Customer service is awesome. Love the templates provided and how easy it is to create a wesbite.
Help is available 24/7. The site design is 9 out of 10. I have been with another web designer, and Web.com is more user friendly. I would like to see availability for my email on the left side menu when I first sign in.
Honestly, the worst when it comes to knowledge. The transfers I went thru JUST to get one piece of information. 6 times I was transferred and not one person could help until I asked to be transferred to the cancellation department. Look for another hosting service. 3 years of wasted time and money.
The website looks very impressive; Lincoln did an excellent job! There were many corrections that needed to be made and Monique was of immense help. She persevered to get everything done including the website to go live! And Dominique was also a significant help. Reyl was able to correct the LOGO. Thank you all so very much.

Have been trying for over a month try to add a free email and still not solved spending hours on the phone. Being told it takes 72 hours to work. Now 10-11-23 and still not fixed or told what to do that works.

Searched internet for site that has person to person conversations.
They contacted me at just the right time. I was in the process of creating my website myself and was really stressed out about how much time it was likely to take and the degree to which it would require skills and abilities that don't exactly fall within my list of strengths. Right now. I am thrilled that they are relieving me of having to develop the initial draft. Hopefully, I will be happy with it. I have generally found it easier to edit and improve a work product than to create it from scratch. I am also happy that I don't have to spend thousands of dollars upfront for the service.
So far the website I had them create costs about 2800. 5 pages and one supposedly e-commerce page to sell items. That page is pathetic. Not one proper listing. The big problem is their email is not sending me mail to my iCloud address they just said it was my problem and just about refused to update it to one that works. I had apple o the phone and they still deny any problems. Customer service is good but they don't want to help besides sending me another email that I don't get to vertmy identity. This is stupid they won't fix it. If I could get a refund and walk I would.
Lots of things to complete, not sure if it is all coming together, so many pieces to the puzzle.
But good navigation through the maze, slowly getting up to speed.
Cant wait to talk to someone about some things.
My last experience with you all was horrible. Your employee did not send me the information to connect my website with the domain. I called back and spent hours on the phone. Your staff are poorly trained. I prefer the previous owner.
The Web Consultant that help me today was Julie. She was very helpful when it can to helping me with the beginning stages of my first website. I would recommend her to anyone who is starting their first website.

I've reached out to customer service on multiple occasions. For simple issues, I received assistance without any problems. However, when I encountered an issue with my account – specifically, I had subscribed to a package that included 'MySchedule,' but I didn't receive it – things took a frustrating turn. When I contacted customer support about this, they informed me that I didn't have 'MySchedule,' and nobody seemed willing to help resolve the issue. I made multiple calls, but the problem persisted. On one occasion, I had a particularly unpleasant interaction with an agent. After our conversation was over, she refused to hang up, presumably to prevent me from leaving negative feedback. I waited for about 10 minutes, but she still didn't disconnect the call. When I asked her to hang up, she claimed she couldn't. It left me feeling that the customer support team either lacks the authority to make changes to accounts or simply isn't motivated to assist customers.

Every since i purchased this domain name, i've had nothing but problems accessing my website and I continue to get error messages when I go in to edit. In addition to that, the 2nd tier person never called me back

I was totally overwhelmed with what is needed to create a functioning website for my foundation. My head is spinning and I am truly tired and drain from just providing the necessary information to the 2 consultant that I have been dealing with (Erin/Dianne). They both see quite knowledgeable with what was presented to me and they were both quite helpful. Beyond that, I have to wait for the first draft because my head is still spinning.

Bryce and Robin were both terrific to work with and made me feel like they really cared about my site personally. Bryce helped be to choose a product that fit my business and Robin set about gathering information about my existing website with another company so it could be refined with Web.com at a less expensive price.
I am owed £200. All requests for a refund, which I am legally owed have been dismissed over the phone and in emails. You have not delivered the product I paid for. You wasted my time for 5 weeks during which I called and left countless messages, had frustrating conversations and sent email endless updates which have all been ignored.
I want to be clear, this is THEFT.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are bizarrely incompetent and I have had the most horrific experience. It's been 5 weeks and I still don't have a website. The first draft they produced was poor and it took them ages to produce it and when I tried to get the modifications done - well it's been 3 weeks and I still have nothing. They asked me to fill out a modification form, which I did and then I found out a week and a half later, they didn't get it. The launch of my business relies heavily on the website so I was very concerned. The business development person who signed me on put me through to a customer service person who ignored most of my emails. Was condescending, kept sending me a link to the same registration form that did not work. Told me she sent my modifications directly to the web team (and didn't), wouldn't agree to rush the changes through to make up for how severely my business has now been compromised. It's now been 5 days and I still have nothing. I asked to work with someone else, who again ignored my changes. I sent her lots of emails this Tuesday and Wednesday, when I called her Wednesday afternoon, she was confused and said that she did not pass my changes on because I hadn't filled out the modification form, even though they were the ones who told me to send them all the changes. She was also confused about the instructions. She was not reading the emails I sent and I had the same experience with the 3rd girl who was a customer service rep but was the one who took over yesterday. With all 3 reps, I copied and pasted all the changes in one email. Re forwarded everything to all 3 reps and included the business development person in the email. None of them made the changes, read the emails, bothered to get back in touch. I have had to send 16 emails this week and been the one to call and chase them. They said that they reached out to me and they didn't. When I finally got the 3rd customer rep on the line yesterday, she made a big deal about working on the website herself (I paid and the agreement was to have a professional web designer design the site for £450) she made it seem like she was doing me a favor. Had not read any of my emails, I kept walking out of meetings to explain everything to her. When I brought up the big, specific changes, she was confused. She hadn't been listening on top of reading emails. She made a point to send the link she had been so laboriously working on for the past 2 hours. She had replaced one picture on the homepage (the wrong picture) and that was it. I cannot explain what a nightmare this has been. I have been so stressed and had to deal with such morbid incompetency. This is not a professional company and I don't understand, give the gravity of my situation, how anyone could have had a good experience with them. Don't put yourself through what I had to go through. Stay away.
They promised they have experience in healthcare lead development and are so much better than other marketing companies. They promise to deliver viable prospects but after 3 months not a single paying customer. Lots of calls for other health care companies and callers seeking employment.
I knew I was taking a risk with all their promises but they failed. So after my 90 day agreement I called to confirm my account was canceled on the last day to make sure my agreement had ended. Low and behold they said I was a few hours late and they billed me for another month. I did not receive notice that they were going to bill me and they actually billed me on the day after I called. They refused to refund a penny, even though they never notified me that they were going to bill me for another month. Be sure to read the fine print in their contract and don't expect them to deliver on all the sales promises!

I've been charged 30$ per month without notifications. I lost 100 $ with this company and consider reporting them to BBB. You can't cancel online, only by phone and it's a hard and frustrating process. How come a company that works with Website and IT stuff doesn't offer an online cancellation option? This only should be a BIG RED flag. Also when closing your account, they will ask you for your password (BIG security breach)! I cancelled my credit card for fear of being charged next month (also they have been hacked recently). Make sure to transfer your domain name to another service BEFORE you cancel with Web.com if you want to keep it.
