Customer service is awesome. Love the templates provided and how easy it is to create a wesbite.
Help is available 24/7. The site design is 9 out of 10. I have been with another web designer, and Web.com is more user friendly. I would like to see availability for my email on the left side menu when I first sign in.
The recent change to your email system is making quite any and all accounts with you. Also it's noiit possible to confirm your email address under which lead to my main domain being locked out!
Only because I still have domain.com accounts. web.com is n ot giving me any reason to take it serious.
Ive neem having a lot of problems with this web platform. From features not working to customer service being incompetent and awful. I have not been having a good experience.
I was testing out different platform for my business.
It's taking longer than i would like to get a simple site set up and connected to my domain.
The editing part of the website is a little tricky and there's a lot to learn about opening a store. I literally have no budget trying to start on a shoestring so the time it's taking me a little longer than I thought. The AI versions didn't fit the vibe I was going for.
I heard a lot of good things online about company.
With the FAMILY OF COMPANIES of Endurance aka Newfold Digital... all of the sites have the same Log-In Page Template form - which holds NONE of our Credentials we have saved, thus we need to keep constantly placing credentials in manually, per se, which is sophomoric and the platforms are all archaic. We have Hosting and hundreds of Domains registered under Bluehost, Domain.com/Web.com, Dotster.com... and nowit seems that ALL of our accounts are based at Web.com - or so it seems.
You people are doing all these changes WITHOUT letting us, the customer, know what the hell is going on.
Now we do not have a great grip on which site to access for our businesses - mostly Domain Purchases.
The New Platform set up for domain registration is simply terrible, more work to get biz done... and I could go on for days.
WHY DID YOU NOT LET ALL CUSTOMERS KNOW ABOUT THE AMALGAMATION OF ALL THE COMPANIES. It is not customer-centric whatsoever... and we are now forced to have our Senators look into all of this CONSOLIDATION - seems no one is following this.
Love for someone to reach out to us to speak about how we can choose ONE PLACE to do ALL OF OUR BUSINESS.

DIDN'T - WAS THRUSTED OR FORWARDED TO WEB FROM OUR OTHER DOMAIN REGISTRAR - DOTSTER WE THINK. WE ARE LOOSING TRACK OF ALL OF THIS NONSENSE.
The web.com user interface is difficiult to use when compared to the lassic doster.com GUI. Also, why is web.com so full of marketing messages and attempts to upsell me? I just want to do my work -- not fight off ads.
I would never choose web.com, but my account was with Dotser and so I'm stuck -- for now.
Dotster user you totall f'ed up. When you took my account from dotster you migrated the password hash without checking if the password policies match. So, my password was 10 words long but you only allow 16 chars. That caused my account to get locked at least a few times before I figured out the problem. Honestly I'm not even sure your tech team knows about this issue, even today. Congrats, your tech stack and QA team might as well not exist.
Then after getting my account fixed, on my own, you still locked it. And even though I had payment information when my domains went to aut-renew you didnt renew them.
What a lousy company
Was not my choice. I was forced
You gave me bad advice about the ICANN verification service emails I received and my site was taken down. I'm furious. I went to the trouble of checking directly with your help desk and you told me to ignore the emails. You have no reference to them on your site, and then I get taken down. Useless.
Autoreview notification failed. Sucks not finding out the domain required review until after it's expired.
Your domain renewal costs area bit excessive, and for that reason, like they say on Shark Tank, I'm out.
I moved all my domains to another carrier 2 weeks ago. However one of them is still awaiting a correct authorization code. I've called and spoke to 3 different people about it. I still cannot get it out.
Last week you attempted to bill me for a renewal on a domain that is no longer with you.
Need to support 2fa apps, login process is crap, had to use an incognito window to login after working with a support rep. Support rep supposedly disabled 2fa but that still sent via email when using the incognito window
Forced from a mydomain.com transfer of service
Simply a terrible service that is a total waste of time and money. Switch to godaddy.com!
YOU sent me an email that was urgent
We have submitted a domain transfer request and issues have not been resolved since sept 2024
We did not choose web.com.
We found out that this company took over dotster without advance notice to us
It has been easy. I have a shopify store / website so I think that gave me some expereince.
I cannot get my website up and running because i cannot fix it. I tried it with the company and I never get any help. I cannot afford professional assistance.
Lots of changes since dotster. I was not expecting the new layout, and will need to learn a lot to be able to navigate this new system.
I did not choose web.com
Dotster apparently sold my site to web.com
They bought out mydomain.com, doubled renewal fees, and eliminated all free features. After 20 years with mydomain.com, I have no option but to move all of my domains and services elsewhere. Web com will fail.
Ridiculous and no help whatsoever. Embarrassing, actually.
I had no choice; they bought out the domain services provider I used for 20 years.
Great customer service! Quick and fast response! Will definitely recommend to all my business partners!
Saw advertisement
As I've already told you, when this site was mydomain.com I could log in easily, go to the list of domains, extend a subscription easily, etc. I now longer can even log in. You've evidently lost my password.
You website is too aggressive in pushing optional services. Also, I keep getting a nag notification (reminder) that one of my domains is about to expire, but it has already been renewed.
Discontinuing Email Essentials Office 365 without notice, Discontinuing Free Email Forwarding without notice.
Support people not given any path forward to assist customers who have signed up to your products.
This is just rotten
I have been a very longtime customer of mydomain. What I experienced today was just pure horror.
I will be leaving.
I have been tricked in to purchasing a domain I don't want, you guys suck!
I didn't. Bring back Dotster, they were honest!
I've been trying to sort out an authorization code to transfer out for 1 1/2 months. I have sent numerous emails and spoken repeatedly with people on the phone and now find that you have closed my escalated issue. This is the worst service I've ever had from a web company.
Because God hates me.
Horrible service cancelled and still billed. Attempted to contact chat for help and received none
