Customer service is awesome. Love the templates provided and how easy it is to create a wesbite.
Help is available 24/7. The site design is 9 out of 10. I have been with another web designer, and Web.com is more user friendly. I would like to see availability for my email on the left side menu when I first sign in.

BC I KNEW SOME ONE WHO USE TO WORK THERE AND I ENJOY WHATS OFFERED BUT THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE FIRED, AS THEY ARE UNAPOLOGTIC FOR THEIR MISTAKES AND ARE UNKNOWLEDGABLE
My experience has been good so far. I had a little trouble trying to make my page responsive for laptops, tablets, and phones but I figured it out I think.
I saw an ad for it and wanted to give it a try. I also like how easy it is to set up the page and store.

You have a stupid chat window that you can't get rid of that covers my account window.
This people scam me of my money. I contacted there customer support. And I told them I registered here by mistake. They should terminate my account immediately. I did all I was asked to do. And yet every month. They remove $34.99 from Visa card. I have tired to contact them but no response. Please stay away from this people.
Haven't gone live yet, but really enjoyed the Logo builder. The website builder is going fine. The email account is an extra bonus! I will likely need to add more email accounts, if possible.

Run into many technical issues, the site is glitchy and closes out a lot while I am updating or adding items or editing my website. Not user friendly, the website building is at times frustrating and there are many lacks of options such as ability to add a personalization box for customers during item purchase.
I choose it because I already paid for the website hosting and don’t want to start over with another one until this one expires
