My order placed to an address that does not exist. Part of that is on me. Most of it is on Wayfair's software. When I placed my order I typed in my new address and by the time I placed the order, the address that confirmed was an address that does not exist in the United States. The address was from my old home and the city, state, and zip were from my new home. Wayfair sent the confirmation email with the incorrect address. I didn't even notice until today when I received a notification that the package was delivered, except it wasn't. Wayfair sent the package to the old address without notifying me of the change, OR even notifying me that the address that was typed in DOES NOT EXIST! I spoke with Customer Service and after a lot of back and forth, they said there was nothing they could do even though their software approved the incorrect address. So now my packages are 2,600 miles away sitting at my old apartment building. Yes, part of this was my error, but I'm more worried about their software accepting addresses that do not exist and then choosing where to send the packages without letting customers know of the change...
I purchased curtains yesterday which were on sale this morning - two hours later. They will make no adjustment on the account. Very disappointed!

Ordered a make up table and was due on the 14-16th December 12December today and I get told backorder will arrive on the 04-march even though I was told on the customer chat on Saturday the 10th that they had a few in stock and will definitely arrive. Not one but helpful on the refund I told them I needed the table for Christmas and they gave me alternative so when I chose one which was completely still in the cost of the other one. They said they would have to cancel my order for the refund and asked me to pay for the new one but my refund will take a few days complete and utter jokes this company is and I wouldn't hold my breath on the order arriving in the case as a present throughout the year as my friend had the same experience in July.
I had an issue with a previous order where I was given a coupon. The coupon expired as I did not know it had an expiry date nor was I told. So when I went to go use it on a new order I realized I couldn't. I spoke to someone from customer service and he told me he would resend me a new one within 24 hours, that never happened so I contacted someone else who then told me another 24 hours I should receive it and that never happened. Needless to say two weeks later I spoke to someone else who told me 2 to 3 days I should receive one. Again nothing, so I called, spoke to Rosa who did absolutely nothing. She told me that was an accident and they couldn't help me out so now I've waited two weeks to make a purchase for a renovation that is starting soon and I've now delayed purchasing for because I was given the runaround and told by three separate people that I would receive an updated coupon for my past previous issue. Staff needs to be properly trained and given the same information. Otherwise they should be helping their clients when issues like this arise and not ignoring them. Super frustrated that 3 separate ppl "lied" and had me waiting for nothing. And very disappointed that they didn't right that wrong.
I ordered Dining Room set, Dining room Buffet, 3 pieces coffee table, Sofa & Love seat, Bed frame, mattress, desk,... in the amount of $5,500 in December, 30th of 2015. Order# *******421.
After 17 days I received the a Broken Dining Table! Called and they offered to replace it buy another one but will take up to 21 more days to be sent! They have ruined 2 important parties of ours so far because we have no dining table!
Also we have not received our sofa & love seat since then (we sit on the floor) and just got a notice that we will receive this order between Feb 10 to Feb 15! While when we were ordering it said will be shipped in two weeks! You Buy online, pay it off and then will get it 45 days later!
I have called this company several times and they said my customer service person is Zakkiya Hill at *******514. I have left 4-5 voice message but no reply.
No one will return your call if they know you need help.

I was a Tried & True reviewer for Wayfair.
This is someone who has been asked by Wayfair to select 2 items a month to review within a certain time period and the items you chose are yours to keep for free. This worked well the first few months, however the selection started getting a little scarce.
Then on 2 occasions I was charged for orders on this program. First time it happened I called and it was corrected, 2nd time it happened I called twice and was on the phone a couple of hours. I was told it had to go to a case mgr and they would call me back. Next day I received a call back and was basically told they couldn't refund my money unless I returned the item(s). Mind you Wayfair selected me for this program the items were via the program and now I have wasted time selecting items that
I didn't really need and am going to get charged for them because their system can't compute when the available items for the program are no longer available under that program. My options are to return items which is a hassle or keep and pay for them, even though I only ordered them to fulfill my obligation to the program. Customer service is null and void here! What a scam!
After 9 months. This is what happened. I can't believe this. Please u guys have to be careful i never see those kind of worse living room sets
I'm just discovering why Amazon is so much more popular to order from than Wayfair. Never had to try to cancel an order from Wayfair before, but now that I have it's a nightmare. They originally stated the furniture I ordered would be delivered within 3 days and the expert assembler would be here the 4th day. Then I got notice the item wouldn't arrive until the 4th day and the assembly wouldn't happen for almost another week. I had to look around again for something that would come and be together sooner, in the original timeframe. Once I found it, I checked the order on Wayfair to be sure it hadn't ship yet. Since it hadn't I put in to cancel the order. Now I get notice they won't cancel the order and it will be up to me to take this heavy furniture to FedEx for the return and I'll be charged almost $80 for it. If they don't come around and take this back or stop the shipment without the hassle and charge to us, I will no longer even consider ordering from Wayfair. It's not our fault They changed the dates on us.
I ordered a BBQ grill On April 11 it was supposed to be here on April 23rd notting came down I contacted Wayfair which I was waiting on the phone for over 2 hours spoke to a woman who gave me $80 credit and told me you should receive it by May29 I called on May31st was on the phone for 2 hours and someone answered and call got disconnected that happened 2 times today is June 10 noting tried calling spent hours on the phone but no answer and no grill now the grill that I wanted went in sell couple of times at Homedepot but I wasn't sure if I can cancel my order so didn't buy one yet going more then 2 and a half month with this it's ridiculous

