So convenient! The number of parking tickets I receive due to not having change on hand has decreased significantly! However, there are a few bugs in the new version. Sometimes, it won't allow me to select the desired end time.

They sold a parking spot they don't have and offered much far away one an hour before the reservation through email. They argued that it is an 'upgrade' in the email, and then said they offered 'comparable'. Original parking lot was less than a mile away, while the offered one was 6 mile away. My flight was in 1 and a half hour from departure when I found what they did. Please join me to fight against this frauds.
We have parked our cars with Andrews for the past 2 years, the service is always fabulous, friendly & professional. Easy and convenient. Also strangely cheaper than paying by cash or card.
Nice, clean garage, with pleasant employees. Only issue was that not all staff understood how the reservation and prepayment system worked. A small issue, but training would help.

Way.com reached out and asked that I drop the dispute with my Bank so they can refund me. I did & they ghosted me. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. DON'T BOTHER USING THEM. They sold me a parking spot that was not available. Embassy Suites closed its system online, but Way.com continued to sell parking spots at their location.
I DONT WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS! We booked hotel parking for the airport at SFO. The morning of our flight, we were denied at the Embassy Suites Hotel for parking. They said they were full and we would have to request a refund from Way.com. We had no parking for a family trip of 20 people and we missed our flight. We reached out to Way.com support via email. There was no response. When I called to request a refund, they told me they reached out to Embassy Suites and the parking attendant said they were accepting parking the morning of the reservation which is a lie! Way.com refused my request for a refund. I will dispute through my bank. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL!
Update: I did end up getting a refund, but I had to fight for it!
I booked parking in Fort Lauderdale near the airport 30 days in advance through Way Parking. What seemed to be a great deal soon turned into a nightmare, When I arrived at the designated parking facility I was informed that they were long sold out and Way Parking was notorious for selling overbooked parking. Now I was getting nervous about my International flight so the parking attendant made a few calls and found me a spot at a nearby facility that had nothing to do with Way Parking. Price went from $ 91.00 to over $260.00. With no time to shop around I anted up. SAY NO WAY to Way Parking.
Would recommend this company to anyone that needs a good affordable car park. Have used them before and have not had any problems whatsoever. Excellent service from start to finish.

I made a reservation for LAX parking with 2 months in advance. Once I got to the parking site they said there was not more parking spaces and that way.com had overbooked it. At 6 am in the morning I had to go to the closest parking spot available and paid 3 times as much ($389) as I had already reserved and paid. Unacceptable! Once I called they said they are working on it. They work it on it cost me over $250. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

What a scam! Got to the parking garage 2 hours before my flight only to be turned away because the lot is too full even though I have a PAID RESERVATION! Been on hold 3 different times for over 30 minutes to never be answered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is a scam with absolutely no customer service and their website is a joke!

DO NOT USE! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I've been duped twice. The photo of the lot was nothing like the reality. I saw a photo of an indoor lot and upon arrival, it was an abandoned space in an alley with overgrown weeds. The space was fenced and locked with no access. Fortunately, we were early or would have missed our flight trying to find alternate parking.
That's not the worst. Way refused to refund me. This is the 2nd time I've had thus issue with Way.

When we returned to LAX the shuttle would not pick us up saying they closed for the night at 7:30! We had to take an UBER with my 90 year old mother in law for $80 to retrieve my car. The reply I got back today when I asked for reimbursement:
