Worst floor mats ever
December 20, 2020

These are the worst floor mats ever imaginable. I paid over $200 for these mats and I wish I had read the reviews first and I would have seen how horrible they were how are they allowed to sell garbage like this. The mats are made of plastic and the back roll won't even lay down and all they can say is keep bending they until they lay down I am so pissed right now. Somebody need to put them out of business. I just hope everyone read the reviews and take heve before they purchase these floor mats or anything else from. Weather Tech.

The company took my money and refuses to send product. I have called 6 times trying to get it resolved yet no one does anything. I have spent 10 hours on the phone trying to get it resolved and yet they will not send. Run from this company as fast as you can.

I ordered front and rear mud flaps for my new Ford 250 Superduty. Weather tech supplied some hardware and some was to be reused from my truck. Their hardware was poor quality and 3/4 of the nylon lock nuts could not be threaded onto the bolts. The bolts on the front that I was to reuse were too short after threading through the mud flap. After a couple of hours messing with their junk, I drove to town and bought new stainless steel hardware. I was not pleased with having to do in store shopping during COVID precautions.

Expect a delay on your shipment!
Company promised Shipping on a specific date and now is being delayed. May because of the covid19, Other then the shipping problem this is my third time ordering from Weather tech. Mats are made
Out of good material, well molded To the vehicle.

Very satisfied!

I have bought window deflectors, floor mats, and alloy bed cover for my 2018 Ford F-150. All products are top quality and fits perfectly and easy to install. I broke a window deflector while installing and offered to buy a new one because of my mistake. Contacted weathertech and they sent me new deflectors no charge. That's how you do business. I will do business with this company for anything that they provide that I need. I have passed this to friends and they are considering purchasing from weathertech. Way to go weathertech. You cannot please everyone but you have my support.

Lawsuit waiting to happen

The clasp that secures the all weather mats are IMPOSSIBLE to open.
States 'Press and release'.
You need the strength of an orangutan to open it.
Still not opened.
Guess the company caters strictly to men.

The service techs who installed the new A/C unit were respectful, efficient and cleaned up after themselves, making sure the old units were brought to the curb and picked up. Very trustworthy and genuinely nice guys.

Great

This company is great. If I ever have a problem I can get with customer service and they fix it the same day. I got the phone cup and did not get the tool with it and within five minutes they fixed the problem and had it out and in the mail same day great people.

I've ordered a few different items from WeatherTech and they are well made, durable products. I recently ordered a Christmas gift that FedEx cannot locate and I was told by FedEx that they could not guarantee delivery by Christmas. FedEx told me to call Weather Tech directly because there is nothing FedEx can do. The customer service person I spoke with at Weather Tech, his name was Harry, was Fantastic! All I was looking for was a little empathy and to be able to give this gift to it's recipient on Christmas day. Harry was kind, empathetic and patient and did everything in his power to help right the situation. Highly recommend.

Rear mats

I bought a one piece mat for rear it started folding down on the edges i called to ask for a new one and they refused to send me one i was told to place it up side down and put weight on it brand new mat bad customer service

Terrible customer service

I order full set of mats for my wife's cadillac srx and the rear and passenger side fit fine but the drivers side was off so far they would not fit the holes by a 1 inch whoch made it impossible to use.when i contacted customer service i was talked down to and was told not to keep bothering them
Buyer beware. I even sent photos and measurements to no avail

Ordered a set of mats for a car I thinking about purchasing. The deal fell through so I had to send the mats back. When I get my refund there was no refund for shipping?! So I had to pay $18 to get the mats and $25 to return them yet I don't get my original $18 back because they don't refund shipping! Nice job weather tech! Your shipping policy sucks!

I ordered front liners for my car and received two Right hand side liners. What car has two right sides? When I contacted company they told me to repackage liners and bring them to Fedex for shipment back to them. After they receive the incorrect liners they would then send out the correct liners. I waited two weeks for the wrong liners and now I suppose I would have to wait for them to be shipped back before they would ship me the correct ones. I paid for shipping and handling so why am I now do all the shipping and handling? They didn't even apologize for the mistake. They are nearly the worst company I have dealt with in the last few years.

Bought the mats two months ago, only to realize last month that all the water is leaking under the mat from the "press holes" and is trapped between the mat and the carpet. Of course the smell is so foul that you cant even be in the vehicle right now, and after a week of drying the carpet i think i saved the car. The company recommended i clean the excess water regularly, and people have commented that they need to do this weekly, what a bull answer that was, so i am scrapping the mats, thankful that there was no mold in the car because of it. BTW same issue with the other car except it wasn't driven as much so less of a clean up. ZERO starts

Got weatherteck carpets for my car. Now the dirt is stuck in the plastic and won't go away. Tryed soap tinner etc. Nothing works. Weatherteck want $40 for a cleaner. I would stay away from that product if you have a nice car

I called to see if they might offer a shipping discount to me, as a prior customer. A few years back making my second purchase, a woman offered that to me, thanking me for my loyalty. Times have changed. I called and asked for a similar courtesy. I was cut off in mid sentence by "Dave" (sounded just like the guy in the commercial), telling me they don't give discounts, with a level of arrogance I couldn't begin to understand. I tried to explain, quite nicely, that I didn't ask for a product discount, just some help with the shipping. I couldn't get a word in. He was borderline nasty. I hung up and promptly bought Smartliners from Amazon, over $100 less, with free shipping. I wanted to support a US company, but the level of snobbery made that impossible.

These truck mats r ill fitting and have gaps. They stained from dirt and mud where it wouldn't clean off, and this was immediate! I could have gotten better mats at Walmart. So disappointing and so much money. Not worth it!

Poor quality for price

The WeatherTech floor mats in our vehicle are thin and don't fit the vehicle properly. The spaces between the edges of the mats have not prevented rocks and dirt from collecting underneath and therefore, the carpets have not been protected as advertised. Whenever there is snow from boots, there is no place for the water to go and it ends up on the bottom of pants. They are horrible to clean and never look have that "clean look". What I need is somebody to give me some ideas as to how to clean them. The back cargo slips and slides around. I would never think of buying another set of these nor would I recommend them to anyone else. They aren't worth the price.

I will never purchase another product from WeatherTech. When I purchased what I thought was an outdoor cover for my Mercedes I discovered it was an indoor cover when it arrived. When I called to advise the company of the error they had no resolution to satisfy me as a customer. They said I ordered it and it was my mistake. I have to admit that could be possible however they did not offer any option to return the product and receive the product I require at a negotiated price. It was a simple "no" and I am stuck with a product I did not desire. I even got escalated to the supposed "supervisor". He had no sympathy for my situation and showed zero empathy. He could care less when I told him I would be sending my business elsewhere. I had to sell the cover for $100 on Kijiji eating a $400 loss. I've since purchased the outdoor cover at Harry's Car Covers who understand the meaning of costumer service.

This company has the worst customer service ever! They send me the wrong mats then very rudely informed me they could replace but first I had to send the wrong ones back at MY cost and then they would ship new ones with the NEW shipping costs. This was all after, they completely sent me the wrong ones.
When I called, a person (I wont call her customer service becuase she in no way was a customer service person) named Angelica (ironically) was the rudest, loudest person I have ever spoken with. I could barley get a word in. Just stay away from them!
