Help is available 24/7. The site design is 9 out of 10. I have been with another web designer, and Web.com is more user friendly. I would like to see availability for my email on the left side menu when I first sign in.
Have had an issue for months now that nobody can resolve. Just trying to change the IPS Tag on two domain names, and it seems nobody knows how to do that.
Every time we publish our website it becomes unavailable. No one can access it. It closes the connection before loading the site. I'm also not really pleased with the cost of the eCommerce going from 3.95 per month to 35.

The migration from mydomain has created NINE accounts for me in payment settings, with a place to enter credit cards for each one. This user interface is terrible.

web.com has started triggering renewals for names that were not set to expire for months. I think you noticed that I began moving some names and started to ding me on other non-expired names so you could overcharge me before I ditch completely.
I didn't. MyDomain was acquired by web.com. What an overpriced hack-show mess!

Web tools are not what I had hoped for or expected. Components are not intuitive and the AI doesn't ask enough questions to generate what I want.

You domain names have become too expensive. At checkout I could not use the promo code. I will be looking for a new domain name provider in the near future because I'm sure I can get better prices than yours.
Log in is a cumbersome and time consuming with having to get an authorization code, website does not work with mobile devices, trasferring my domain to your platform has been taking an exeedingly long time, not all web browsers work with the mail platform.
I have been a Dotster customer since 2005 and you bought them so I had no choice but if I don't see improvements then I might transfer all my domains and web hosting elsewhere

Support from chat is good but overall customer support is awful. I opened service ticket [ACR-*******] to update my domain registrant email associated with "kovacevic.name" domain as I lost access to 20 years old one. I received email today to reset my main password with the link. Plus this link below does not exists and this is exactly I am trying to do:
