So convenient! The number of parking tickets I receive due to not having change on hand has decreased significantly! However, there are a few bugs in the new version. Sometimes, it won't allow me to select the desired end time.

They sold a parking spot they don't have and offered much far away one an hour before the reservation through email. They argued that it is an 'upgrade' in the email, and then said they offered 'comparable'. Original parking lot was less than a mile away, while the offered one was 6 mile away. My flight was in 1 and a half hour from departure when I found what they did. Please join me to fight against this frauds.

I pre-paid for parking at the Hilton by Newark Airport. $75. For a week to park outdoors. I shopped around and WAY.com offered the best deal. I paid. Arrived, shuttle service was fine. Upon returning, had a little issue locating where to catch the shuttle returning to hotel. Finally got back to the hotel and proceeded to the gate with my car, I insert the ticket given to me when I first parked, and I was charged an additional $126.
Unless you pay you can't get out. I contacted way.com and was told they have nothing to do with what the hotel charged me but they would refund me me what they charged. Now, I searched around and found better rates then what I got forced into paying, and this is how WAY.com treats there customers? No WAY.com will I even patronize there services again. Basically I got bated and switched! STAY AWAY FROM WAY.com
My husband booked a parking space on Way.com for our trip a few days before Christmas. We went to the spot as the direction instructed and found an empty driveway with locked doors, we could not get in of course and the owner of the place wasn't home. We called the operator, she kept asking us to knock on the door while I kept telling her the house was dark and no one was home. Because it's holiday season they of course couldn't find us another parking space so we had to go use the airport parking. If we didn't want to save money we would've gone there in the first place instead of using Way.com and wasting our time and almost missing our flight. This is so poorly coordinated and planned. I am not sure who's to be blamed, but if you are contracting ppl with their private spaces, make sure you co-ordinate with them ahead! Although they refunded us promptly I am still very very disappointed at them and will not recommend using their service.
Book parking thru way at newark airport. But when I came parking attendant said that they don't have parking for me. It was very close to plane departure, and I needed to drive around to see if other parking is available. I had to pay twice more for last minute parking not to mention stress i had to be late for plane. Do not book they them

Out of all the parking apps I have tried, this is THE best. I love it that I can park in new places and know there is a very, very good chance this is covered by Way. I get instant notification of my purchase, choice to extend if I want to, I cannot fault this app at all. I LOVE IT! Nice one.

Don't do it people! I paid for parking at the LAUREL parking lot. NO SHUTTLE! I sent an email to Ways to ask for my money back. They will not! Their answer is that they are not liable for the shuttle pick up. I'm tellin ya if I didn't get there a few hours early, I would have missed my flight! Go to a reputable park and ride EVERYONE! You can't depend on a driver! No good! I give them a big fat ZERO!

Way.com took my money and booked me a parking before my flight. I arrived@ the lot only to be told that the lot is full and way.com was notified 3 days earlier to not accept reservations for this lot.
Now I have no parking and parked@ the airport for 2-3x times higher $$
I called way.com and they denied responsibility and only refund they will give me is way.com "Bucks" that can only be used on their site.

Great! Easy to use and gives you nice discounts vs what you would pay in person. The ability to use the map to look around your destination is easy to use. I like that each parking location has photos. Customer service is great. I had an issue with not being able to use my parking pass, and contacted customer service via text, and they refunded my money and gave me a credit for the difference in price that I had to pay in person. Definitely a great business model in terms of customer service.

Do not use their service, when I came with my car to park it, they asked me to leave since their was no available parking spot and di not give me and alternative solutions.
Then when I tried to get refund, they told me, to refund for cancellation, what the hack... I am struggling to get refund now

The parking lot was very shady looking but we left my car for a week anyway. When we returned from our trip my rear bumper was dented. I took pictures. They didn't seem to concerned and said a manger would call me the next day. Two days later with no call back from them I called and was told I would get a call back. Nothing. I called again and nothing. Many calls later I got nowhere with them. I would NEVER use them again and I hope you wont either!

