Help is available 24/7. The site design is 9 out of 10. I have been with another web designer, and Web.com is more user friendly. I would like to see availability for my email on the left side menu when I first sign in.

2 step verification is a crock! I have yet to find out whether I pay one price for unlimited email addresses or whether you intend to charge me for each one. I don't have a good feeling about this. I was told nothing would change but so much is changing.

Purchased from mydomain.com which was bought out unfortunately. web.com neither offers the same benefits (free SSL) and charges for web-forwarding which is 100% money-grab as no-one charges for this basic service. Customer service is good.

Worst experience I've ever had with my service. Transition fro mydomain.com to web.com has had nothing but problems. Again today I can not access my email so business is at a stand still.
Tech support is very poor, never get the same answer and chat takes forever. On top of all this my cost to register my domains has gone up.
I have too many domains and web sites with you to switch service so I trapped in a very bad situation.

For years I have been a customer of mydomain.com. Since being moved to web.com I have received several reminders to renew a domain that has been transferred elsewhere. I am based in the UK, but you appear to be charging me state tax on my other domain renewals. mydomain.com never charged me tax. For this reason I will be transferring all my domains elsewhere as this makes you much more expensive than other registrars.

Since web.com took over for dotster.com it has been a nightmare to register and renew domains from having to pick from a list of domains with the same credit card to select a payment method to the never ending offers. Planning on taking my business elsewhere is things done improvee.

You charge way more than others, won't delist domains from the list transferred to other registrars, and continue trying to charge for them even though they aren't registered here. You refuse to close the account and claim you'll remove the payment option on the account but never do. Meanwhile, you keep trying to charge for domains you don't manage any longer. I have submitted this to the fraud department for my payment method.

I didn't. You bought the registrar I have been using for years and doubled my prices immediatly. The entire situation has been nothing but a headache and you are still trying to charge me for services I don't have despite all of this. Enough.

Coming from Namezero to Web, prices have increased enormously. I believe a bought services I do not need, but your explanation is poor. Dotster or Web; I cannot easily find my way on your platforms,

Fortunately I do not need to be on your website as I only use the email option. Once it works, I am fine for 10 months. Payment is nerve breaking because my credit card is sometimes not accepted and I get alarming warnings from you. I had to open an account with Pay-Pall just for paments to you.
