Help is available 24/7. The site design is 9 out of 10. I have been with another web designer, and Web.com is more user friendly. I would like to see availability for my email on the left side menu when I first sign in.

If I new setting up a website could be so painless and stress-free I would have done it a long time ago. My agent, Braelan Lee, was amazing. He was so informative and had the patience of a saint. I think he even lowered my blood pressure! I would recommend this company without any hesitation. I have never been so amazed by a company and their agents as with Web.com. From the beginning of obtaining a domain name to setting up a website, the whole process is very satisfying.

I need help with setting up my professional email and when I chatted for help yesterday, it was the slowest service I've ever received. The guy took forever to reply to me, kept responding to me using scripts (so rude and unprofessional), he clearly did not care about my issue and the fact I need help. This is the worse website for help.

Because I already paid Web.com for my website for 2 yrs. So I'm stuck and need to setup my website and my professional email. If I cannot figure it out today, I will look to cancel my purchases and get my money back.

Anytime I have an issue it is never solved. Only an email that says they're still working on it. They always take forever on the phone to only "transfer " my issue to "tech support " who never gets back to me. They only send an automated email and that's it ‍ I will be changing services when my subscription ends, so do not renew anything.

So far the service and access is terrible. In this moment The site is confusing and way too busy and disorganized. Ive paid for the month so I'll give it a little more time. In this moment after many many many attempts still can not access builder.web.com and even to know that was where to go was hell trying to figure out...pretty disappointed

Nameservers got reset to default from what they should be. I changed them back but was told it would take 24-48 hours. After waiting 24 hrs with no work email, I called but there was nothing they said they could do. After 48 hrs with work email (send or receive), I called again. This time he said they he would enter the info but failed to mention it would reset the clock again. I asked "so now I have to wait another 48 hrs for my company email to work" He replied it could take up to 48 hrs but should only take a few hours. So if you own a business find someone else to manage your Domain. DO NOT USE web.com

The initial experience with Web.com was decent. I recently needed to make some small changes to my web site. The platform for making the changes, " Website building" was not working when I went to make the changes. The front-end support staff at Web.com could not make the changes either. The standard response was it would be resolved in 24-48 hours. I am 8 days into this issue and call every day (Web.com does not call or reach out to me). Every time I call support staff can not help and say "engineering" is working on it, but do not have any info on when it may be resolved. Based on this experience, I would not recommend to anyone running a business and needing an internet presence.

The support staff were as helpful as possible, but do not have any two way communication with the engineering staff and also no ability to reach back out to customers on what is being done. The "Canned" response is " wait 24-48 hours"

Reason I chose this business:

I am asking myself that very question now! Actually, the initial set-up was great and hosting cost reasonable. BUT, now I feel I am being held hostage with the inability to up-date my website or even move it to another host.

After another vendor posted my original web site the "Secure Alert" message appeared on the website.
After two calls to web.com the issue was resolved. I was fine with it taking two calls as I believe their was some very specific knowledge and the second person knew exactly what the cause was.

Excellent, problem resolved, knowledgeable personnel, and very polite and through.

I'm grateful to Web.com for setting up my website. If I had any difficulties, I immediately turned to specialists and they helped me. Thanks to them my site works well. Images load without problems and all buttons are active, I had problems with this before, but Web.com helped me figure it out.

When adding text in the text boxes, every time I hit space, it puts the next word in front of the preceding word rather than following the word. It is also very slow to make the changes I am wanting, and seems to freeze on me to where nothing is happening. I've had to close the page and log back in several times to continue my task.

You are the worst company on the planet! I couldn't publish my site because they couldn't get it right so despite the fact that I was paying 179.00 per month I did a lot of it myself but the parts that I needed help with ((((((such as making sure the responsive coding was place on the pages so on mobile devices the site was clear)))))), and I asked them to do -----they still couldn't get it right. It's been 3 months and my site still isn't published! Then they promise to get a senior rep on my case ----should they have not done that from the beginning? Why do they have people working there that SOUND like they know what they're doing but really don't. I have more examples but won't waste my time - don't use them, they will take your money for nothing in return!

Marty was excellent from start to finish! Our time on the phone was lengthy because he really took his time and spoke to me and my co-Owner about our information and full details for our website. He was patient, kind, and thorough. I didn't feel rushed with Marty, and I felt that I could easily give him all the details needed to build an awesome website! Some agents have made me feel rushed and it left me to just figure things out in my own, or hopefully get another representative. Marty was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone looking to build a website... hopefully they will be lucky enough to get transferred to him. I'm sure glad I was!

Never go with the DIY. I was with web.com for 9 years and they have gone down hill. I will never recommend this crap of a business to my worst enemy
If they can't make a commission of you they destroy your DIY website.
