So convenient! The number of parking tickets I receive due to not having change on hand has decreased significantly! However, there are a few bugs in the new version. Sometimes, it won't allow me to select the desired end time.

They sold a parking spot they don't have and offered much far away one an hour before the reservation through email. They argued that it is an 'upgrade' in the email, and then said they offered 'comparable'. Original parking lot was less than a mile away, while the offered one was 6 mile away. My flight was in 1 and a half hour from departure when I found what they did. Please join me to fight against this frauds.
Purchased parking on app. App said lot was attended and to show screen to attendant. Lot was NOT attended! There was no way to get ticket from kiosk for car. Called customer service and was on hold for over 20 minutes. Sent an email and as of today (over 24 hours later) still no response. Tried to cancel but app would not allow. Ended up paying double to get a ticket so that we wouldn't get towed. Oh, by the way the app price was the same as the parking lot price.

When we dropped the car off we had to wait almost 45 minutes to get picked up. On the way back to the car they didn't even pick us up. I had to take an Uber back to my car. For the same price I should've just parked at the airport. Horrible experience.

As of today, 3Mar2022, they have e mailed me every single day since then. I have unsubscribed 20 times; I report them for spam automatically every day (>100 times so far). Nothing works.
Be ready for that if you are crazy enough to use them.

Booked parking at LGA airport. Arrived at 430am as per the booking and informed parking was full.
Got sent to two other locations (one was closed) and eventually parked in a location 5 miles away. Had to pay $25 for taxi and way have refused to provide a refund.
Avoid at all costs.

I have been waiting over an hour and 15 minutes. They don't answer phone email or texts. They have my car or I would get another service. My wife and I have work tomorrow. It's now after 11pm and we have 75 minute ride home. Never will consider using them again. NEVER!

Is been using Way for airport parking. I had my flight canceled soon before I was to leave. I tried to cancel my Way order, and when I called a number I found online, I got hung up on every time. Try emailing them, no email! I feel jipped but tricked as well.

This is a horrible company. We paid for our reservation ahead of time w them and when we got to the parking lot they wouldn't honor our reservation. We almost missed our flight and this caused a considerable amount of stress and way.com didn't seem to care at all about my situation.

I paid for two days. I stayed for 30 hours. Because I had put my leaving time at 8:30 pm and I left at 11 pm, even though I had till 4 pm of the net day, they charged me for another two days! They don't even answer the calls and if they do, they say it is not their problem and you have to call the parking. When you call the parking of course, they say you have to call way! Never use them for parking. They are bunch of crooks.

I booked a parking garage in LAX. Travel plans canceled due to covid 19. Regardless, their cancellation policy states clearly: full refund before check in. I tried to cancel for a reservation more than 2 months away. They only allowed internet credit. Don't fall for this, they will be shut down soon. Dispute with your credit card company quickly. Attached their cancellation policy screenshots, DON'T BELIEVE IT! ABSOLUTE SCAM!

The site says you can cancel for a refund. I had car trouble the day I was supposed to fly in the afternoon, and emailed that morning to say that I had to cancel and not use the parking at Embassy Suites/BWI airport. They acknowledged the email. I was charged the full amount. They would not issue a refund, only a credit. That's not what their site says. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income, so this is a problem for me. False advertising!

I bought my voucher online and when I got to the lot it was full and told I need to go to another lot. I had 2 hours to spare and got to the airport with just an hour to check in. If I could give mo stars I would... disappointed

The attendant took care of us immediately upon arrival. He looked over the car and asked approx. Return time. When we picked up the car, he went immediately to return our car to us. The facility was clean, and he was very polite. Would certainly go there again.

I have operated a parking lot at Jacksonville Airport FL, this company started to offer our parking spots at a very discounted rates to customers (50% off) When I called and asked them to stop selling at this rate, they agreed to change the rate and compensate the difference to me. I honored their word and kept accepting the customers during holidays for a price of 2.99 a/day (unheard of) When time came to pay up they disappeared. It is a scam, this company is no good for any of its offerings..
This is always so easy to travel and leave your car. They pick you up at the trunk of your car, get your luggage, and deliver you right to the door of your ticketing counter. When you fly back in, you just step out the front door of the airport, hop on the shuttle and get delivered back to your car.
Great service. Great prices. Recommend to family and friends. It's a pay for your parking app. Unsurprisingly it allows you to pay for your parking on lots of High Street on road parking. Quick, simple and no fuss. A good App
Way.com's business model is to work with parking garages to get you a spot at a reduced rate. Way has no control or contractual obligation to control whether or not your reservation is honored. The parking garage is incentivized to accept a drive-up at their list rate instead of your cheaper reservation. Since Way.com does not honor the agreement, I strongly suggest that you work directly with the parking garage. This will save you the hassle and delay associated with a panicked hunt for expensive airport parking. Don't miss your flight! Stay away from Way!

Would recommend Way Airport parking. Only a few minutes to wait for the minibus to take six of us to the airport. Driver helped with the luggage on both journeys, and only a few minutes to wait for bus on arrival home.

This is incredibly convenient. Especially if you are in a hurry, once you have your vehicle information uploaded it takes just a few seconds to open the app and click start! You can do it as you're walking away from your vehicle. It locates where you are the majority of the time so you don't have to search.
They do not appear to care about how bad the lots are, at least our experience with AirLot JFK Long Term Parking. If you check their reviews you will see that not only have they been with Way.com for several years, but that they have always been horrible and unprofessional.

Since the door shutter is closed, have to wait for attendant to open the shutter. I thought the garage was closed and left. Drove around and backed, this time the attendant saw me and opened the shutter. Very good facility. Attendants were very nice.

It is quite reasonable - cheaper than getting a taxi both ways to and from the airport. I absolutely adore the pod from the car park to the Terminal. It is so quick and efficient. Getting a quote and booking the car park is easy and quick and considering this is a Business car park I can just about afford it!

They publish lower parking rates to get you to buy the parking spot. Once you get to the parking lot they dont honor the rates or simply refuse the parking. Also its very very hard to get a refund out of them.
