Bought for 2 cars. Tesla and CRV both *******. The weathertech carpets are not long enough. In both cars passenger and driver feet are are touching the carpets, because the liners are too short. Very disappointing
My loving wife ordered and paid for a weathertech cell phone cup holder as a gift for me for My birthday in July 2021. Needless to say, WE NEVER RECEIVED IT! She contacted Weathertech and supposedly they were going to reship it to her, as of Dec. 11,2021 no cup holder! I like to purchase AMERICAN MADE, but I'll never give Weathertech another dime of my money. They gladly take the money but apparently could care less about the customer even receiving their product. If you buy from them, good luck getting anything in return.
Products are good, but customer service and support very angry people, this have happened since last year. Have purchase for all new car's mats etc, NO more
The mats didn't fit my car and they gave me a terrific runaround trying to make it right. Finally after much frustration I am getting a partial refund. Never again,
Expensive plus $15.00 for shipping for what is baically a rubber floor mat which does not cover as well as the OEM mats. Drivers side does not cover where heel woould rest for accelrator. Passenger side also a bad fit. Would cost to return so will use. Last time I order any item from Weather Tech. Try Amaazon or local retailor you will probably be more satisfied.
My floor mats came in wrong. New ones supposed to come in 2 weeks ago and have never showed. I have sent several emails with no response. Worst experiences I've ever had with a company this size.
Horrible product. Drivers mat fit fine, passenger side not even close. Stay away. Cheap products. Offered to worship a replacement set but I decided not to continue with this company
Purchased many products from this company now eating over a week for a refund. They charged my card 5 days before shipping. Boy have they changed
Look elsewhere
I bought a set through PartSource. They had alot of trouble just putting in the order. When they arrived one of the round snap connectors was missing. PartSource has been trying to get Weathertech to send the missing part but theyre have alot of trouble just getting through to them. Its been several weeks since they arrived and still no part. I even tried to contact them with no luck. I myself and the fellow at PartSource are thoroughly discusted with Weathertecht because so far there has been absolutely no customer service.
Waited 3 weeks to be told my order would be coming eventually - exact quote - eventually... Order something else, word on the street is the quality has gone down hill JUST LIKE THE SERVICE, I'll follow up if and when i ever see the product... WOW This a such a good company at one time, very sad to see...
It's complete junk. It WILL fit any cup holder, but the design makes it useless. The different size cups cannot be tighten together. Because of that, they just turn with the vibration of the vechicle. So when you look down at your phone, to say, check the GPS, it will be facing away from you.
Pointless as "hands free" assistance when you have to keep putting your hands on it to spIn it back around so you can see the screen.
DO NOT BUY, YOU WILL BE UNHAPPY!
I ordered mud flaps on the phone 3/30/21 early am. I was told my order would ship that afternoon. Come to find out it takes 24-72 to ship. I hate a liars. No more Weathertech products for me
I've tried to get a hold of someone at the company but I will not stay on the phone forever I paid just under 500.00 dollars and all I got was cheap rubber flat mates that you can get at any auto parts store they don't even fit the only thing that fit was my tailgate liner as for the bed liner laser cut WHAT they are a half inch short on both sides and look like crap I plan on fighting it with my card company as for the interior of my truck that crap will not go in there.

I bought 1st, 2nd and 3rd row mats for my SUV. The mats in the front fit good with no complaints. The 2nd row and 3rd row mats are completely useless. They do not fit properly causing a trip hazard for anyone getting in and out of the back seats. I have actually removed the 3rd row mats because of the problems.
I have bought 3 sets of SunShades for 3 different cars: Toyota 4Runner 2013, Toyota iM 2018 and Volvo XC40 2020. Quality has diminished over the years comparing the 2013 and 2018 shades with the 2020 one. One thing they have in common: shades of small windows do not fit well, they fall down by themselves. More to say, they are shipped in a roll, the shades need like 4 months in order to stay flat, that if you do not roll them again. One more thing, I called to get one piece replaced because I received it damaged and the customer care over the phone SUCKS. For the price they charge for the products, they should be better.
I originally bought husky floor liners for my 2017 Dodge ram quad cab pickup. They fit well and provided good protection. The only problem i had with them was that the center hump wasn't protected. So I decided to go with weathertech as their liners go over the middle hump. BIG MISTAKE. Right from day one the front drivers side kept curling up under the door. The problem being two fold. First of all it impedes the door from closing completely wich has caused numerous problems. Secondly the carpet under this area isnt protected allowing grime to get under it and travel all the way under it. I bought these to " PROTECT MY CARPETS". I contacted customer service several times they told me to send pics then when i call them back they say they never got the pics. Long story short i have removed the weathertech liners and have re-instslled the Husky liners. Moral of the story? BUY HUSKY
My paypal dispute letter:
Overall, I am deeply unsatisfied with the customer service I have received from WeatherTech. I bought WeatherTech products because I believed buying from a US based company would provide me with good customer service. I paid more for a WeatherTech product than similar items found on Amazon. However, there was a manufacturing or production issue with one of your products and it unfortunately did not fit my car the way it was intended.
I asked for possible solutions, hoping that one of your representatives would suggest that I mount the bug deflector using double-sided foam tape rather than the supplied screws. I needed confirmation that doing this would not damage my car or void the product's warranty. However, I got no such response. Actually, I got no such response at all after a while.
So I start the last resort: a Paypal dispute, only to be met with the response form WeatherTech, "Please note that it is not typically necessary to open a PayPal dispute for items that were incorrectly purchased. " Get out of here. In my Paypal dispute, I submitted a pdf documenting my attempts of contact leading up to this. Arranging that documentation took hours. My efforts of being a cooperative consumer were dismissed. My concerns about lack of customer support were dismissed. I can see that I am not valued as a customer and I will be sure to share my experience widely.
I ordered all weather mats for myt 2008 Nissan Titan. If they are supposed to be engineered to fit my titan or anybody's titan they certainly do not. No even close. The general fit is close to the generic Michelin set I bought. That is the only reason I'm keeping them. Quality wise they are about the same and on the rack at a parts store. The back floor mats, you almost have to take the seat out to get them installed and the fit around the back of the front seat is pathetic. The cellphone cupholder isnt much better in quality. The only product of have purchased from weather tech is the bumpstep and it very good. My advise is to stay away from Weather Tech
I ordered a gift card from Weathertech as a Christmas present and was told I sould recieve it on the 23rd od Dec., but its now the 28th of Dec. Ans still nothing. When I called Weathertech they blamed it on FedEx when all they had to do was sent it regular mail, but no they charged me $8.00 to ship it.
*WARNING 2017 NISSAN ROGUE OWNERS!
I got rain guards and mud flaps for my 2017 Nissan Rogue. Had to fight the front door rain guards to fit correctly, now driver side window doesn't go up and down correctly and the back mud flaps, we had to drill a hole on each side because the holes in flaps and car didnt match up. I even called and asked if they sent me the right ones for my make and model. They assured me they was the correct fit. I lf you purchase the mud flaps, be prepared to drill new holes in your car. So not happy about that one.
Answer: Haha! Placed on hold with 165 callers ahead of me. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told I could try to call back tomorrow but they're really busy this time of year!
Answer: I have boughten a few things for Weathertech and I had a problem with a part that got broken. I called customer service and got right through and they solved my problem in just a few minutes. They were very nice and easy to deal with.
Answer: Any company is better. Mine are absolute junk. They are so cheap I'd be better off buying Walmart brand floor mats.