I used them in Houston, TX at a Marriott Hotel. When I arrive at the Hotel and talk to the receptionist, they say that they no longer accept Way customers because they haven't been paid by them. I then had to call another company who Marriott does deal with because my flight was due to leave an hour later and paid for that service. When I called Ways to inform them that I was denied service and wanted a refund, they told me they don't do refund but would apply a credit. When I try to use the credit, I don't see it on my account so I called to ask how to use the credit on my account. While she attempted to tell me how to apply it, I ended up paying the full price for the parking. She then told me that she would simply cancel the reservation and I could use the credit when I rescheduled it. To make a long story short, I paid exactly what the price was before I tried using the ways buck. They are a complete rip off!

Easy to park and they pick you up at your car as they have a roving bus to pickup customers. Return was just as easy. Both drivers to and from the airport very nice and helpful. Attendant in the exit booth very pleasant.

I paid for a parking reservation over Thanksgiving using Way.com. When I got to the parking lot, it was completely full, with no where to park my car. I was forced to drive around looking for another parking lot to park my park. The only lot available was the airport parking lot, which was 3x the cost of my original Way.com purchase. When I was asked to be reimbursed by Way.com for this extra cost, I was denied. So I was terribly inconvenienced, stressed out about almost missing my flight, lied to, and given terrible customer service, even by a Manager. This company has no integrity and doesn't seem to care about the terrible situation they put customers in. They don't attempt to make things right. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Fantastic. I needed a space urgently and I found this app and despite the stresses of time against me I was able to book a car parking space and drive there within 5 minutes of downloading the app. I'm not sure if I was rushing but a feature could be added for 'any additional info' like for example if a hotel has ANPR and you need to register your car reg in the lobby with the business just to make sure you don't get a fine.

I have used Way for several years. It is by far the best parking there is. I have used open air and covered and both I was picked up and delivered to my car with the driver helping me with my bags at all times.
Made the trip into New York absolutely painless. Pulled in, attendant took car, and off we went! Upon return, car was retrieved in minutes, and we were on the way out. This is the way to park when visiting New York. Price was very reasonable.

We made reservations online. When we arrived a shuttle was there to pick us up as soon as we parked. We were picked up promptly on our return even though our flight was delayed. It was easy, reasonably priced, and we will us Way again.

I picked up my jeep after a week only t o find the name ornament had been removed. I didnt know these were worth money then i realized this place also rents vehicles. Perhaps thats where my ornament went. I wouldnt use these people
Great price, easy reservation system. I selfed park and a driver was there immediately. Upon return, the driver took me right to my car. The shuttle ride is only a few mins to the terminal. I'll definitely park here again

I was charged twice for one booking. When I emailed, they said there were two bookings in my account and there was nothing they could do. I filed a complaint on BBB (where they have a D, by the way) They called me back from one number and left a message to call another number. I called one number and it immediately hangs up. I call the other number and it says it can't be dialed. I found way.com when I was looking for parking in an unfamiliar city. When I went back to comment on the site that has the recommendation, I realized it was way.com's personal blog. To top it all off, their price was more expensive than if I had just booked it with the garage. Never never never again. Crooked company

Booked airport parking through Way.com. Parking and shuttle to be included. Arrived and found out no shuttle service at the location. No way to contact way.com, so had to continue with the booking and find rideshare at an additional cost. Paid premium for parking and very disappointed in the false advertisement.
This is a very simple parking app to use, we have multiply cars in our family and we really like the ability to choose the car we want to park before we confirm the parking, we have been caught out before with that one! Well done chaps nice app!
Way.com coordinates off airport parking with local hotels. I arrived with my prepaid reservation at the Day's Inn at CLT to park for a week. The hotel would not honor the reservation because Way.com has never paid them. They told me that they had tried multiple times to reach Way.com without success to notify them. I could not reach then either, so I had to scramble to make other arrangements before my flight. It was a nightmare. If I could give "0" stars, I would.

I use Way airport parking every time I fly out of DC. They have indoor/outdoor/valet parking options, and while you are gone you can even opt (at added cost) for car cleanings/detailing/etc. Way airport parking also has a reward program, every time you leave the vehicle there you are earning points toward free stays/cleanings/etc.
