I just got them. The mats seem to be an ok quality. I haven't even put them in my car yet, but I'm not impressed at all. The back cargo one is literally plastic garbage though. It's so thin and pliable. It's for sure not made of the same thick rubber the mats are. They are completely different things. You would think they would make them out of the same material. After reading the reviews on how people have issues with how they fit in their vehicles, I don't hold out much hope of being impressed.
I just purchase the underseat storage cargo for my 2025 silverado, do not buy this product, cheaply made the construction material is thin and flimsy, the width is small and doesn't cover the true width of the seat... extremely disappointed in the quality of the material and overall design
Installed 4 window deflectors and didn't notice a scratch on one untilI was finished. Emailed WeatherTech and asked them to send me a new deflector without a scratch. Customer service told me because I installed them already that I could be the one who damaged it 😝 talk about calling your customer a liar and that all they could do was 10% off.
I said I don't want $17 I wanted a window deflector without a scratch on it. Still waiting on a response 🤷
Weather tech commercials are so lop-sided in the direction of non-whites looking like they're 72% of the population instead of 12%.
This is racist! Blame Hollywood commie producers and directors.
Ordered 2 front floor mats for my 05 cadillac srx they arrived pretty fast, the passenger side isn't even close to fitting huge gap looks ridiculous so I contacted them and sent pictures and of course they won't call you back they hide behind a keyboard these jagoffs are claiming I selected mats for an awd, there isn't even an option for awd or 2wd they sent a return label that is not legible, how is it the driver side mat fits nice but the passengers side looks like a blind man cut it, I see they take 18$ from anyone who returns anything I have bought mats from them for 3 of my previous vechiles and the quality has gone way down but the price goes up my last vehicle I went to there store In Person and they charged me 20$ instalation fee they didn't install crap, I caught it in the parking lot and went back in, the woke cashier told me they charge everyone 20$ instalation fee, imagine how many people don't catch that these people are thieves please don't give them your money they are ripping you off and should not be in business also the driver's mat has big gouges underneath when I unboxed them and the date on the the sticker is 3 years old obviously someone else returned them, can't wait until they go belly up its coming, hopefully soon I emailed them my phone number and they refuse to call me what does that tell you bad business.
Too hard not pliable. That's says it all. No need for a picture. Feel them. Quality control probably noticed and money motivates until people stop buying.
2nd row for my 2025 sorento looks like I had them for 20 years.they don't stay fit it balls up.I probably going get a brick to flatten the corners.
Mats curl up and cause tripping. Tried to cut off the curls, no luck. Wouldn't buy anything there again. Lazer measured, yeah, right. Wasted money.
Just not helping me, I n33d to return a under seat storage for my 24 Denali, it is the wrong one. It is to short, they said rip out the carpet and it would fit lol. When I said I wanted to return it they stopped communicating
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...! THEY CLAIM PRODUCTS ARE LASER FITTED, BY WHO.? HELLEN KELLER...? TERRIBLE FIT BETTER OFF GOING ON AMAZON GETTING A $10 WINDOW SHADE... INSTEAD OF SPENDING $70 ON A WINSHIELD SHADE, CALLED THE COMPANY THEY WERE NOT CONCERNED AT ALL...! WILL DEF SPREAD THE WORD AT MY COMPANY RE THIS PLACE...
I bought front floor mats for my wife's gmc terrain, paid over $100 for them, thought I was getting the best, wrong! Both mats warped and the sides bent in and my wife catches her feet on them when she gets in, I called customer service and they sent me a crazy set of fix it myself instructions that didn't work, I would have thought they would have just sent new ones, but NO! After reading the reviews I see why they don't help customers! Be ware! You might do better buying cheap Walmart floor mats!
2005 f 350 crew cab. New carpets installed. Ordered the one piece for front. Not even close to fitting. Had to notch out for accel pedal to work. Door sills curled up and had to cut them down.
Total waste of money
I have a 2009 Toyota Camry Hybrid, bought a back seat cover and floor mats several years ago. Problems with both for the price paid. Mats do the job very well. Still a drink or two on the front mats and the spill was contained in the mat until I was able to clean. However, not long after I had them they started to curl in at the door, where you enter the car.
The seat cover not that easy to install and the seatbelt openings are not custom to the make of the car. Just a long velcro opening that you have to struggle to fit around the seatbelt mechanism. The straps for the back do not adjust for proper fit, the elastic degraded quickly, and fitting it to the seat was a daily adjustment. Only 2 stars for the product doing the job that it was intended. Could have paid much less for the same protection.
I bought 4 license plate holders (sold individually) for 24.95. Bought two other items. (Cup holder and window shade). They ship everything individually. All bought at once, all going to the same place. They charged 10.00 per item per shipping. (Made at same location)
When I asked the rep, "can't they go in one box? Even if it's 20.00?" She said no. This is how we do it, deal with it.
Have weather tech floor mats on all three of my vehicles. We live in Phoenix, AZ and the mats have curled up and have holes in them we have had them for a year. Not worth the money.!
Two different auto repair shops recommended WeatherTech floor mats for my 2003 Toyota when my factory installed floor mat slipped on the driver's side almost causing me to crash into a stopped car. I found the WeatherTech easy to navigate, purchased the front seat floor mats, and got them in excellent condition in a timely manner. The website provided a clear video on how to install them. Using that and the photo instructions that came with the mats, I was able to install them pretty easily. I had a little trouble putting the first hook in by hand, but was able to do so following the photo instruction. I've driven the car around with them for a while. The great fit allows them to be secure. Very happy.
I bought weathertech mats and console for my 2017 Nissan Versa Note. The floor mats and rear mat is good and good fit. But The Console is terrible. Wish they could have made a better fit for the console. It's not stable and moves around. That's why I gave them a 4. Needs more research on the console.
Tried to order from Weathertech, as it was recommended by some friends. Apparently whoever they ship with (Fedex) has not left the 1980's and does not understand how in modern days you can receive packages at a post office Box. If you are ordering from them and you have a post office box, I would suggest ordering from elseware, as you may never receive your order.
Spent $200+ for seal cover for Cadillac ST5 - it might as well have been made in China selling for $20. Seen the TV ads? This one doesn't fit anything like what you saw on TV. Elastic bands at the top to hold it up are cheesy, the sides leave ~6" of seat exposed on each side. The only good thing I have to say about this overpriced POS is that its heavy duty material. This will be my last WT product purchase.
Weathertech seat covers do not fit. They leave Velcro straps flapping all around the back seat. Totally NOT worth the cost. Do not buy. Mats are food tho
Answer: Haha! Placed on hold with 165 callers ahead of me. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told I could try to call back tomorrow but they're really busy this time of year!
Answer: I have boughten a few things for Weathertech and I had a problem with a part that got broken. I called customer service and got right through and they solved my problem in just a few minutes. They were very nice and easy to deal with.
Answer: Any company is better. Mine are absolute junk. They are so cheap I'd be better off buying Walmart brand floor mats.
