The driver side mat does not perfectly fit my 2015 BMW M235i. Is this an isolated problem or common with mats for other cars too?
As the photo indicates, there is a rubber section along the left side which only partly covers the aluminum foot pad... not a problem per se, but looks ridiiculous. And it does not quite fit as nicely around the accellerator pedal as it should. The BMW mats fit perfectly.
I can live with the problem, but at the price I paid, should I need to?
On the other hand, the passenger side mat fits perfectly.
The belt buckle on the weather tech belt breaks, This has happened twice. Someone at Corporate
Must know about this. I mailed my belt back to Corporate. I'm seventy one. And was looking forward
To using the belt going through TSA security, without having to take it off. I have a hard time putting
My hands in back of myself, trying to put belt back on at the Airport TSA Screening.
Purchased the floor mats with my new F-250 in 2014. They don't hold their shape all that well causing them to move around a lot. One of the tabs that holds the matt in place failed. Called Weather Tech for a replacement and was told to return them to the dealership for replacement. The Ford dealer said they do not keep records of the purchases and was referred back to Weather Tech. Wich places me right in the middle of the corporate loop of deniability and will not receive the replacement mat.

Don't even think about trying to do a return. Had to pay to return a gift like it's my fault. I'm sorry if I had to choose I wouldn't even used your company. The woman on the phone argued with me on why I didn't open the box and use the holder then return it. I didn't want it! Horrible. Use someone else
The mats I bought "fit" the exact dimensions, but the driver-side mat interfered with the gas pedal. My foot constantly caught the edge of the mat when lifting off the gas, both annoying and risky.
Contacted the company and the only solution was to destroy the mat for a refund. Good response time and engagement, but the product wasn't that great.
When I purchased my vehicle a couple of years ago, an early decision was to buy window deflectors. Had great success with two earlier purchases. First off, they did not have deflectors for the rear windows. I reluctantly order fronts. To make a long story short, one fit and one did not- not even close. Customer service sent another one to me with a little gismo that was supposed to take up any slack. Didn't work as the deflector literally fell out shortly thereafter. Eventually, WeatherTech had rear window deflectors. Relunctantly, I purchased. Noted no WeatherTech name on them--no name at all. They are on my car but they both bow out in the middle, kinda weird looking. So my car has three deflectors on it--only one fits properly. I'm now looking for a cargo liner but having been 'burned' twice by WeatherTech, I feel I've make to make the buy elsewhere.
I purchased rain guards and floor liner for my 2006 2500hd. 6 months the rain gaurd for the passenger side was hanging down the floor liner are too small(laser cut, better get another laser). Tried to get rain guards for our 2007 Honda pilot first try 2 came broken, had those reshipped one came broken order that again came broken, resent again, same result broken, or maybe a manufacturing problem they were missing chunks of the edge but no broken pieces in bag on last 3. My opinion JUNK. Save the hassle go to advance or auto zone get something else, also probably cheaper. O and the cup phone USELESS totally! Would add photos but it won't.
I purchased a full set for my RDX. The rear floor mat does not fit corrrctly. The mat rides on top of the front seat track so when you move the front back into a comfortable position the mat becomes dislodged. I have contacted weather tech and they do NOT have a solution. The design does not fit the vehicle!
I bought a sunshade for my 2007 Volvo C30 about a year ago and it wasn't wide enough to block the sun from the whole windshield. I phone send to complained but never got any follow up. Thinking it was a one off, I ordered one for my 2011 Corvette. It was too high to fit in the windshield. It has been 8 days and I have now followed up for the third time to get a return authorization number. If they will allow me to return it, I have to pay the shipping costs for their crappy product that is not as advertised.
I purchased mat on amazon and the ad clearly shows *******sk but they sent me *******. There solution is to return the mat which means a restocking fee and repurchase. You can't even repurchase the correct mat on amazon since there ads are not accurate as pointed out to them. Week later ads are still wrong. I will go the chargeback route
Received a Cup Holder 1 week late, Made numerous phone calls and stayed on hold for 1 hour.
