So convenient! The number of parking tickets I receive due to not having change on hand has decreased significantly! However, there are a few bugs in the new version. Sometimes, it won't allow me to select the desired end time.

They sold a parking spot they don't have and offered much far away one an hour before the reservation through email. They argued that it is an 'upgrade' in the email, and then said they offered 'comparable'. Original parking lot was less than a mile away, while the offered one was 6 mile away. My flight was in 1 and a half hour from departure when I found what they did. Please join me to fight against this frauds.
I was forced to change a reservation due to an emergency in our family. I called and was told to contact the lot directly. I called the lot and they can't make changes due to the 3rd party. Called Way again and I have been on hold for over 30 minutes - twice. I am #4 in the queue now. I hope after all this waiting someone can modify my reservation by a single day.

SCAM ALERT! This company will scam you by not providing advertised service. My family is stranded at the airport because they did not provide advertised shuttle service to our vehicle. Crying young kids just wanting to get home are forced to wait til I can get my vehicle from scam of a service. They will not help you and the will still charge you like they did everything they agreed. There are so many other options for this kind of service online. Trust me. Don't use this app. THEYRE CROOKS!
Booked a specific lot and then they moved us without asking. Called it an upgrade and would not move us back to original location.
Good lick finding 9920 S La Cienega Blvd. Yes street work not there fault but building is poorly marked.
At pick up we called 4 time over an hour and was told driver was minutes away each time.
Lastly they park another companies valet cars behind you in your spot. So you have to find a guy who then comes to your car and get's the offending cars the valet key number and takes a hike to go get key's so you can squeeze by when he returns.
Oh and today they became a monthly paid subscription App by the way.

This company should be closed. They advertised a hotel parking as being next to the airport when in fact it was about 15 miles away. When I got there, the staff "recommended" to not park my car there because they had a lot of cars stolen and broken in. I took my car somewhere else and they still refused to refund my money. Avoid this company.
Their vendor damaged my car and neither them or Way will take any responsibility. They overinflate their ratings of their parking facilities because if you look at google reviews they are awful. Sent me to Park AC at JFK and they damaged my car and as I read real reviews multiple people had the same complaint.

I booked through the Way app and was quoted a 'Pay at Lot' price of $59.51. At the lot, the price shockingly jumped to over $100! The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. When I asked about the shuttle (which was critical for my flight), they said the wait could be 20-40 minutes. Way's refund policy only allows refunds BEFORE check-in, making it impossible to get your money back if the price or service is misrepresented. They even tried to make me coordinate with the lot to confirm my on-site refund before refunding the reservation fee. This company is a nightmare!

Drivers were courteous and extremely helpful. Service above and beyond. Will use them every time we fly from city.
Although the appearance of the lot may have been concerning, the situation was promptly addressed when contacted. Additionally, although there was a delay in shuttle service, alternatives such as ridesharing services were readily available.
They sold me a parking spot for airport parking. When I got there I was told I needed to get a taxi to the airport. I had to hurry to park at the airport and pay for parking twice due to their no refund policy. Absolute criminals

I did multiple searches. Each w "Airport Shuttle Parking".
The result I used did not have a shuttle. It was not obvious in fine print. Every previous time I used Way.com with those search terms I got off site airport parking with a shuttle to the airport. here was no reason to assume the results returned were not what I had asked for.

Fortunately, shortly after arriving at the pick-up point, the correct shuttle arrived, although there was a brief hiccup regarding the QR code.
Despite the initial setback, we managed to find a last-minute parking spot with Way parking app, at a lower price. We were able to adapt and ensure that our travel plans weren't disrupted.

I had a reservation to park, and upon entering the garage, I found it well-organized despite the large number of people waiting for various boats.
This experience was great, it hasn't completely deterred me from using their parking services in the future, but I'll definitely be more cautious and explore alternative options next time.

Courteous customer service rep answer my call promptly. I will park my car at Way Parking for 5 days and give a review after that.
I had a flight to London from JFK. Upon arrival at the parking lot at 126-23 152nd Avenue, 152nd Avenue, New York, the parking attendant informed me that the parking lot was overbooked and they could not accommodate my car. Despite showing my pre-paid reservation, the attendant insisted it was my personal problem and asked me to leave. The parking attendant was extremely rude, and I was thoroughly disappointed.
I attempted to contact Way and waited on hold for 10 minutes to speak with an operator. However, when I finally connected with an operator, the call abruptly ended.
I found myself without parking. My family and I had booked a vacation to the UK, and I needed to check in and pass through security for our international flight, with boarding closing soon. As a result, I had to resort to parking at the JFK long-term parking lot $315, arriving just 10 minutes before the boarding gates closed.
This is not acceptable business practice. I had already paid for my reservation, yet nobody assisted me in resolving the situation. When I return to US, I sent email to WAY but they tell me that cannot refund my money because parking was not full. After 30 min call to the manager they agreed refund to me part of my expense.

The app gives all information needed. We have only booked, have not used yet. I hope I can give 5 stars when I actually use the service.
I was going to park with them and I was half way through checking out but got distracted. They took me to the confirm these details before confirming your reservation page and I wanted to check my licence plate so I never clicked confirm. Come to find out that it did already change me and tacked on a fee for a subscription service as well? I don't want that. I ended up calling them and they canceled it right away, although they said it will take 7-10 days and I canceled it within minutes of it being booked. Time will tell if I get my money back. All in all I'm so glad I didn't book with them after reading these reviews!
