Customer service is awesome. Love the templates provided and how easy it is to create a wesbite.
Help is available 24/7. The site design is 9 out of 10. I have been with another web designer, and Web.com is more user friendly. I would like to see availability for my email on the left side menu when I first sign in.

I have issue with the service, the support people request pay for that support, and, today not have possibility to obtein and solve.
I am constantly waiting for extended periods of time to speak to a customer service representative. If I move away from the chat for 60 seconds, then I get cut off. The reason I joined web.com was because they rated so highly on customer service but I am consistently getting terrible service. I don't know if this is because I am in a different time zone in Australia but I'm finding The experience to be extremely frustrating and disappointing and would love a refund on my two months subscription so far

There wasn't a lot of guidance on how to set/connect certain things. Plus, in order to even set up a site, it cost extra. I think having a video that gives the rundown of the process before purchasing would be convenient.

It would be nice if you permitted cronjobs. I have found work-arounds, but they are not as easy to use.

Dont advertise it will cost 10 - 14.99 per month then charge 40. Not okay to lie. And the domain/server kinda sucks especially for 39.99 per month. Wont send appointment verification to my customers. Wont load correctly or take forever... the only reason im keeping it this month is because i got a few sales

You have gone Live with my new Web Site on Monday March 11. I have not been able to access email since then and have been calling since then to get this fix. All my documents and contacts are on my email. I have to sign and send contacts out March *******@1pm for tenders and I cant get in to emails and no one is helping or taking this Seriously.
