Customer service is awesome. Love the templates provided and how easy it is to create a wesbite.
Help is available 24/7. The site design is 9 out of 10. I have been with another web designer, and Web.com is more user friendly. I would like to see availability for my email on the left side menu when I first sign in.
I had two domains transferred over, when I initially signed up I was never told any stipulations on transferring a domain. It was only when Web.com couldn't transfer them correctly I was told about a waiting period that was never mentioned in our initial conversation. I am not pleased at all that my account was charged several times for the same thing and it seems that no matter whom I talk to no one understands.

We feel like we were promised the moon but werent even delivered a star. Being in sales for 20years, to over promise and under deliver is a big failure in my book.

I am trying to make changes to our website and the update changes page is blank. I then try to chat you and it keepts refreshing to new chat every 5 seconds. I only have until the 23rd to make these changes and you stopping requesting changes is going to cause me to pay more money. THis is not good.

After mydomain.com was bought by web.com, the ability to manage email forwarding is missing. This was the only reason I had used mydomain.com.
