They fit great and protect my carpet. But they won't come clean. The shiny smooth surface was gone after the first washing and cannot be restored. Regular floor mats look better…. In the pic, you see water because I just washed them, believe it or not!
I have bought their products for years. Today I was at the car wash and the front hood protector for some unknown reason just broke off. I called Marissa and she promptly replaced it no questions asked after I sent in a photo of the broken part. I feel customer service is more important than the sale.

I purchased $450.00 worth of floor mats and cargo liner for my mini-van. Nobody said anything about a AAA or AARP discount. I installed them and found that it was not a great fit. Then I called to order a couple of more items and was told about the discount. I asked if they would credit the discount for my purchase two weeks earlier. No can do. Well screw weathertech. They're really not that great and probably worth the effort to look around on-line. Any company that gets returning customers should go out of their way to keep them, even if it means giving a discount on a previous purchase that should have been offered anyway. Also, an American company might offer a veteran's discount.
WEATHER TECH is an American company that makes auto floor mats, cup holders and cargo liners and trunk liners.
I have always been impressed with WeatherTech's tv ads and thought it would be nice to buy my husband a Father's Day Gift for his jeep. After checking and verifying the correct year and model, I ordered mats for the front. Not inexpensive at $124 plus tax and shipping. The mats did not fit the car and my husband said the quality was poor, certainly not worth the price. I immediately requested a return authorization which was prompt, but WeatherTech does not offer a return label at their shipping cost of $18. I took the box to FedEx which would cost $95 to return. UPS was $97. By the time these are returned plus deducting an additional $18 of WeatherTech's shipping cost, my net refund from $158 will only be $45.
Weather tech does provide well fitted floor liners customized to your car...
They are not reinforced to prevent curling and this will happen, severely. If you are willing to spend the money for the product you care enough to be embarrassed by the look and performance over time. The advice from customer service is to remove the mats and invert them on a warm surface to undo the curling. For this price point curling is unacceptable. I have tried everything over two years... I will never purchase this poorly designed product ever again. Great marketing poor product. I suggest they spend the marketing budget in product improvements.
I purchased a bug shield for my 2022 Chevy 2500 the first one was a stick on and looked good but left my truck after about two months damaging the paint then purchased and heavy duty one and the fasteners are to small for the factory holes what junk never buy anything from this company as well as there junk floor mats that don't fit and never come clean it is all junk stay away from this company in the past they were good now it just junk
Not sure if this is thin plastic or thin rubber. Either way these are so cheap and flimsy. Not even a good fit. Maybe the need to check their laser.I'm gonna just keep using the mats that came with the car. If you need protection buy a different brand.
Wasted hours trying to make an order. First time my web order was "lost". Then on the second try the order was refused because the zip code didn't match what was on file. Really long wait on the phone, well over 30 minutes each time. Then inept help for all my time and effort. I liked the produce for my previous car, but will find something else that with a company with compassionate customer service. BTW, those with great customer service typically have produces and web sites that don't generate much need for customer service.
Their mats for kia Carnival don't cover nothing properly. And after sending them pictures and showing them the big defaults of their product they want me to pay to ship them back to them. It's not really my mistake if their product is not good. I even showed them competitors products how much more it covers to help them make a better product. They were rude and disrespectful for a customer that bought already 3 full sets in the past
Purchased mats for Jeep Wrangler through dealership. Edges of mats rolled inward. Called WeatherTech warranty, unable to verify my order because of dealership purchase and I did not exist in WeatherTech system. Best advice given to me was to lay the mats face down in the sun, place a weight on top and hopefully the rolling with correct itself…. Tried that… did not work…threw mats in dumpster! Must of been a bad run? My WeatherTech mats in Tahoe and car are perfect. Dissatisfied with warranty support and dodging a replacement strategy.
Answer: Haha! Placed on hold with 165 callers ahead of me. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told I could try to call back tomorrow but they're really busy this time of year!
Answer: I have boughten a few things for Weathertech and I had a problem with a part that got broken. I called customer service and got right through and they solved my problem in just a few minutes. They were very nice and easy to deal with.
Answer: Any company is better. Mine are absolute junk. They are so cheap I'd be better off buying Walmart brand floor mats.
