So convenient! The number of parking tickets I receive due to not having change on hand has decreased significantly! However, there are a few bugs in the new version. Sometimes, it won't allow me to select the desired end time.

They sold a parking spot they don't have and offered much far away one an hour before the reservation through email. They argued that it is an 'upgrade' in the email, and then said they offered 'comparable'. Original parking lot was less than a mile away, while the offered one was 6 mile away. My flight was in 1 and a half hour from departure when I found what they did. Please join me to fight against this frauds.
I had a very bad experience at Hilton garden inn parking and I posted a review (1 star) on way.com. Within minutes of my posting, when I scrolled down other reviews, I found that they had posted my review (exact wordings) with different person names or anonymous and gave it 5 stars and back dated to 2017/2018/2019. Then i started reading actual 500+ reviews they had for the hotel parking and found almost all are fake. They were doing the same thing, same wordings reviews multiple times back dated to previous years and posted as anonymous. I talked to them in chat and they just closed the chat window. They are fake and this is illegal practice. I will complain to BBB.
The Way.com partner called The Rodeway Inn was too small for a large airport like Logan in Boston, Mass. I called Rodeway multiple times for a shuttle, each time I was assured that the driver was on his way. I was unaware that the hotel had only one truck to handle all requests. Bottom line, a one hour wait for the driver to arrive at the pickup zone. Unacceptable by any measure. Stay away. I will use a larger organization like Thrifty next time.

I always use Way if I can it's very easy to use you know exactly when your times up. As they text you ten minutes before it's up. And you can extend the time if you need to. Never get a ticket again. Many thanks Way

Contract clearly states that the shuttle to and from the airport parking booked is included. I was charged for the shuttle at the point of parking (otherwise I would have been stranded) and way refuses to reimburse me / refund me the money I had to pay.

My airline delayed my flight due to weather for most of a day before they finally cancelled my flight. Since I would be missing the conference I was trying to get to anyway, and the airline was trying to gouge me on the replacement flight to make it in time, I had to cancel my whole trip. I never even pulled into this lot and still had to pay for it because the circumstances went against their company policy. I'm in the wrong because I chose Way.com.

I have booked for about 21 days at Seatac airport and found a very good deal on this site, which has good reviews. I waited for about 1/2 hr and there was no agent at the location and decided to call way.com and they assured me they will cancel and refund my reservation. I have waited for about 2 weeks and my refund my was not coming thru, so I have disputed my charge with my credit card company and way.com just wants to evade. Shame on you way.com and your terrible company for promising me my refund and now you are trying to find a way to refuse my refund.

In Miami where street parking is scarce and expensive, using Way Parking app is convenient and affordable. The user can approximate time needed and extend if necessary. It's helpful that the app texts reminders when time is running out.

I purchased 2 tour tickets for portland oregon this past spring, but due to covid, my trip was cancelled. I cancelled my reservation well within their "full refund" cancellation policy, but Way.com did not stick to this policy. They would not give me my money back! All they offered was a credit to be used for future reservations.
I made a reservation about 2 hours before I was to arrive in the City and was nervous because a number of garages that I checked were booked. This one was about 10 blocks from where I was meeting a friend for dinner, but I was able to make a reservation, quickly drop my car off and be on my way to dinner. When I finished my dinner, I was able to quickly retrieve my car and be on my way. Just make sure you go to the correct garage.

Way is our preferred place to park when we travel. We like that they are timely, seems like we arrive and they are there to pick us up, take our bags and away we go. This is also true when we return to DIA. We don't wait long to be picked up. Our experience has always been pleasant.
I made reservation of parking, found that I need to cancel. It was said free cancellation, but turns out they refund way buck, I don't need Way buck, I need true refund to my credit card.
I have sent dispute to my credit card company, and will use WAY.com until they learn what a refund should be.

While attempting to schedule parking the website defaulted to the time and date of the transaction. Impossible to cancel, Way.com refused to refund. No more way for me. I wanted to schedule 10 days, poor business practice to not refund error.
I was told by the app that there was parking I could pay for in a hotel parking area. When I called the hotel they said that they were not contracting with Way and had no arrangement with them for parking.

