So convenient! The number of parking tickets I receive due to not having change on hand has decreased significantly! However, there are a few bugs in the new version. Sometimes, it won't allow me to select the desired end time.

They sold a parking spot they don't have and offered much far away one an hour before the reservation through email. They argued that it is an 'upgrade' in the email, and then said they offered 'comparable'. Original parking lot was less than a mile away, while the offered one was 6 mile away. My flight was in 1 and a half hour from departure when I found what they did. Please join me to fight against this frauds.
They moved my initial parking spot an hour before I had to check in at the airport. It happened to be further and through construction. I ended up parking at the airport and spending 266 dollars. After vacation I called and asked for a refund and they refused. Like I told the supervisor I hope the money gets your family some good Christmas gifts.

Reserved parking to fly out of the Philadelphia Airport at the Hawthorne Suites with the expectation that there would be a shuttle to the airport. Well, there was none! Spent an additional $40 on top of the $40 spent to park to get to and from the airport. Must say it would have been helpful to know ahead of time that there was no shuttle service. Thank God I had a great cab driver. This app should provide better information.
Tried to book a parking at SFO airport with them but confirmation came back at a different parking lot, at a higher price and at the wrong time of check-in! Tried to call them but they do not provide phone number on their site! Cancellation is only for a credit with them which is totally unacceptable. I do not recommend you use their services. They are only middle men. It is always better to book directly with service providers in the travel industry. Book with airlines, hotels and parking lots directly. It will save you lots of hassle.
They have a full refund guarantee, but then rather than refund you, give you a small fraction of "way bucks" in return, effectively stealing your own money under the guise of a money back guarantee. Total trash company.
This does not seem like a legitimate service, the company has over 200 complaints with the Better Business Bureau. When attempting to cancel my reservation, within 24 hours which should allow a full refund according the their policy under "change of plans" received an auto response stating a refund could not be issued.
From the confirmation email: "Change of Plans? Please contact us within 24 hours of your check-in date and our team will be happy to assist you with your full refund."
Response to my refund request approximately 12 hours after making the reservation:
"Hi,
Greetings from way!
Your request for cancellation has been noted and we regret to inform you that the same cannot be done as it can only be processed if done prior to the check-in date.

In Atlanta went on 21 day cruise. At the Days inn on Washington rd on February 3rd some folks probably an inside job broken into 21 cars the same night. This happened on February 3rd. Sent email for reimbursement to way no response. Called and they said your problem not ours.

The worst parking vendor in my life! Don't deal with this scam vendor. Last minute cancellation on the day of my trip that they initiated, which caused me to panic looking for another parking place.
I'm pretty sure at least a hundred people have already laid curse on this company and cussed at them.
For all that, I think that they deserve a double middle finger.
Tried to buy tickets for Long Beach Trans. Museum Express Trips. Site is so user-unfriendly, you think you are confirming but you are purchasing more tickets. After many calls, and help from my credit card co. And over $500 in wrong charges, finaly got it straightened out... I think! Would not recommend this site and would NEVER use it again.

I paid for long-term parking (10 days), lost my flight, and they did not return my unused 10 days, stole it. On top, the parking place was extremely unorganized and slow, which contributed to losing my flight, they had charged me $5 extra and I had to take an Uber back to the parking lot. It was just a stressful day, and around $200 total lost. I contacted Customer Service and they denied any support, instead said they would not return the money for unused days, and I also could not recover the extra $5 per day the parking lot charged. Don't use Way.com, their policies are design to steal your money unfairly.

Dropped my car off with an easy contact-less check-in from my phone. When we came to retrieve the car, we waited less than 5 minutes for them to pull it around to us. Excellent service. Would definitely use them again.

