So convenient! The number of parking tickets I receive due to not having change on hand has decreased significantly! However, there are a few bugs in the new version. Sometimes, it won't allow me to select the desired end time.

https://gofund.me/4ba92661 I just started a goFundMe to start a class action against way.com. They sold a parking spot they don't have and offered much far away one an hour before the reservation through email. They argued that it is an 'upgrade' in the email, and then said they offered 'comparable'. Original parking lot was less than a mile away, while the offered one was 6 mile away. My flight was in 1 and a half hour from departure when I found what they did. Please join me to fight against this frauds.

When we showed up to park in a completely uncovered open parking lot, the attendant shouted "NO pickup trucks in my lot. I told those idiots at Way.com that I can refuse whoever I want and I told them I won't take trucks." (There was nothing in the certificate saying anything about no trucks allowed). I then had to send them my receipt from the much more expensive Park n Fly. They said they will refund me for my Way.com certificate even though I paid double for the Park n Fly. I will be surprised if I even get the refund.

They sell parking for lots that don't exist or who don't know anything about Way.com. Places you could park for free. Then when you aren't able to check in to parking, they tell you you can't cancel because you've already checked in. Huge scam. Just don't do it.

Tip for consumers:
They are not trustworthy at all. They are huge scammers.

I paid for airport parking, and could not use it because the hotel knew nothing about my reservation and had no check in for parking.

I stupidly made a reservation for long term parking for a slightly-better-than-average price. My flight changed and I spent 24 hours trying to adjust the reservation; no phone or email response and the website was non-functional, other than taking the money from my credit card. A scam that seems to somehow continue to exist on the web. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Booked the parking at 405 parking structure through Way. On the morning of the 24th, Way changed the booking to Prime Parking garage which turned out to be a nightmare. Prime parking garage has only 1 shuttle which goes back and forth and the wait time is a minimum of 45 minutes. Extremely inconvenient! Would not recommend ever! Additionally when we called to status of the vehicle, the attendant was extremely rude while answering the phone.

Upon returning from our trip, the parking lot shuttle was down so they couldn't transport us from the airport to the parking lot. We were told we would receive a refund of about 1/2 of what we paid to park. We never got the refund nor did way.com cover the cost of the uber we hired to get us from the airport to the parking lot.

Easy to park, short walk/transport to terminal, no problems. Love this company. Makes parking so easy and convenient. I can book in advance and not worry about it. Shuttle takes you to the ship and you are good to go.

Warning do not use this 3rd party parking company.
There way bucks are a joke, They quote you a price to pay at the lot. Then once at the parking lot your rate is $40.00 higher
With no explanation. The lot attendant suggested l don't use them in the future, they are a bad company, l could have paid much less by booking direct with the lot.
Way customer service is non existent, l will never use this fraud company again.

I don't understand where the bad reviews are coming from. I recently used Way Airport Parking service for a four day trip out of town. From the time that we arrived to park to the time that we got off at the airport, everything was great. The driver immediately picked us from our parking spot and was friendly and excellent. She kept us entertained on the short bus ride to the airport. Coming back was even easier. We went to where they told us where they would pick us from, got on immediately and we were back to the car. That driver was just as friendly. I think Way's Parking was convenient and had good customer service. Will use again.

I had a reservation on dec 2nd-5th but when I went to the parking, they told me that they couldn't accept my reservation from way.com because they were having some issues with that company, they never cancelled my voucher, no email, nothing, no time to change my parking's reservation. I ended paying $10 dls per day ($40) and way.com didn't care, I will never used that company again, no professionals at all.

I made a reservation days prior. When I got to location, they did not have a shuttle available or record of any reservation. Once I got to my destination, After missing my flight due to this WAY app, I called for a refund. The person I spoke to refused a refund And wanted to know details about why there was not a shuttle available. Then I asked for a receipt of where I was currently parked. Although I wouldn't have that receipt until I return from my trip. After that, my credit card number was stolen online and used to try to purchase more than $800 worth of merchandise. This is all exactly during the same time I was on the phone with the WAY app. Be careful… They obviously don't have all the bugs worked out, and their employees are not trustworthy.

Avoid Way at all cost! They dont vet the parking they are listing! One of their parking spot was charging additional $30 a day for a pick up. That's ADDITIONAL! We are being forced to pay cash or zelle, borderling harassing us. Way will not side with customers. Beware!

I prepaid for airport parking. They changed their refund policy AFTER I booked. I had to cancel due to Corona Virus. Now they won't give me a refund. Them not giving refunds make them thieves. Their mother must be so proud to have raised thieves

Scam website and zero customer service.
Reservations get lost with no record and phone is on hold forever. I once got thru to an outsource to India and it disconnected. I had to do a chargeback and maybe coincidental but the card was compromised shortly after booking and had to get a new card. Do yourself a favor and use spot hero. It's cheaper anyway.

I bought a parking spot near Seattle Airport. I've got there with my family and the person in the front desk when arrived told me they did not work any longer and could not keep my car there. The person at the front desk ask me to look for another place. When I call for the refund they started to provide excuses and ask me about the receipt of the other service provider. They did not refund. The wort service ever.

I arrived at Atlanta lot I reserved more than a week in advance. Was told there is no space go somewhere else. I said I had a reservation, they said "So did all the other people we sent away." followed by, "Don't blame us It is way's fault, they do this all the time." I had to get my bank to get my money back.

WAY IS a scam. Yes, if everything goes good, they're fine. If you own a business where they are supposed to forward you payment for the services you provided. FORGET IT.

BEWARE! If you are a business and WAY offers to get you new customers, understand that it may work out at first but if they need money to pay other customers, you may have to wait a few months to get yours. If you ever get it!

I booked parking at way.com. When I arrived at the lot (at Ramada hotel near Atlanta airport) there was no spot. The receptionist told me that way.com overbooked and I should call them to be relocated to another lot. Calling did not work. Nobody piked up the phone and in general their phone customer service is non-existent. Chat works but with limited time before the flight it was not an option. I ended up parking at a much more expensive place. After complain way.com refunded what I paid them (but not what I had to pay elsewhere). The original way.com order stated "Your parking reservation is secure and guarantees your parking space when made right here on way.com". My conclusion is that way.com is a scam. Do not use it!

Unlike some others reviewing here I had good luck and parked in a lot I had used before at a MUCH lower price. I had no problems (printed out my confirmation to present at time of payment) and I will certainly use this again. Thanks!

Always a pleasure to park there. We showed up and they were ready to take the truck and got us on the shuttle and on our way to the airport. Upon coming back didn't have to wait but about 10 minutes for shuttle and they had the truck parked and warmed up ready for us to leave. The easiest in and out I have ever done. Thanks!

Same with other reviews. They retroactively changed their refund policy during COVID, AFTER I already purchased and refused to give a refund back to my CC. I emailed back and forth and finally the customer representative played the compassion card stating "as an individual affected by [COVID] as well, we are all in this together." I'm sorry, but that's bad business to change your policies after the fact. I contacted my credit card company who credited me back. Do NOT use Way.com. Their values and customer service are deplorable.

I would rate lower if I could. Purchased parking for one week through Way.com. 24 hour attendant was non existent so my catalytic converter was stolen. Just found out another stolen catalytic converter incident was put on google review a week before my incident. Hate to say this but I'm sure some of the businesses support thieves. Repeated this review on way.com but they keep deleting it. Even when I express my concern about the parking facility, Way gave a default response. When I attempted to write an app review, app disabled my ability to proceed. Just don't use the app. The reviews are fake on both app and the businesses. Use google or Yelp instead.
FYI, Valupark is the same company as 405, there's no attendant on site

Only positive, shuttle drivers are nice and you can tell they work really hard.

They charged me and gave me a confirmation number. When I showed up to my parking spot, there was no space. I was sent to back up lots which also had no spaces. Then they wanted me to send them receipts of where I ended up having to park to prove I deserved a refund. It was absurd to reserve parking then when I am trying to make a flight to be sent all over. This company is awful.

Do not use them if you can avoid it. Use Parkwiz instead. I booked with them and paid for covering parking. When I got there there was no cover parking and had to park with uncovered parking. I contacted them immediately and ask for a refund of the difference. They ignore me and said it is too late. As we all know with flying you can go searching for new parking on the fly. So I fought the charge on my credit card. They then recharged me. Then they wanted to work with me as they say. But they didn't I asked again for a credit and they refused. HORRIBLE company stay away if you can.
