So convenient! The number of parking tickets I receive due to not having change on hand has decreased significantly! However, there are a few bugs in the new version. Sometimes, it won't allow me to select the desired end time.

They sold a parking spot they don't have and offered much far away one an hour before the reservation through email. They argued that it is an 'upgrade' in the email, and then said they offered 'comparable'. Original parking lot was less than a mile away, while the offered one was 6 mile away. My flight was in 1 and a half hour from departure when I found what they did. Please join me to fight against this frauds.
While I was searching for an airport parking space I came across to Pier Sixty Hotel & Marina in FLL, Florida. Before making a reservation, I reached out to the Hotel itself in which I was transferred to speak with their Parking Dept. An Associate there just confirmed this place has no security cameras and there is no security of any kind, that you park at your own risk, he said. Then I proceeded to give a call to this company to alert them of the misleading information on this site in which the agent I spoke to could not care less. Call before making a reservation on this site to make sure any parking lots leaves up to basis expectations.

When I booked parking service through their website, their cancellation policy offered full refunds. When I cancelled they assured me that I would get a refund over the phone. Three weeks later, I never received a refund and they refused quoting "because of the Coronavirus we will not be issuing refunds, instead we will be giving our customers a credit". Everyone is struggling because of this pandemic. My husband and I had to cancel our wedding and honeymoon and already lost a lot of money from companies refusing to issue full refunds. It's unacceptable for a business to take advantage of their customers by refusing to honor the terms of their own agreements at a time like this. I didn't book the service agreeing to a credit if I canceled. I booked the service agreeing to a refund if I canceled. However, even when I attempted to use the credit both the app and the website were not user friendly and they were rude on the phone. I highly recommend that you do not use way.com.

LOL. So glad you asked. Re: Newark airport parking, Advertised as 24/7 lot which to me means it is always manned. Not so. Waited is a gloomy industrial area until the shuttle arrived.
Upon return from trip I followed instructions for pick up at terminal. I was in the right spot, and texted then dialed Way.com customer service. Your customer service gave me a number to call which was for another lot not related to where I parked. Pick up never came, and had to pay $32.00 for a cab to the lot after waiting there for almost an hour. Not happy.
Called your customer service about the $32.00 they told me very firmly that it was not your problem and to discuss with the lot. Upon arrival at the lot Ernest told me it wasn't the lot's problem and to call Way.com, Confirmation Number is OGI*******.

Buyer Beware! This company is a scam. They take your money but when you decide to cancel they deceptively set up the refund so that you get a credit with Way and not a refund to your card. If you call and ask that it go back to your credit card, they will tell you it can't be done. This is borderline criminal and the only reason they are getting 1 star is because I can't leave none! I recommend you go with another company or do it yourself and save the same amount of money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Two prior booking withWay.com for parking reservations went well. My December 2020 experience was horrible and makes it appear prior successful bookings was just fortunate. In December 2020, I cancelled two parking reservations at NYC-LGA more than 48 hours in advance. Received Way.com confirmation that says refund processed on both, but never received refund. Questioned Way.com and told I have Waybucks. I disputed with credit card company since Way.com would not process refund. Juan G at Way.com sent several emails requesting I withdraw bank dispute so Way.com could process the refund. If they had issues refund when asked, there would be no bank dispute. Appears Way.com does not like credit card chargebacks as it costs then money. Be sure to screenshot every transaction - especially cancellations- and if one to Way.com does not resolve the issue, head straight to your bank for a chargeback. Dealing with Way.com direct will get you nowhere.

They do not honor your reviews and won't help you afterwards. They are a scam company. I called the support afterwards and they refused to help me. A refund itself was offered but they won't cover the last minute parking I had to find, let alone the risk of missing flight. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN.

A very convenient, cheap and efficient service. The easyest airport carparking i have ever had. Offers eveything you need. Ease of parking, a wash to a full valet even pick up and delivery at terminal doors. The buses were plentifull and regular, all in all money well spent.

I just posted a complaint with the BBB. These people just sit back and let the dough roll in while not refunding unused days on a prepaid confirmation for parking at SFO. Prepaid for parking April 2nd through June 26th when our plans changed post COVID vaccinations. No refunds, no exceptions. Not getting my business again!

I made a reservation two weeks ahead of my trip, WAY promise my spot in the hotel close to Orlando Airport. One week before the trip they moved me to the so call GOLD PARK parking, on the day of departure I got there just to learn from the lot owner that I have to contact WAY because I did not reserved with GOLD PARK. I called WAY several times without an answer. The owner of GOLD PARK told me I better go inside Orlando Airport parking and pay a sky high fee to avoid any delay or missing my trip.
Never deal with this company again even for $1.00 a day.

I wrote them that their offer for a stay at IAH was $81 and a competitor (onestopparking.com) was $41. They responded that I needed to provide the screen page and if correct they would not only match the competitors price but also discount another 25%. I submitted those request per their instructions. They confirmed the price and offered a fee of $55. That is not only NOT a price match but neglected the additional 25% discount. They claim they can only do $25 per claim max. So much for their fraudulent claim of lowest price and price match with additional 25% discount.

The airport parking on 98th was very convenient for the 3 months I used them. But my last experience with the shuttle driver was very unpleasant. She was lazy, rude and needs to learn to drive. She wouldn't help me with my luggage, she was rude when she asked for my ticket and she was mate to pick us up. I think she was having a very bad day because as I was leaving she almost hit me head on and had the nerve to give a look. She was older Latina, heavy set and had a resting B@#ch face.

