Help is available 24/7. The site design is 9 out of 10. I have been with another web designer, and Web.com is more user friendly. I would like to see availability for my email on the left side menu when I first sign in.

I have been a mydomain.com customer for at least 20 years. They were more responsive and flexible than web.com.

There is always an excuse but not a solution. My website is no running because an internal error and no one has give us a solution.

Every interaction I've had with web.com and every attempt to use your website has been negative and frustrating.
Do not under any circumstances use this service when there are better providers out there. Especially for WordPress, they are trash. Their service and support are both garbage, I would not recommend this provider to my worst enemy. They will nickel and dime you for services others provide for free, stay away! Also, their chat support is full of Bots and canned AI responses, not great for tech support.

Do not buy WordPress here, their service is trash, and the support is worse. It's all bots and canned responses. It's the worst value for hosting I've ever seen.

Access to my email has been unreliable. Some days, I am just not receiving email at all. When I send test email to these addresses, they bounce.
All of your new notifications and warnings and updates are very unfriendly. I miss just plain DOTSTER.
Absolutely horrible! It has taken weeks to resolve even the most trivial issues. You're customer reps knowledge and ability to help are a joke.
