Terrible service. Ordered front and back row floor mats and only received front ones. Sent multiple emails with no replies and called several times, only to be told i was 140th, 162nd and 148th caller waiting. After waiting 20-30 minutes each time, ended up hanging up.
I would like to review their items but the two times I have tried to order products from them they told me they could not process my payment. Paypal would not work on their site so used debit card & they told me could not process my card for payment. Clearly money in my account both times! They want me call them! Um... no, I am not giving my card # over the phone so an employee can skim my card! What kinda rinky dink scam site are they?
Purchased weather tech mats for my 2006 Chevy Tahoe front and back none of the mats fit proper as advertised not a fan of returning lesson learned at my expense I will never buy another weather tech product over rated and waaaay over priced.
I ordered front and rear window deflectors for my 2019 jeep wrangler. The back fit fine. The front would not stay in the channel. We took i the jeep and the deflectors back to the dealership and the
Dealership said it was installed right.
I called the customer service again they were rude.
My husband called them again they blamed it on the dealership. They have customer service at weather tech. We sent the product back.
Weather Tech did contact me regarding my review. I provided them with all the information regarding the product " not fitting properly". There reply was it was the auto maufacturing fault. They had two diffrent size front floor mats. They told me to remove the front mat so that there product would fit better. In view of the fact that the floor mat is a one piece unit, it would require that I cut the mat up. That is no acceptall! That was the end of service. Rating "0". Roger Marr.
Have enjoyed their products for more than 10 years. This morning I placed an on-line order for floor mats for my Mom. I accidentally failed to adjust the "ship to address" so sent an e-mail 5 minutes afterward and also called their 800# to speak to someone in Customer Service. Was 261st in line but held anyway. 35 minutes later was disconnected. I called back and was 275th in line, but held anyway. 40 minutes later was disconnected. Called again and was 250th in line. I tried once more and after 64 minutes finally spoke to a representative, who was able to take care of my request. In total I wasted just short of three hours today. That is simply not acceptable by any standards.
Ordered custom sun shade for windshield of Jeep Grand Cherokee. So rigid that it takes two people to unroll it - so stiff it doesn't fit behind rear view mirror and nearly damages mirror. It also takes two people to reroll it tightly so closure works. This $60 shade was a ripoff!
I ordered December 18th, called on December 23rd. They promised it was going to be overnighted and received Saturday December 26th. FedEx is just now getting this order today from Weather Tech. The delivery date now is Monday, December 28th. Horrible Service!
Called weathertech before ordering lampguards for a vehicle. They stated what was correct for the vehicle, ordered it, started intstalling, the headlight protectors were great, but the driving light protectors were not correct for the car model. They will not stand behind the order and give me the correct driving light protectors that would work with the car model. This year I ordered six sets of their Lampguard protectors, this one set was not correct and they offered nothing to correct it. Guess I am done with them.
Bought a full set of seat covers for a brand new truck. Nothing for right. Always having to pull the cover back down on the seat. Straps ran out of Velcro nowhere near the place to match it up. Had to get small bungees and cording to get slack out and keep cover tight. Total bull$#*!. Weather tech, what a $#*!ing ripoff. Might as well bought tarps to cover the seats. Friend told me their stuff was great, fit good and all that. He must've had the only truck that was measured for their prototype.
I purchased mudflaps three years ago for less than half the price today and the shipping was less than half, this is the kind of company that took advantage of Covid and inflation to screw people over and drive inflation even higher, not because of their supply chain but because of greed and basic grifting. There's a special that if you order more the next thing you say 50% on shipping which means they get it down close to what it was three years ago but not quite. Inflation was not 100% three years, shipping wasn't that bad. They're free to do it, but people should recognize what kind of company they are and give their business to other companies.
After 5 years my mat split you would think you pay that much they would stand behind their product and replace won't get anymore of my money half $#*! company don't buy
I did not purchase anything for my new vehicle from WeatherTech based on their customer service and them charging me $30 in shipping on an order that would have totaled over $300 before tax. The best they can do is 1/2 off shipping' NO THANKS.
Went with Husky and paid $100 less AND got free shipping!
I ordered weathertech mat for my whole van and paid what I thought to be high shipping cost for the delivery to be lost and weathertech reps are as rude as they come don't give a good GD about you or your product just once they get your money it's a wrap they stand on made in America but seems like you dealing with a foreign country I will take my chances and order from the other retailers on the internet might not be weathertech but at least you will have your product
I originally ordered a cargo liner for a Jeep Cherokee and they send a liner for the Jeep Grand Cherokee (more money). When it was returned I was supposed to get just a liner for the cargo area and I was sent the liner with the back seat liner (more money). After I returned the original Grand Cherokee liner sent in error I did not get a credit for anything. Since they sent me the WRONG liner, I was forced to pay for it. They are the worst. They upsell and it's illegal. Shame on them for messing with customers.
I ordered car mats from Weathertech Canada (Burlington, ON) on December 15th and had not received them as of Jan 11th. When I phoned Weathertech this morning their representative could not be bothered to take my order confirmation number or UPS tracking number. This was clearly MY problem. Terrible customer service and I will not be ordering from Weathertech again. It is all about profit!
The surface is so slippery - things in the trunk slide all over - wish I had not spent the money and with the terrible return policy of paying for shipping, not refunding original shipping and a 15% restocking fee I wouldn't even get ½ of my money back - terrible product and terrible company - so wish I had read these reviews first - live and learn
When i placed my order i was told all my items where available. Once i had place my order and had question about the multiple charges on my bank statement. I was told some of my items where on back order and they could not tell me when it would ship. They stayed very deceptive about the availability until after they had my bank info. Would not recommend to anyone. Ill be trying there competitors product next time. Hopefully Huskie matts arnt as shady
Was very disappointed that when I had to return the products I had ordered the $30 shipping wasn't refunded. The mat products I received weren't very heavy duty either compared to the local purchased mats we already had at a third the price.
I ordered floor liners and rain gurds for both front and back of my 2017 Ford F 150 in Oct 2019. First the floor liners that are laser measured have over 3/4" play. They are really loose and sloppy fitted. The two front rain guards one broke during install. However bother fit very tight and would not let my window go up. The guard would always stop the window, this was on both sides. The rear rain guards would fall down about an inch and become floppt and rattle. This again was happening on both sides. All of the products I purchased all say made in germany not one was made in the USA as advertised. I have bought Weathertech for the last 5 vehicals i've had. I will never never buy this junk again. I was between Michigan and Texas I have to stop and yank the guards from my widowns and through them in the trash because I had it with not being able to roll my windows up.

Answer: I have boughten a few things for Weathertech and I had a problem with a part that got broken. I called customer service and got right through and they solved my problem in just a few minutes. They were very nice and easy to deal with.
Answer: Any company is better. Mine are absolute junk. They are so cheap I'd be better off buying Walmart brand floor mats.