My 3rd and last time booking my airport parking thru Way.com. I had to extended my parking by 2.5 hours due to change in arrival of my plane. No way to edit besides canceling reservation and had to start a new reservation which I paid again. Way.com refunds the 1st reservation in points and does not give option of refunding to the original card. There is no customer services, supervisors in perpetual meetings. Stay away from this company as its not worth the hassle. There are plenty of other services to secure airport parking thru.

Always very prompt and have a fast efficient system to help you get to and from the terminal. Customer service is great, came home from a trip to a flat tire and the service men at night went out if their way to help me. Really a great service at JFK airport!
The booking of this parking is simple and quick to do. Once there, it's easy to find and simple to park your car, with clear signage. As soon as you have got your luggage to the nearest bus stop, never far away, a bus arrives for the very quick transfer to the airport. The only thing to watch for is how you put your luggage on the racks - go for the bottom rack and stand your case on its edge!

I had to cancel my trip, had car accident on my way to airport and way refuse to give me my refund, the ask for police report, documents, more documets then insurance agency will ask for just to refund $150.00. So if u make a reservation with way and you are unable to use that reservation say good bye to your money, beware make sure u make it to your reservation even if you are dead!
Ok I see lots of positive reviews on this site but funny thing is all of the other review sites- Trip Advisor et al give them one star. My experience is that the one star reviews are the most common.
My experience- I booked long-term parking thru Way at Logan airport. My flight schedule changed so I never parked in the long-term lot. I notified Way the next morning asking to shift my parking reservation by a couple of days so that I could work out a new flight. I was NOT asking for a refund, simply asking that my reservation be shifted by a couple of days. They refused, stating that I needed to notify them IN ADVANCE of any change. I had NO advance knowledge of the flight change.
So, I'm out $200, while never parking the car in the long-term lot.
Best not to use this service if you expect actual service. But I do feel sorry for Shaniece M. For having to reply to all of these reviews while pretending that any of these comments will get attention at the CEO level.

This app was so easy to use and the price was great looked at a lot of apps but this one was the cheapest. Parked on this car park before so easy to get to minutes from airport just make sure you leave plenty of time to find a space. The car park is huge so you could be near the bottom. Take a pen and paper and right down the number bus stop your near because when you get back youll never find your car.

Booked parking in October 2019 for parking at Omni Parking in Orlando. Got to Omni to be greeted by an obnoxious employee telling me they were full and to park at the airport. Omni Parking blamed Way.com and Way blamed Omni. All of this happening on 12/24/2019. Thanks for ruining my Christmas vacation. Told me to call Way and get a refund. The difference in cost is your problem. Very disappointed in both Way.com and Omni Parking in Orlando.

I made a reservation through the app and my parking spot was waiting for me when I got there. Very convenient, touchless system. The attendants were nice and efficient and the wait time was very short. Will definitely use this location again!

This is a scam in Chicago. They are selling parking at hotels that they don't have access to. When you arrive the hotel lets you know it was a scam and when you contact them they try to move you to another hotel that again they don't have access to. They will continue to do this knowing you have a flight to catch and they can try to get away without refunding you. You will have to dispute it on your credit card and BBB. This group is impossible to work with.
So we bought parking at Embassy Suites by Hilton from Way.com. On the day we fly, we called on our way to make sure we have a ride to the airport but no one was answering. We got to the place and it was closed. No one was there. Since we barely had time to catch our flight we had to resort to the airport long term parking which is double the price we paid for. I emailed customer service and was told I am only getting waybucks in refund. I mean, I am forced to use the site again just to get my money back despite the inconvenience and the extra expense it caused for selling something that is not available.

I booked airport long term parking through this service but unfortunately missed the flight. I notified the hotel the next day that I had removed my car. At that time I had thought that I was asking for a refund through their website but two days later after no action I called and my refund request was refused because I hadn't called the day of the reservation started. Mind when I called I was still in the period of the reservation and they would not even refund the remaining days.
