Oct 26th ordered a sunbrella car cover for my mustang. Filled out the order form, put in all my payment information and clicked purchase. They said it could be four to six weeks for delivery. Received an email immediately "ORDER CONFIRMED!". Waited 6 weeks and got nothing so I called and got customer service and they said despite their response my order was never actually completed. They said they sent me an email asking me to confirm that I really wanted to buy what I ordered and attempted to pay for, must have gone to spam. So be advised they have some weird Muti-tiered system just to order from them. I found another place online that actually had my cover in stock and ordered from them. Wasted 6 weeks waiting for a product I'm not even sure these jokers sell. Look elsewhere.

We had weathertech floor mats in our 2006 Lexus RX330 since it was new (like 17 years). About a year ago the driver's side lost its rigidity and interfered with the gas pedal operation. I cut a chunk out of it so it would still work. Recently, I saw a tv ad that suggested they had a lifetime warranty. So, I contacted the Company and sent them pictures. A few weeks later we got a new pair in the mail. I was flabbergasted as al.ost every guarantee and warranty you get these days. I now have Weathertechs in all 3 vehicles..

Weather Tech sucks!
October 22, 2020

Great marketing efforts and a product that absolutely sucks! Have NEVER seen a Weather Tech floor mat that didn't curl up after a bit of time. They SUCK! Don't be fooled by the slick marketing efforts and the promise that "you can return the mat to it's original shape with a hair dryer"! Gimmie a break! Stay away!

Customer service
January 6, 2020

Their customer service sucks. It's really hard to return a product that you ordered from them.
You fill out their RA form online and no one gets back to you.
So you call and you are number 287 on MOnday morning at 6:00am
Do not order from them direct
Customer service is the worst in the industry

I ordered their custom floor liners from their website. It's been 10 days now and still have not received them so I called. That's when they tell me that they are on backorder and that it will be another week to 2 weeks before I receive my order. They are only at half capacity due to Covid. That part is completely understandable but let the customers know this before ordering so we can manage expectations. Their website doesn't mention any delays due to Covid at all.

Truck mats
December 28, 2022

Also not happy. Purchased floor mats for my husband's truck for Christmas. (2022). The front ones fit fine. The back runner absolutely didn't fit. To long and to wide. He call and talked to customer service. They basically said they fit going by her order number. Told her again to wide and to long. Her answer was basically deal with it. Never purchase from this company again.

I ordered floor mats for my new Jeep. I wasn't willing to pay an outrageous amount for the laser cut so I ordered the next option. They don't fit, they are thin, they don't have an outer lip to hold in mud/sand/dirt and they don't even begin to cover the full area. I have bought much better at half the price from a local auto parts store! My fault for not looking at reviews first! I just want others to beware.

Have bought many, many sets of weathertech mats through many years in the auto industry. I recently ordered front mats for my 2021 crosstrek. Passenger side front mat does not fit. If it is laser measured to fit they had beter replace their laser. Have sent pictures etc. and jumped through their hoops. Been 2 1/2 months and haven't heard a word. Unacceptable! There are definitely other mats of equal quality. None of us have to buy weathertech products.

Ordered product for 2020 Ford Expedition rear mudflap. 3 times sent box labeled correctly but product inside is not the correct product: product numbers don't match. They can't figure it out. Simple solution: pick the box, open, check product inside, only ship if a match. Gross incompetence

Ordered a set of lampguards and application solution. The bright minds at Weathertech decided sending these items in 2 packages instead of one was the right way to do it. Only received the application solution. Contacted Weathertech and they stated I need to wait while they investigate why the package wasn't delivered. Apparently it's always the customers fault for not receiving the product.
The rep on the phone would not agree to refund or send a replacement while they "investigate". What a stand up company this is.

First off I do like my weather tech floor mats. I have a 05 Tahoe and have had then in my car for over ten years. The fit is spot on and works great…. But over time the mounting screw plate that you screwed into your carpet and the mat attaches to has oblong the hole in the mat and will not hold into the carpet. I wish weathertech would of had cleats in the mat as all the rest do. I believe it would of assisted it in staying in place. I would be hesitant in purchasing them again unless this is addressed.

