Customer service is awesome. Love the templates provided and how easy it is to create a wesbite.
Help is available 24/7. The site design is 9 out of 10. I have been with another web designer, and Web.com is more user friendly. I would like to see availability for my email on the left side menu when I first sign in.
Services that were the reason I signed up with my domain are going away.
Because I had no choice.
I tried to get help with my email through chat. It took ridiculously long for the person to answer any question. They weren't able to help me and suddenly I get a message that the chat ended! I never got help. Customer service is terrible!
I hate that you won't accept what i write since it is a two. WHy is this so difficult to leave a negative review.
I did not choose. I chose Dotster
Site was awkward to get through but the customer service rep was great.
Had to wait so long I kept taking care of clients then have to start chat over...terrible.
I had too many problems with the migration from mydomain to web.com. I still can't manage my DNS like I could before.
Horrible experience thus far. Support cannot resolve issues related to supported domains when needed. Every support has been escalated and takes over 72 hours to resolve.
Managing domains
Since the change from Dotster.com to web.com I have been nothing but disappointed in the customer service with the exception of my assistance from Tim Chapman who was incredibly helpful. Aside from this though, I have dealt with nothing but horrible service, terribly long wait times on chat and incredibly difficult conversations with people that VERY obviously do not speak English as their primary language. At one point I was asking someone a question about a MySQL database and was referred to help about a SQL database. I thought the people on chat were supposed to be technically knowledgeable in the products that they support. Is this not the case? Either way, I pay money for a service every month and have been for years, so I expect that the people on chat support NEED to at least have knowledge about the products that they are supporting, like the web.com site and functionality. I am seriously considering changing my service and transferring my domains to a different host, which is very frustrating after so many years with no issues with Dotster.
Because I used to have service with Dotster.com and it was transferred
The transition from Dotster has been a mess. Billing issues, stupid website layout, support people that don't seem to know what's going on. I'm probably leaving to another registrar.
It's not by choice.
Terrible transition, completely incompetent. Now they are removing features like free email forwarding.
The person tried their best, but couldn't make up for a crappy outfit.
I did not, I was kidnapped when they acquired dotster.
My site was down and your support for me was abysmal. Basically non-existent. Reps listened well but provided solutions that didn't make sense and didn't work when I tried them.
Zero app for email, zero direct way to access email; not user friendly
Already paid for
Login was secure and fast. Dashboard is a bit too simple. Need to look for the appropriate sections elsewhere.
Need to print past invoices
It took a long time to get my site up and running, but it works great and I like the template I used to build my site.
You were the cheapest option.
So difficult for a first time user. I have struggled to get an email to work
During the last 3 months, my site has been down 6 weeks!
I have been with MyDomain for 14 years and now the service is terrible
I've been trying for a while to get my website up and running. I've been on hold several times and I've been told that they would call me back but they haven't done so.
Love web.com, very easy to use. Customer service has been great.
I use to be with Wordpress, but found building a website with them to complicated.
I cannot update the company payment method using my PayPal account
This thing keeps popping up saying it wants me to tell you what I think of your site. I was trying to get something done, and this pops up every time I go to the page. It's super annoying.
I didn't. I was a dotster client and you guys bought them. I had not say in this at all.
Too much unnecessary email and a price increase that was way too much to my liking for the service since the merge with Domain.com where I had my sites for the past 10+ years
To move my domains away
Needed to change the nameservers and provide DKIM key. However, in using the MX Toolbox for brrice.org (our main domain) it's still incorrect
Angry about the mail redirection situation.

I didn't. I was forced to.
My e-mail has not worked since it was transfered from dotster I've attempted to get it fixed through chat whit webc.om several times and it still does not work. I'm considering changing hosts.
Getting a new card added has been a nightmare. Solution was "verify your email". I did that. It still doesn't work.
I have no way to merge all these mydomain accounts together. Can't alter payment method on checkout.
MyDomain import.
