Customer service is awesome. Love the templates provided and how easy it is to create a wesbite.
Help is available 24/7. The site design is 9 out of 10. I have been with another web designer, and Web.com is more user friendly. I would like to see availability for my email on the left side menu when I first sign in.
I have called to cancel my privacy and sitelocker auto extensions because I never used it and there is no cancellation on the website. After I chat with the customer services. They simply say it is set as auto renewal. I then turned it off, but I was still charged fro 200+ which I did not use the services not even for the last subscriptions. What can of services are Web.com providing, not allowing user to cancel services they have never been used.
Pretty solid, chat support is 9/10, usually very helpful. Website it a little clunky to build and doesn't have a ton of options but again, pretty good.
Not getting great support when I need it. Chat support people are not as helpful as they could be or knowledgeable enough.
Didn't chose it, was moved over from mydomain and missing my old services and better customer service
Very poor communication. I really hope my website is better than my old web.com site. So far it's the same old web.com
I don’t know. I made a big mistake
Support doesn't listen or read information. Truly infuriating when your company can't comprehend simple, basic instructions.
Signed up for free trial then after not choosing to use your platform i removed my card from online and you guys still charged me.
Not good. I need to put in new credit card information. I want to keep doster also I have used them for over 25 years
This has been good. Prior attempts kicked me out. I renewed my Interratech domain last month and assumed correction had been made for this domain.
I have been with Doster for years when I tried to renew online like I always have Web,com came up. I need my Ezitrade and Interratech domains. I corrected my credit card info for Interratech a month ago
I liked Dotster. They only contacted me when needed. I keep getting emails about auto renew--WHICH I TOOK CARE OF. WHY ARE YOU BOTHERING ME? If this keeps up, I'll switch to another service next year.
I was lured into checking my website numbers but then was mislead. And I hate that you keep on sending me emails about stuff I've already taken care of. I'm about to block you.
I am a long time MyDomain customer with a Hosting solution that includes basic email. After Web.com purchased the company, I was unable to set up new email accounts for my domains. Customer support responded to my support requests but they were unable to solve the problem which is why I give one star. I had to move to another service for email even though my current plan is paid up for another year.

Web.com is not as good as when it was Dotster. They say they are the same, but their services and customer service are not. Disappointing.
I didn't; you forced yourself on me.
Horrible company! Service is punishingly bad. I am disgusted every time I deal with someone due to their incompetence and indifference.
Still have to get used to Web over Dotster. Be able to better rate it once I get to know what you offer over them.
I keep getting different answers for the same questions about my website package, AND getting my domain changed was a nightmare. I first was told it would be about $10, then I was charged 23 something and now I am getting charged an additional 2.50 a month when I was told initially the two charges would include a year for the domain switch.
I thought it was my previous provider, which was Homestead
4 days later and still wainting on securing my website. Your ads are very misleading, especially for someone who just started out.
Customer service would not give me an identifier to transfer my google workspace account until after my subscription date passed and my account was suspended. And now that its suspended I can't use the identifier until my subscription is renewed. Well I've paid it again and now i'll transfer to google. Nice extortion methods WEB.com
The interface is not user friendly and I have had my information deleted out of my website several times
Keeps me in track. Excited to see what I can do with this online domain. Makes me feel like I have ownership in something today which is quite to difficult to accomplish
Honestly the domain name. It's obvious. About the feeling I would like most ppl to think and feel with mine. A no Brainer.
It was not clear where I would go to make DNS changes. But I finally found it. And then the list of the DNS records was confusing since the list was not complete. It took me a while to figure out that there is a "see more" link at the bottom of the list. That could be more clear. Or just list all of the DNS records since that is what we would be used to seeing anyway.
I do not want to verify every time I come here... once is enough then remember the computer with localStorage.
Your site says that our MyDomain credentials would work to login to Web.com. However it took me 3 attempts to get logged in.
This merger has lead to my sites going down and I still haven't been able to restore them. You're charging money for services that used to be included with the domain name renewal. I cannot believe after 20+ years of doing business with mydomain.com this company has fallen to offering garbage service.
Attempt to fix the dns that my domains are pointing to because your company can't do it's job.
It takes so long to log on and multiple times now i didnt get a verfication code. You keep sending worrying emails regarding having to renew my product. What's a product? They are domains, so it is confusing and complicated. Have to do things on my phone whilst travelling. You made it difficult. It was much simpler with MyDomain.
I didn't. It was forced since you took over MyDomain
Since Web.com became involved with Dotster.com many aspects of handling our account have gone wrong and it takes a number of attempts and many hours to resolve issues.
The last issue took three hours to resolve.
We didn't have any say in the matter. They suddenly appeared without any announcement. We wish they would disappear.
Your front end and access to controls is obtuse. One shouldn't have to search endlessly to find simple controls.
I didn't. You bought Dotster.com, whom I'd been with for 15 years. I should be able to get to simple things like ftp settings, email settings so I can use my own email client, etc. Your web interface sucks. Big time. Concentrate on giving me control over my domains, not trying to upsell.
Disappointed email forwarding is being discontinued. Paid for additional email service with web.com. The additional email service is not functioning. I'm paying extra for something that doesn't work. Another reason for 1 star.