My children purchased these floor mats for my Old Audi. We also own a BMW and Land Rover that have factory installed winter mats.
The Weathertech mats seemed to be made of a polymer plastic and are impossible to completely clean. The floor mats of the BMW and Rover are made of high grade rubber and clean with little effort.
Dirt seems to easily imbed itself into the Weathertech mats and they will not entirely clean- I've followed their instructions!
I've contacted them numerous times and simply am given the corporate answer which is not helpful.
There is no customer service. That would require listening, which they do not do.
A lot of hype about a product that is a cheap alternative to quality options.

Wasted time
December 27, 2019

I ordered 6 cup holders on Dec 16, said 3-4 day ground, I live in Colorado Here it is the 28th and no cup holders, I checked my order every day for some update, nothing. I called customer service I was number 273 in line at 9: am on 12/27. I called back at 4pm, number 261 in line for customer service. I sent email on the 24th said someone would get back to me, nothing. I get a text from Discover they are just now charging my card. I have denied the charges. These were for Christmas, if they were going to be late, I should have been notified. The return policy is you have to pay ur own shipping and restocking fee. What type of business has calls stacked up like that 2 days in a row. What horrible service, or just do not care about their customer. I can keep my 35$ for each of the cup holders and will never order again from this company.

Not impressed
October 1, 2023

I've had my weather tech liners for about 3yrs and they are NOT worth the money. After 3 days of rain the carpet under them was wet, my car has no leaks so there should be no reason for wet carpet. They do not keep the carpet clean under the mat either as they claim. They do not fit as snug as they claim. After wanting some WeatherTech mats for years, and finally getting them from my car, I am very disappointed.

Plastic
February 8, 2021

Weather tech cuts their products well so the fit is pretty good, the PROBLEM is that especially in colder climates they are kind of plastickey? So they r a little stiff very thin. Hard to clean, I thought I would of been able to just spray off? But u have to scrub them instead. Alot of money for what u get

Waste of Money
August 26, 2022

I purchased a "universal" cup holder called a CupFone for 50 bucks from Weathertech. It is too big for either my Mazda or my Subaru and it costs almost as much to mail it back. I should have known it was a waste of money when I saw the instructions were in Chinese.

I purchased a full set of Window guards, Floor mats, Cargo Mat, Hood deflector all from Weathertech.
One of the window guards has flowed off the car and I have tried to buy a replacement tone told I have to buy another complete kit. But if I had the original receipt they would replace it under warranty. I can not locate my receipt so they won't help me. After being told this I would NEVER support and or recommend they to anyone.

Fine print return
April 21, 2021

They kept $20 on returned floormats that did not fit full coverage. When I questioned it, they exclaimed that per the "return policy" they keep shipping and taxes. Very unethical when they had every opportunity to tell me that in the numerous emails we sent back and forth before I returned them.

Worst experience ever
September 24, 2020

I ordered on weather tech expecting for my floor mats to come within a week... Well I waited a week And after a week I called And asked them where are my mats they said they were on back order and that I would have to wait. I then waited and two weeks later I received an email stating my card was declined and I'm wondering how that was possible. I put the order in 2 weeks prior and then I looked in my bank account and I was never charged. So I waited 2 weeks to be charged on my card which I thought was odd and I guess I spent the money I purposely took out of savings for the mats on something else because they took forever to charge me. I won't be doing business with them anymore. This was uncalled for.

Side window wind deflectors
August 18, 2022

I purchased side window deflectors for my new truck from Weathertech. The instructions were vague. The included drawings for installation were very generic. The included clips for the in channel deflectors did not fit my truck window. I contacted WeatherTech support but they did not reply. The air deflectors seem to be of good quality and they fit the window well, the clips to hold them in are worthless as is
I can either grind the end of the clips to make them fit or I can get some tape and add it to the deflectors to be sure the deflectors do not come out. I will look for tape. I would have given a higher review if only the support team at WeatherTech would have answered my help request.