Way has done two "bait-and-switches" on me for two different parking lots, so I will NEVER use them (or any other third-party service like them) ever again, and that includes the Pier 66 parking lot near the Fort Lauderdale, Florida airport! Way refuses to refund the $140.99 we were forced to pay the Renaissance Hotel and Uber when our Way-booked reservation at Pier 66 wasn't honored. They'll only refund the $35.35 we pre-paid Way. When we arrived at Pier 66, we could see open spaces, but they refused to honor our reservation. They told us to go to the Renaissance, their sister lot, and we wouldn't have to pay anything more. That was incorrect. Upon our return, the Renaissance did not have a shuttle to pick us up and they charged us $35 a day vs the $35.35 total we pre-paid. CRIMINAL!

Way was terrible! We made a reservation to park for 14 days at Airpark for 108.08, but they only paid Airpark for 13 days and a partial payment at that. So when we arrived back 1 hour late to Airpark, we were forced to pay 27.65 out of pocket(not the price of 1 hour). Leaving us out of pocket 135.73. When I tried to explain this to Way Support, that they had not actually made the correct reservation to Airpark and shorted us a day and never actually paid them the full price, they just kept citing we were out of our reserved time. We provided them with all receipts, they did not even view them.
We called Airpark directly to have them give us the exact price of everything to get all info to explain to these math-deficient, incompetent thieves, Airpark just told us that Way was the worst and that they would help us so we would not have to deal it. So we are now in LOVE with Airpark, park there if your flying out of Newark! BUT NEVER EVER USE WAY.

Checking into the lot was easy. Staff was helpful and friendly; shuttle appeared promptly and had no problem getting to BWI. The problem came when i returned a week later. I had pre-paid by credit card, but when i tried to exit the lot, the attendant in the exit booth asked me for a $68 payment. I told her i had already paid in advance! She then asked me for something to prove it (which i didn't have), and then asked me for my confirmation number. Luckily, I still had a printout of my email confirmation that i hadn't thrown out. If i hadn't had that on me, I would have been cheated out of $68, which was even way more than i had paid ($45). I do not recommend this service. SMM

I booked parking near the Chicaho Ohare airport through Way.com. L prepaid. When I went to park, there was no signage. I called the number they gave me, but no one answered. I then got a text that said that parking was not available. WHAT? I had to find other parking and catch a flight. Of course, I paid more. I couldn't even take advantage of the online booking and prepay rates since they required at least an hour advance booking. THEY BETTER REFUND ME!
I used Way.com to book parking at "Doubletree by Hilton Cleveland Airport Parking." That is the exact heading of their listing. However, when I arrived there three hours before my flight, the hotel informed me that they frequently have people who booked on Way.com coming in saying that they need a shuttle to the airport. However, they have not run a shuttle to the airport in over a year. They stopped doing so last March and do not have any immediate plans to start it back up. The person at the hotel explained that they've complained to Way.com numerous times and they still have not updated the listing. I'm lucky that I left home well before I really needed to so I was able to still get through security and make my flight, but I ended up spending more than twice what I had paid Way for parking. Furthermore, when I tried calling Way, I was on hold for 43 minutes and then hung up on before I spoke with a human. I emailed them and it took me 14 emails before they agreed to refund my charge. I have yet to get this refund though and they said they'd do so two days ago.

Do not use Way.com. If you do, be prepared for it to ruin your vacation!

way.com cannot be trusted. They are clearly in bed with the vendors that they direct traffic to And will not post negative reviews that damage those relationships. A month ago my car was vandalized at a parking Lot that they promote near the Atlanta Airport. The local police told me they are here all the time because this is a routine occurrence, that the security at the lot is totally inadequate, and that I'm fortunate my car was not stolen as that happens frequently at this lot. Yet the reviews on way.com are all 5 stars. No way is this possible given the frequency of car break ins and thefts at this location. I wrote an appropriately scathing review of the parking lot management for way.com. They did not publish it. I just checked and other reviews have been posted subsequent to mine, again ranked 5 stars with glowing comments.This is fraudulent, unethical, dangerous to consumers, and totally unacceptable. I wish I had time to pull the police records to find all the other vandalism victims at this lot and fille criminal charges against way.com and the lot management. I just may do it yet! Do not trust way.com!

Had a Way reservation at Karu Parking & Lounge FLL Airport Parking. I arrived on schedule and was told no Way reservations were being honored, that they always overbook and that the lot was full. I tried to call Way, but they NEVER answer their customer phones (see other reviews...) My flight left in a couple hours, so we had to park at the airport for 3 weeks at the highest parking rate possible. My email and phone inquires since have been ignored with no response. I would never use Way again, even for free! Hope the credit card dispute at least gets my money back from them...

I booked a parking spot on Aug 14th to park on Sept 8th at Motel 6 neat seatac airport. When I arrived they told me there was not shuttle to the airport. And Uber was extra $30 each way. The site should have said something. When I re booked a parking spot with a shuttle, way.com refused to give me my money back. Eventhough they falsely advertised there was a shuttle. They have terrible customer service and will lose my business over $30 parking.
They give you an address but don't tell you it's at a hotel or give you the the name of it. The name of the lot was supposed to be Fast Track parking in Ft. Lauderdale. I got there after much confusion only to be told by the hotel that the lot was full. (Thanksgiving Day) I said "That's OK I have a reservation." I was told that the reservation was with a "third party" and they couldn't honor it because the lot was full So I had to scramble to find the very last spot at another hotel but I ended up missing my flight to Costa Rica and missed my airbnb and the Dental appointment we made months ago. LOUSY! And I'm VERY upset!.
