So convenient! The number of parking tickets I receive due to not having change on hand has decreased significantly! However, there are a few bugs in the new version. Sometimes, it won't allow me to select the desired end time.

They sold a parking spot they don't have and offered much far away one an hour before the reservation through email. They argued that it is an 'upgrade' in the email, and then said they offered 'comparable'. Original parking lot was less than a mile away, while the offered one was 6 mile away. My flight was in 1 and a half hour from departure when I found what they did. Please join me to fight against this frauds.
This is the worse company ever. We reserved parking but the lot was locked. Missed our flights since no parking was available. Do not trust this site. To get a payment, you have to provide receipts and picture that you were not able to get in. Such a joke.

My overseas flights were delayed by a last minute connecting flight cancellation so I arrived one day late to my origination and my reserved parking.
Using the Way app from Europe, I did the right thing & extended my existing parking stay by one day but unfortunately their practice is to charge the customer for a brand new reservation plus a $30 service fee plus tax.
Way.com "Customer Service' is a joke & totally unreasonable. This company uses unscrupulous, fraudulent, & deceptive methods of business.

However, when you extended the parking on November 1st, the rate was $15 per day as the lot operator changed the amount from October 31st to November 5th due to high demand. You have extended for one day and 7 hours and that costs you for two days plus taxes and charges. Hope you can understand our position in this matter.

Don't expect any customer support if you run into trouble. They never pick up the phone and will take 5 days to reply to an email. There is also a limit to how much you can type by email so you can barely explain your side of the story. They will only speak to the businesses, they do not care about The customer at all.

If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 24 hours in advance they will NOT refund you a penny it doesn't matter how much you spent! The deceptively put on their app if you cancel after 24 hours you are only subject to a $5 fee but will be refunded. THIS IS FALSE and I am not sure how they have not been sued yet for falsely advertising a cancellation policy. They will take weeks to respond and won't give you your money back even if you emailed prior and did not use the parking. I am out over $100 dollars after booking parking by the Chicago airport but chose to go elsewhere because the lot was NOT safe. Total scam.
I parked at the Santa Ana Marriot and realized there was no shuttle. Immediately called to try and get a refund and they would not oblige. I was told the hotel had to send them an email letting them know I did not park there. The hotel manager emailed them before I even left and cc'd me in the email. I forwarded the email again on Friday and Tuesday to follow-up on my refund and no response. I called and was on the phone for over an hour arguing with a representative. Seriously, you are going to make it this difficult for a customer to get $35 back? I will NEVER use this service again.
I was charged twice for airport parking.
I prepaid the parking spot for $119.84 with way.com. When I arrived at the parking lot, the attendant refused to honor my voucher and made me purchase parking for an additional $174. I tried to refund $119 from way.com but they declined it. So, I end up paying for one-week parking over $300.
I don't recommend using way.com services nor trust their customer service.
Really good service from the company. It's cheaper than the airport parking! Staff on the bus were really friendly which is a nice change for a bus driver. Ready and waiting when we parked up & when we came home. Would park here again & recommend them to anyone.

I use this company for parking near the Newark New Jersey airport. Prepaid them only to come back and find they didn't apply the promotion and had to pay more before I could even get out the lot. Call the company sent all receipts after a few weeks they said there was nothing they can do or will do. I will never use this them again... I'm out $25

I reserved 3 spots at a lot near JFK over a month in advance and aid for them. I even confirmed those same reservations with Way two days before travel.
Pulled up to the lot at 4:45 AM and was told the lot was full! Now i had a flight in two hours and no parking spot! Called Way and the fee was refunded but nothing was done about the extra fees I incurred. I was told I was out of luck.
Will NEVER use Way.com again for any reason what so ever. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

Way.com overbooks spaces with parking lots. Confirmed reservations mean nothing. Early flight out of Orlando, get to the lot and attendant notifies us that way.com oversold their reservations, even thought booked and confirmed 3 weeks prior. Attendant turned away 3 other way.com customers while accepting reservations from other customers. Had to scramble to find another parking option and made just made flight. Customer service at way.com is non existent. Terrible experience!