The straw was on Sunday the 22nd of Dec. 186 customers ahead of me and 1 hour on hold with only 31 people still ahead i got disconnected.
I will file a law next next week!
I ordered front and back floor mats and a back seat cover for my RAV 4. The mats are great but the back seat cover does not stay put and folds back since the front is not weighted or fitted. It slips everytime my 50 pound dog jumps in. The $50.00 cover l purchased in my local pet store was better made and a lot cheaper. I would rate the mats a 5 but the cover a 1 so a 3 overall
Followed instructions on install window deflectors even called for assistance. Vent splintered on window vent and even posted the correct install to them... they don't even respond to the issue. I had planned on more purchases, but hell no! Out $80.
Worst $200 gift certificate I ever received. Unfortunately for me they didn't have much to offer, I bought things I really didn't need just to use up my gift certificate. I was quite disgusted to see they charged 31% of my total for shipping and handling. My total was $154.75, shipping and handling was $32, Tax 11.99 Total 198.74. Just beware of the shipping cost you can go to call quadratrac for half the price in free shipping.
I own a 2019 Kia Stinger GT AWD model. I`ve just come in from giving it a major vacuuming from the winter crud clean up. I was very upset to see all the salt staining under my front seat that also surrounded my sub speaker as well. There is no back lip on the matt to stop the water or snow from going under the seat. I do not understand this cause my 2011 Chevy Cruze has the back lip or small wall that has stopped any rain, snow salt from going under that car seat for as long as I`ve had that car from new. So I`d like someone to contact me & tell me why no back lip wasn`t worked into the Kia Stinger`s floor mat design.
I purchased a trunk liner, and my car died, so I never opened the box- Weathertech does pay for shipping, so the product cost 149.00, and the cost to return it was $48.00. That's a lot to ship a return, so I will never order weathertevh again online-
Ordered a hood protector for a Honda Civic, received one for a Chevy Cruze. Returned it, got a refund for the product but not the shipping. I am out $20 for shipping their mistake. Emailed customer service, no answer. Called customer service, I was placed on hold 104th in line. Apparently, they don't care. I am a previous customer, but they have seen the last of my money.
Purchased car mats for a 2019 Odyssey last year as a Christmas gift. In a few months the center mat began curling up. In a few months the 2nd row mat began rolling up at the corners. Called the company and was told to take it out, weight it upside down for a few days. If it doesn't fix it call back. It did not and I called back and was told "someone must be getting in the car wrong!" Our warranty doesn't cover that! Must be a true visionary to know that! Worthless warranty! Do not fall for the advertising.
Don't get the BMW X3 cargo mat, it requires too much modification of the rubber mat that makes it no longer water holding. I tried to get help from customer service ok how to install them the only thing they would say was that the instructions say that I might have to modify them to fit? They did not answer my follow up email. The driver side cutout has a mat molded with the cutout. You have to remove the net and cut the mat to make it fit, I couldn't get the net to fit back in. In my opinion it's poorly designed and doesn't need this covered.
I cannot believe it but this huge reknowned company doesn't have an exchange policy. I just wanted to switch floor mat colors. I was made to do a return. I did. But I NEVER RECEIVED ANY TYPE OF CONFIRMATION that my return, thru FedEx, was in the pipeline or received. According to FedEx it was received at Weathertech 9 days ago but they still haven't even acknowledged receipt of it. And of course NO REFUND. $250 damn dollars. I've called and the guy was flip about it. Told me to be patient it could take a few weeks. NEVER AGAIN. These guys suck. No wonder they only get two stars
Answer: Haha! Placed on hold with 165 callers ahead of me. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told I could try to call back tomorrow but they're really busy this time of year!
Answer: I have boughten a few things for Weathertech and I had a problem with a part that got broken. I called customer service and got right through and they solved my problem in just a few minutes. They were very nice and easy to deal with.
Answer: Any company is better. Mine are absolute junk. They are so cheap I'd be better off buying Walmart brand floor mats.
