Help is available 24/7. The site design is 9 out of 10. I have been with another web designer, and Web.com is more user friendly. I would like to see availability for my email on the left side menu when I first sign in.
I paid $60 to set up an online store. It was my first time doing so, so it took me a month to build it and then after FINALLY finishing it... I get a notification that my site needs renewed due to expiration? Which apparently costs $40?!?!? I am so glad that I just paid $60 and wasted a month of my time completing something that is now unusable. I dont have another 40 bucks to go and drop on anything extra right now. My goal was obviously to get some income flowing in by selling things on my website... but thats apparently not going to happen.
I thought it was a reliable site and I was getting a good deal for my money but turns out I WAS INCORRECT!
We initially contacted Dan B. To try and recover an old website. He was extremely professional in his attempts to do this for us. When we discovered that we could not recover the old website (our fault not his) we were informed they could rebuild for us and given pricing options that were extremely competitive (I did due diligence and discovered they were very affordable relative to the market). Dan passed me on to a customer service rep, Rachel, who went out of her way to help me given my lack of understanding of what I was doing. She allowed me some extra time to get things prepared for her outside of the usual scope of how they work and even made sure she was available when I needed it to take care of our launch. So far I am extremely pleased with my experience.
Very disappointed in the web builder. Only 2-3 days of using it and it never has my format consistent. Pics all misaligned, header messed up and all the support i got gave me 2 escalated cases and still no answers or resolution. I did a lot of research in companies to see who to sign up with for my website and so far i regret choosing you.
Originally i chose them because of the ease it was supposed to provide for a DIYer website builder and its been horrible. Support has been mediocre at best. Very disappointed

Several years ago when I purchased an existing dog boarding facility, I wanted to get a website up and running; so my customers could find me and also to be able to make their reservations on-line. The web hosting company I choose was Network Solutions and I have been pleased over the years with the service they have provided for me. Again, today, the company representatives, Steven in renewals and Erin in marketing provided top notch assistance for my problems and questions. Thanks, again, for being there.

I had the best experience working with Megan H in Sales, as she explained getting started to use the web service. The slide presentation clearly defined what would be available to us and the features and options. It was an easy decision to proceed with the purchase and then had a wonderful experience speaking to Jordan H in Web Consulting to further define what we wanted for our site. We are so looking forward to the next steps of getting the website up and running for our business. This is clearly a first class organization.

I was blown away. The person I spoke with not only discussed details about my website that I would never have thought of on my own. She also wanted to know my business inside and out so we could portray who we are and what we represent to the visitors on the site. She walked me through multiple marketing strategies and ideas that will help our business grow. She was very professional and patient through the whole process. I had no idea customer service like this still existed. I was blown away!
And got disconnected and spent over an hour via numerous phone #'s and holds trying to reconnect; only to find out they could not find my new account. Waiting for a marketing specialist to call. Was told it takes 24 hrs. For the account to become activated. So needless to say my first impression and experience were less than positive. :(
Do not waste your time. No representative has any idea about this companies policy. Reps lie to get you signed up, or don't know what's true, and when you question it you get different answers depending on who you talk too. I have screen shots of a conversation stating what my price would be for certain amount of months. That price changed after 2 months. When asked I told I was charged correctly and I can't get any type of refund, for anything, because it's been longer then 3 days since the purchase lol. Seriously, please don't waste your time. Solve issues. You get a different answer every-time you talk to a rep. I've had this service 2 months and the bill went from being $4.95/month for 12 months, then renewing at $11.99(which renewed at $16.95 NOT $11.99) and I was told that was the price from the start. Your company updated pricing in January yet some how your website still reflects a different price. You guys are a website building company and can't even adjust your own companies website? That should've been a red flag for me from the start. No it's going up to $19.99/ month? And this is for your basic package? Unreal. You guys have wasted my time and my hard earned money. Absolutely disgusting. The only positive thing was being able to build my website. Trying to set up the SSL Certificate and the IP address took over a week and a half. Every time I spoke with someone I would get different answers or results which kept me spinning in circles. Eventually a knowledgeable rep came on and could help, but a lot of wasted time. Could be a good company but has a lot of important things to clean up.
Unfortunately, I already created my website with them and I don't have the time to redo my website with another company. I won't purchase any more products from Web.com.

I wish the pricing adjustments and package details were more clear. Very misleading. Now I need to redo my website with another company so I can transfer my domain name and not mess up my business lead flow.

Erin was quite patient, and walked me through the various questions. She explained the process and clarified some points that were missing from the initial conversations I had had. I sensed a desire to up-sell me to include Facebook, but I declined based on the price tag; small consulting firms just cannot afford the money. Overall, good experience.
I have had a really hard time getting my store set up. I have asked several times for assistance, but my online chat person sends me to the links on the help page. My website is published and nothing seems correct
I am finding that the templates are limited in my particular field (mental health counseling), and once a template was chosen, it has been difficult to navigate. Understandably, I am not a web designer by profession, but thought it would be less difficult to do on my own.

They are group of scammers! I purchase domain and email but after I paid they asked me to pay more to get an email and domain active (even though I paid already for them). I can not remove my payment and customer agent said they even can not pause or delete my account. The only option they offer to disabled my subscription but it's a lie. They're keeping charge me without even I use this website.

Advertised 1.95 for a month of website/domain service. I never agreed to auto renew, but they were doing it. I signed up for 1 month to try it. They kept billing for service@ 10.00 each. I never would have agreed to that amount. The website never even had any traffic, and I hadn't checked my it. I figured it was no longer up, because I only paid for the 1 month. This went on for 7 months. They refuse to give any refund. Chatting with customer service she says no supervisor was available to chat with me either (of course).

The design tool have bugs, the advertised price is not respected ( 33 us$ instead of 23 can$). And they keep bugging you with add-ons without ever saying the price of those add-ons... definitely not recommend this hosting (would give 1/4 star if i could)
