Help is available 24/7. The site design is 9 out of 10. I have been with another web designer, and Web.com is more user friendly. I would like to see availability for my email on the left side menu when I first sign in.

Web.com took down my website and all business e-mail after I have been a client for over 6 years. They never e-mailed me about any problems and just took everything down. I'm not sure why they did this. I have been trying for 2 days to get this restored and have been told the escalation process takes 24 - 48 Hours. Meanwhile, I can't get any business e-mails and may be losing business. I asked to escalate this to a manger and was told that they will call me in another 4 hours. In my book this is not any way to run a business. I would think about using them if I were you... Beware!

The agent that I worked with was Felicia M. She was extremely polite, helpful, understanding, congenial and informative. I felt extremely comfortable and at ease explaining what I wanted' She could not have made our interview any better. In fact I asked her if I would have an opportunity to share a review before she even mentioned a review. I hope that all of your agents are similar to her.

This is a horrible business. They make crazy charges to your account! I think they even charged me for closing my account and i'm not completely sure that they won't charge me in the future for some unknown reason.

They will refund your money if you call them and tell them you didn't agree to their "website starter kit".
Companies like logoyes.com bet on people not checking their bank accounts or not disputing their charges. They hire actuaries who've learned in college how to figure odds; they figure the odds for various companies, insurance companies, hospitals, etc. of the percentage of careless, clueless people who won't really care enough. Most people don't like confrontation; that's what companies like Logoyes.com and actuaries gamble on.

Be aware site is taking money away. Just got billed 9.99 for nothing. I created a logo a year ago, which I fully paid, not I got a subscription charge of $9.99... This is ridiculous they never disclosed this upfront when I signed. Be Aware... there are many users around the world with same issue.

I called in after I received a threatening email because my credit card was not processed for the monthly payment. I check my account and could see the accurate default card was reflected. There are two other cards reflected as well, but neither is good anymore. The system wont allow me to remove them and the agent could not do so either. The agent processed the payment on the proper card and all went through. They could not explain why their system failed to do this properly and automatically as usual. I asked several times and he could never seem to understand my concerns.

Honestly the service was so good it caught me off guard I thought it might have been fraud because you rarely find such good companies like that any more. But it was very so real so happy to have them working on my non profits website

We signed up for what they called the "ignite marketing" package. The package includes marketing of your web site on google places and the creation of a Facebook page or the marketing or your existing FB pages. Results? Almost 300$ thrown in the garbage. The web site could not be found online and among the 300 likes we got on FB (with a page largely designed by us) were all not interested to our business, they just "liked" the page for no apparent reasons. Don't use this "services" it's just wasting money.

She was incredibly insightful and genuinely interested in what I offer, who my audience is, and validating about the content already on my website and FB page. The person who did the interview, DeAnne, listened to me, and made notes, so she could repeat my needs back to me. This gives me confidence that the information used to word this website will reflect what I need. This kind of service makes a great opportunity for good business to build. I used their company for 2 months they talked about getting me 5 leads a week I had a total of 5 for the month.
They could not get my location correct and wanted me to do work in my area that was across the water and not in my area of business.
It was incredibly expensive with no return on my expense.
I paid another company to do the same thing and they were successful. Web.com took my money without doing their job

I recommend Web.com to all my friends in business because of the excellent customer service as well as outstanding products. In helping a friend start a new venture I agreed to act as liaison for new website. Taylor made the 90 minute initial set up process feel more like a friendly chat with a new pal across the country. There where no templates geared towards selling products as a retailer. They were all service oriented. I have 100 products to display with price and link to a shopping cart page nothing there for templates. I would have to build it all from scratch. Big waste of money...

Not helpful, no options. Just suggested not to auto renew...

The minimum I've researched was $350 to get a site up and running. That was via someone I knew personally. Web.com gave me an option to build a website at an affordable cost. As a start-up, every dollar counts.

Now, with that said, building the site isn't as intuitive as it may seem. Especially when it comes to resizing original pics/ logos. Also, the server kept dropping of line during the initial setup. However for the cost I'm still pleased with the value proposition.

They are usually able to at least acknowledge the issue, even if they can't resolve it at the time.

Chat was totally useless. I am now trying to figure out how to make a phone appointment. A number keeps calling, leaves no message. I have hearing issues with my phone so need to make sure I am somewhere to HEAR and cannot always answer. I have used Web.com before, found it very intuitive for me but it has changed and I need some "how do I find" answers.

I am so happy to take the extra two minutes to make a review for Sara S, the representative who actually knew how to fix the issue I needed help with, as well as someone else a couple months back; out of the two years with Web.com. Most of the time people jump me from caller to caller because they can not help with my issue. I am so disappointed that I will not be able to contact her directly through the platform, since I know she is one of the best. Marty was very knowledgeable and if he didn't have answers to the questions I asked, he reached out to other team members to acquire said information. Professionalism at its best. I have only 1 suggestion for Marty and that would be to slow down a little when he is talking as it may be difficult for some to understand him at times.

Tito T. Shocked me... I was expecting the same old ten dollar an hour customer service attitude, but, received pretty much the opposite. He was extremely professional, exceedingly helpful; i. E. while I was explaining a need I had to help my prospective customers, Tito was online finding the solution. That was a site that offered legal assistance for timeshare purchases in every state in the country. We included that valuable link on my website. Additionally, Tito took his time in explaining possibilities and options available to me as a Web.com customer.
In short, when I hung up the phone, I felt as though I had taken on a valuable partner in my business and made a new friend simultaneously. A fantastic experience!

Let me first preface this with the fact that I have never been a client and was merely called by the firm and shown a presentation. I was cold called for my law practice by Web.com. I spoke to Sally and spoke with the legal representative Martin. They introduced me to their platform and reviewed my financial numbers for my business. In speaking with them, their data representative went over my finances and the projected return on investment and told me that they could not get the returns to justify the service plan. This is because my business is extremely lean and runs on low expenses and small margins and is rather non-traditional by law firm standards. As a business owner, I was very appreciative of the fact that they were honest about this incompatibility. I cannot comment on their web services but based upon my experience, I have never seen an SEO generation company that was so honest.