I order the Espinozia Head Board and A Metal Bed Frame from Wayfair the sale Associate assured me that it were the correct items It were parts missing the Manger told me I should go to the Hardware store and buy what ever parts I needed to assemble the bed and Frame on my own expense that were anything he could do for me that I were on my own, So I will not be shopping with Wayfair Bad Manger's. Ive come to the conclusion, after my experience and reading the reviews, that this company makes its money off the interest from our purchases. I wouldnt be suprised if half the things on their website arent even in stock. I ordered a sofa and love seat. Purchased it through customer service over the phone they assured me i would have my furniture within 3 weeks. What a lie. 6 weeks $1400 many delays and a bunch of lies later, my sofa and love seat were tracked 2 days before i was expecting visitors from out of town. The manager at the local delivery station and manager at call center assured me i would have my furniture no later than Saturday. Said it was on the truck and would be here friday. Said local manager will personally deliver it. I called friday to confirm he says the truck just pulled up he would call back. He never called. I call Saturday wondering why no one called to schedule my delivery. He said they lost my furniture and it must be on the wrong truck. Are you kidding me? How have you been tracking my furniture all this timw if it wasnt even on the truck. Wayfair is a scam. On the large purchases they will drag u along long enough to keep your money in a high interest baring account. Period. Of course i asked for a refund. They ruined my family's vacation. And didnt bother to thank me for the 1400 i let them borrow for 6 weeks. Your welcome never again
For two weeks they give 4 houres time frame for service and they cancel it they sell products and promise for set up but unable to their promises stupid management very disapointed
Unacceptable, disappointed, unprofessional and the worst experience ever! I called to place an order for a headboard and bed frame to ensure that both items fit with each other. I receive my packages both headboard and bedframe last week and so decided to put it together this week and I noticed that the bolts and nuts to attach the headboard to the bed frame was missing. I contacted customer service and explain the situation to them and I was told that I would receive the missing hardware or the next day. So once the hardware arrived I notice the items were still missing the nuts and the bolts were too short. I called customer service again spoke to someone named Amy she instructed that I should go to a local hardware store and purchase the nuts and bolts and they will give me credit and I told her this is unacceptable the reason why I order online is to avoid the store so long story short I will never order from Wayfair again. They way they treat their paying customers is insane. NEVER EVER AGAIN... no one should be treated this way
So I ordered a cabinet that came very damaged. Called Wayfair and they said they would send me another but that I should keep the one they sent damaged as they would not pick it up.
Second time they sent me a chair. I called and told them they sent the wrong item. They told me to hang onto it for 2 weeks and if no one contacted me that I could donate it or keep it. They did offer to cancel the order which I had preferred but now I had a chair! Two weeks went by, no call, so I opened the box and it was half a chair! Half of a very LARGE REMOTE CONTROLLED CHAIR! So heavy I needed help getting it out of the box.
So I called them and asked them to come and get it as I cannot do anything with half a chair and maybe they could find the other half. I had to speak to a supervisor as the first lady on the phone told me to dispose of it. Supervisor said she would get someone out to pick it up.
No one came. Called again. Had to speak to another supervisor who now tells me they have no one in Canada who can pick up and this now (would have been nice to know that 3 weeks earlier) VERY LARGE HALF OF A CHAIR WAS MY PROBLEM! "What about the environment?" I said. "You are throwing away a perfectly good brand new piece of furniture." "Can you not find the other half and put it together? " Sorry sorry sorry is all I got and I am now left with a massively large box with half a chair, I cannot even lift. What was their mistake is now my problem.
I will never order from Wayfair again.
I had ordered a swinging basket, (egg chair), for my birthday that was scheduled to arrive at the end of June. I ordered it June 4th after reading the reviews for the chair on the site. I got an email saying they would let me know when my item shipped. Once it got to be about the 15th and I hadn't heard anything else I started to get worried that something was wrong so I googled wayfair orders taking forever and found all these reviews of people being scammed. I immediately canceled my order to which they sent me an email saying they would see if it was possible to cancel my order or not. Which it should be since it hasn't shipped, but they took my money already and it is still up in the air whether or not I'll even get it back. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM WAYFAIR.COM!
