Help is available 24/7. The site design is 9 out of 10. I have been with another web designer, and Web.com is more user friendly. I would like to see availability for my email on the left side menu when I first sign in.
Used for years, service, so-so. They were going to make a new up=dated site. They closed my web store & put up a junk site. Put me out of business. Not helpful. Tried to cancel & kept trying to sell me on something, not interested in fixing my problem Buyer beware
I recommend that you do not use LogoYes. They are sleazy.
I used them exactly one year ago to buy a logo. Today I discovered a bogus $9.95 charge from them on my credit card. Apparently when I purchased my logo, they set up some crazy unrelated program so that if I don't cancel within the next year, they'd charge me on a recurring basis -- but they didn't tell me about it. I certainly don't recommend agreeing to anything like that. When I called to ask them to refund it, they were not able to refund the charges immediately, but said they would take several days to make a decision. They call it a "promotion", but personally I call it a scam.
I think this is a sleazy way of doing business. I don't recommend you spend your money with LogoYes; there are plenty of other hard-working businesses out there that you can use.
The customer service agent literally brought me to tears She was so frustrating, manipulative, and unhelpful. It was clear she was getting sadistic pleasure in not helping me and hearing me suffer. I am astounded at the clear lack of effort or care for their customers. I was on the phone for roughly 50 minutes and still got no resolution. I had to hang up and hope to contact someone else. Now Im wondering why I even put up with the 50mins of abuse.

My experience with Web.com was incredibly thorough. They ask good questions to get you going and provide useful information to them. They are good for getting started when you really have no idea where to start.
Had them for 3 months. The worst experience to try and start a small business. Every time you call you have to take a survey. They even asked if I would write a review of them for the BBB! Last, they changed my phone number on my site without my consent after 3 months, so all my advertising, business cards given out and flyers were no good. The executive refused to correct it. Avoid this company. To cancel, they require you to give them your password-INSANE!

Your customer service was/is terrible and your email hosting absolutely sucks. I wish I knew before hand. Moreover your web page and logo makers are not all that good. You have billed me wrong and threaten to cancel my account only to find out you billed me erroneously

I called with a technical issue--Christian of the Modifications Team spent the time to help ascertain the source of our issue. He walked me through his troubleshooting steps and when he needed to test something he told me each time that there would be silence, but he was still on the line. He was patient, professional, and courteous

My experience first began with Angelo chatting with me minutes after hitting the web.com website. We chatted online for a bit and set up a call to take place the next morning. He called me on time and we were able to instantly start the process of seeing if WEB.COM was a good fit. He was patient to answer my questions and then I had the privilege of working with Rachel. She was very nice and knowledgeable as we went through every portion of my new website design. She was absolutely a joy to work with and I look forward to working with the rest of WEB.COM staff. I have spent many hours attempting to get my website up and running using web.com. I have never had so much trouble setting up web hosting and a domain before. I have developed about 20 other websites before and had never used web.com to do so, never having any problems with other providers. The basics of purchasing a domain and connecting it to a hosting package has been difficult. I have contacted web.com's support team and was assured the issue would be resolved after the technician refreshed my account. The issue still remains and I don't particularly feel confident in web.com or have the time to contact support again at this time.

After calling in end of last week, I was put off from the manner in which the customer rep told me that it would take 24-48 hours to get the listings and directories issue into someone's care to begin the process of cleaning up the errors that is on your end. It's been some time and it seems that things still aren't resolved.
Frustration
I contacted Web.com for help in setting up my business website. Thinking it was going to be a costly and daunting task, I was put in contact to Abigail. After listen to my concerns she was able to put together an awesome product that best fit my business needs. I so looking forward to working with Abigail on future projects!

Called for third time Friday and was on phone for over 30 minutes sith Sokia. Two weeks ago I was told by her that a refund had been issued. Also, after they built my site, it took them over 2 weeks to figure why they were unable to get it to go live. Been a horrible experience and I'm getting ready to call for a fourth time today.

I signed up for a. 99 cent logo. Now a year later I get billed $9.95 a month. When you try to talk to them to cancel they give you total run around.
Ended up calling my Visa card co. To report fraud and cancel. Very bad people.
I am pleased with the help I received. Not sure if the charge is coming off, but I feel confidant that it will, because the rep made me feel assured that they were doing all they can to help the problem. Nice energy and good customer service skills.

I want to thank Tyler and Erin at Web.com for helping me to pursue my dream. They both were very patient and listened to what I was saying and understood what I was trying to accomplish. They walked me through the entire process and explained things to me at a level I could understand. I could not have asked for better customer service. You have two excellent employees in Tyler and Erin and after speaking with them I knew that I had made the right decision in choosing Web.com.
I gave this company a try for online marketing (ads) for my law firm. It took them a while to get my information correct. Even when they did, I did not get any useful contacts from clients. There were maybe 5 or so phone calls and all but one were from robo-calls. And the only one that was not a robo-call was a hang up and we could never verify if it was a genuine call or not. I had to pay over $1500 for this. I will never use them again.

The website looks very impressive; Lincoln did an excellent job! There were many corrections that needed to be made and Monique was of immense help. I have been trying since November to cancel and even though I have an email confirming that I am cancelled they are still charging my account. I had to get my bank involved and file legal charges against them to STOP The charges. I am almost down $200. There services were terrible too