I have never used way, but I work at a hotel featured as one of their parking locations. We do not offer airport parking. They got a hold of our address and people started showing up. We do not have any contact with them despite efforts to get our address removed. We tried to take the parking for a while despite not receiving any profit from it but have had to stop due to the volume interfering with our guest's parking experience. Since doing that we have had to turn away numerous people before their flight. Call ahead to the location you are thinking of booking at to make sure they truly do offer parking.
Ridiculous! Had a reservation through way.com at Ramada Atlanta parking. We reached the parking lot 2 hours prior to the flight time only to find out the way.com has oversold parking spots and the hotel parking lot is full. When I called them, they said the best they can do is to provide a refund. Wow! They said they cannot help with finding another parking spot, it's not their responsibility. I asked for the agents ID and name, which he refused to provide. Asked to talk to his manager, said he is the manager and no one else will help. Then suggested me to not waste time and be grateful that they are issuing a refund. Wow, this is happening in the US folks. Please don't spend your money with such unprofessional service. You will miss your flight, will have to run around to find last minute parking and they be happy with the refund they gave you as mercy. Total disgrace.

I have parked with way in ATL horrible 1st you wait for shuttle forever and coming back shuttle not a guarantee I have come back from trips twice no shuttles for the day and had to Uber and ways response shuttle is not guaranteed. I will never use their service again very inconvenient.

I made a reservation for long term parking in Logan airport. Somehow, it was through way.com. When I came to the reserved site, I was told that there was no reservation and the local people told me that they did not work with Way.com anymore. I was asked to drive to another parking lot to park there. Then I came back, the charge for the parking is $28/day, instead of $17/day.
I did submit my receipt to way.com. I have still not seen any positive respond for refunding my money and reimburse my extra charge.
Is this a scam?

I happened to park on a day when Icon offered a coupon code. I got a discount for the 3 hours I parked. Easy to find, tight driveway (but thats NYC) and initially my number did not work to send a text, but eventually the attendant figured it out. Good job. Keep it up!

Do not use this service. I called before the reservation to change my reservation which apparently they do not allow. So I tried to cancel as per their online instructions. They did issue me a "ticket" and finally have agreed that I should receive a refund because I cancelled prior to the start of the reservation. Now they are saying that the refunds are delayed because they are backed up. I'm going to keep trying to retrieve my money but I will use a different service next time.
I booked parking through way.com for when I was scheduled to fly out of town. On the day my reservation would start, my flight was cancelled and I reached out to way requesting a refund as I would not be using the parking. They refused to give a refund as my reservation had already started. Terrible service and experience. Will never use again!

I had a booking with way.com sometime back and they were not able to provide me the parking slot allocation at the time if arrival. It was confirmed even after the previous day of booking.
There were not even any on call support for attending calls from customer when there is a need at that time.
So guys, if any one booking through Way.com parking it's high time to stop booking and choose a better customer agent.

Everything was perfect. The only thing that I would suggest is that they offer a receipt after payment. Behind the glass and sometimes they just run out without asking. Then it's difficult to catch them for the receipt.

I booked parking in NYC before my flight and got confirmation # 2 months before the day. When I showed up in NYC to the confirmed parking at Jamaica JFK discount parking. I was turned away because they were full. I will never go to that parking or way.com for reservation. Unreliable and unprofessional. To find out 3 hrs before flight you have nowhere to park. Greatly disappointed.

Our car was not were it was supposed to be parked but several towns away. They couldn't tell us where is was or when it would arrive, despite requesting a 2:30 pick up, we finally got he car around 4pm (after a 9 hour international flight and bus to get from airport to the car pick up location). Was driven from Chelsea to Revere! The people in the pick up/drop off location were unhelpful and no explanation on why so late AND told me I was being "impatient". Very unprofessional and will never use this Way parking location process again. Tried to call Way 6 times but no one answers. Expensive and definitely not worth having your car taken and parked somewhere in the Boston area but who knows where!
