to leave at 10:00am.
Because of no shuttle service and having to walk to the garage I left the lot at 10:09am. Nine minutes more than my reservation time. They charged me an additional day for a 9 minute stay.
I Would drink bleach before using their service again.

Stay away from these crooks. They do not take care of their customers. They sell parking spaces that they do not own or cannot guarantee. You put yourself at risk of missing flights/events. When this happens Way.Com does nothing to help or accommodate you. Stay Away.

The quoted price from Way is not the actual price you pay. It's just a quote that is not backed by the company that they are providing quotes for. You are better off going straight to the company that you are intending to patronize.

So frustrated with this company and their business model or lack there of. I purchased parking before Covid and when my trip got canceled, I canceled my reservation a month before it was set to be used. At this time their policy was you can get a refund for any reason. This was confirmed through an email and then all of a sudden I got way bucks instead. Then they told me they can't refund to my original account once you receive way bucks which I did not ask for. I figured than that I can use the event part of the app or movie tickets or anything like that because I live in San Diego and this app is really for more city living. Nope, they got rid of that as well and the nearest thing to me is two hours away and they won't give me my money back still to this day

I found out after the fact heat pre-paying your reservation doesn't guarantee you a spot, but it will be a hassle to get a refund. You have to submit a receipt from another parking facility to get your $ back even if they were the ones who did not honor the contract! Time for a BBB complaint.