Simply great parking service! This app is absolutely perfect! I use it every day, all day! It shows me the parkings and number of bays, prices and even ways to pay... I don't waste my time in Central London anymore, wandering around and staring the boards!
I spoke with Way's customer service representative about a 2 inch horizontal crease in the front fender of my car while it was parked in the Ramada Inn SLC Airport lot. I told the front desk about this crease and a longer horizontal line of rubber or paint parallel to the crease.
I was told by the front desk employee that I must talk only with Way.com. Neither business will take responsibility.
Also, I returned my car over 2 days early but they have no policy for refunding money for early return. I certainly will not be using Way.com again.
Way's advertisement reports "safe" parking. There was no lighting in the area specified for airport parking. Obviously my car was not monitored or kept "safe".
Bought movie tickets from them and never got the tickets. When click on tickets it said no inventory.
Emailed and called 4 times. Chatted once. All said theyll get back to me and never did.
Don't trust these people. They're not going be stay in business.

Once it's set up, it's fairly easy to use. Great help particularly for hospital visits and extended waiting time for appointments. No more panicking for running to the car park for extra payments as you can do it all on the phone in the waiting room.
I paid for and arrived at a hotel to park before a flight and the hotel had no affiliation. Way.com was literally charging people for parking at a hotel that tows cars unassociated with hotel guests. The hotel said they had contacted way to ask that they stop sending random travelers to park at their hotel, and had no affiliation at all.
These people are oily, con artists. They did refund my money, but I missed a funeral after missing my flight after getting called back to the hotel to figure out why I had parked there. I ended up showing my receipt and not getting a ticket, but these $#*!s are just complete liars. They owe me a lot more than my refunded money.
This is just the $#*!tiest business and a total fraud charging people for a 100% fictional service. Absolute garbage.
Will never use again. Absolutely terrible customer service. Tried to cancel my appointment and the person I talked o just hung up on me. And then I ended up getting charged anyways. Awful, awful, awful!
Efficient, helpful, on time and great communicators, we came home from holidays and it was a super busy time at the airport - people everywhere, our pick up was there within minutes and our car parked ready for pick up. The car wash and polish in and out worth every cent. Thanks Way, we will be back!

Do not use way.com. I booked a reservation, got to the parking location and was told that they had stopped using the site months prior. I had to pay for my parking at the location even though I already paid way.com online. It has been two weeks, I cannot get a response or refund from way.com.
Waited 45 mins, with 3 other people, for the airport shuttle that never arrived. We were given a number by Way.com to call for the shuttle as soon as we arrived at the parking location. We did. After 20 mins, and 2 other people arriving, we called again and were told that the shuttle would be there any minute. Another 15 mins went by, and 2 more phone calls, the shuttle service quit answering. We finally called an Uber after waiting a total of 40 mins. When I complained to Way.com, I was told that they are not responsible for the shuttle service and that it is not a part of their company. For what it cost us to park with Way, it would have been cheaper and easier to take a ride share from the beginning.
Booked airport parking. Arrived at lot but attendant said they wouldn't honor Way.com booking purchase. Said to call Way.com for a refund. Waited on hour, no answer and had to find another lot on my own. Barely made my flight. Called again, this time waited almost two hours to get a person. Way.com responded they will refund the cost within 7-10 business days. Waiting for refund still (my 10th business day now and no refund yet). Would never ever use way.com for anything else.
If your plans change at all, it's a headache, or a loss in money, or both. I had to come home early from a trip, and if I had just parked with the lot I would have paid for only the days I used. Prepaid with way.com? Suck it up, mister.

Notice how their parking facilities all of great ratings of 4-8 to 5? Only on google they are all around 2-4. Way deletes ratings as they did on one of mine. They push off poor service on the parking companies at LAX and say that it's not their responsibility. Stay away..

My flight was cancelled but Hampton Inn / Way didn't refund, no way to cancel or change reservation, and no contact info, no pickup directions, just a paper with a reservation #. Way and the hotel point at each other as is the case with reservation aggregators. I now use Park Shuttle and Fly - stress free parking and pickup.
