Customer service is awesome. Love the templates provided and how easy it is to create a wesbite.
Help is available 24/7. The site design is 9 out of 10. I have been with another web designer, and Web.com is more user friendly. I would like to see availability for my email on the left side menu when I first sign in.
Most of services do not work - including the most basic ones, provided by all other hostings. The hosting itself has large lag. Overall a huge regret. Mail, feedback form, hosting - full of cryptic errors, slow and does not work. Awful experience.
It has been over a month and my domain still isn't assigned though I have followed instructions with customer service. So far I have asked for assistance four times and am still having issues. I hope it's fixed this time. I like the services offered and the company. I just need to get the service I paid for to work.
I used to work there. My last host went out of business and went to another company who charged twice as much and required me to rebuild my website. I wanted a company I knew would be around... and knowing the company from the inside, I knew that it wasn't going out of business any time soon and I could count on the service long term.

Ever since I started about a month ago, I've had an issue with the booking system not accepting the new questions that I put in for the info needed upon check out. One of my questions is to give the customers address. I need this answered so that I know where to go to do the 3D Virtual Tour. Without this info it is worthless to me. They send me a message by email every Monday and Friday that says the exact same thing each time. They are working on my problem and will get back to me when the problem is fixed or if they need more info from me.
I chose Web.com because they supposedly had everything I had in my old site for a much lower price..
I've been waiting for months for the tech team to transfer my domain from GoDaddy to Web.com. I've also opened up numerous tickets with the company all telling me that it'll only take a few days or they had to transfer the issue up to a different department just for me still to not have any answers or solution. I ended up having to purchase a 2nd domain to troubleshoot my own issue. This was extremely frustrating...
Beside that though, I think the web building software is sufficient in doing everything I needed done.
I was looking for an Ai powered web designer and google brought you up high in the search ranking. However after I purchased your package I realized it wasn't actually what was advertised and ended up designing it myself.
I just asked for help today and the representative quit answering me via chat.
I was looking for assistance finding a navigation menu.
Sadly promises are not kept. The website developer is garbage.

User friendly with many great features. Keep it simple, make it elegant, create drama. Whatever your preference, web.com provides the tools, and if you choose not to be the one to create the website/blog, they have web designers. Checkout the great packages available. Yup! I'm just a customer.
I am currently having my website re-built. As someone who is not very tech savvy, I can say that the web.com team has made sure that my questions & concerns are addressed and if the person I'm working with can't help me, then they will connect me with someone who can.
There are minor issues all the times. DNS, email, website take long time to get updated, complicated process if i want.com and.ca ending. Even customer support give me two different answers to the same questions.
While browsing for website developers, it is my good fortune to discover and work with Web.com. My new website is personal, not a company, with the challenge of integrating 3 very different topics. My technical experience is limited, so I had to ask a lot of questions and the support was in real time and professional. Each phone call was answered promptly and passed to qualified specialists to resolve the issue. My concerns were listened to as one-to-one conversations, sometimes lengthy. The final result is my personal e-commerce website with reports and e-books; and, I'm excited to continue using their marketing expertise. Wish to thank all the agents and modification experts for helping to make a dream come true.
The smooth talking salesmen suck you in at one price, then you end up paying a different price - all for a website that looks like it belongs in 1994. I just switched to SetMySite and had them build me a new site. Night and day. Web.com is SNAKE OIL. Don't fall for it. Look at all the reviews on other sites throughout the web before you fork over the credit card.
Tip for consumers:
Not good folks. Look elsewhere. Wish to do it yourself? Go with Squarespace. Want a pro to design it? Go with SetMySite or MoPro. Web.com cannot be trusted.

We have some issue regarding the email setup and web build questions asking for support, but never received meaningful guidance and problem solving, only got we need to buy some other supporting package.
Saw a good speaking on your website.
The website wouldnt allow to make a payment. Took more than a week to get resoved. Called to verify that only transactions within the us would be approved and did not get resolved

Had server issues on this hosting from the first day. As a designer, I have worked with a number of hosting companies and customer service agents. This company doesn't read well (never addressed the issue) and never resolved the problem and errors after 4 weeks of resetting everything a number of times. Then, had the audacity to charge the owner to install her Wordpress site since I was unable to log in to the admin due to their server issues. To date, it still isn't working.

The entire experience has be awful. From day. 1. I called to upgrade a few weeks ago and they disconnected my service. Everything takes 24-48 hours, even resetting my password. I wish I was not locked in for one year. I don't understand how you are in business
Always fearful of relinquishing control of our website, Zeke and Marty helped me understand the benefits of having a managed website. SEO rules constantly change and was always a challenge. Having web.com take this over is huge. Just starting the process, I'm looking forward to seeing what they can do to make our site more relevant.

The web design interface is extremely clunky. I honestly did not think it could be worse but then they did a major redesign and it was actually worse. Pictures have to be added one by one in a multi click process, rotating 90 or 180 degrees nearly impossible, add blog button works about half the time. Too many issues to name them all.
They developer said they couldn’t reproduce the issue, even though their phone agent and I could easily reproduce
Based on the name and advertising I thought it would have an easy to use design interface but I could not have been more wrong.
I haven't yet received the product(s) I've purchased from this company, as we've just gotten stated. However, the customer service up to this point was awesome! Rachael P. Was super sweet and knowledgeable. She explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. Rachael seemed very in tune with my vision, and was extremely helpful on the creative end.
Cory, on the sales end of this experience, was also terrific! He was patient and explained the product with a great deal of detail.
I'm looking forward to a long (and hopefully profitable) relationship with this company.

Absolute crooks. I was only interested in a one-time transaction of $1.95, but they helped themselves to recurring monthly charges of $13.19 on my credit card and there is no way to cancel through the account page. There seems to conveniently be an error message whenever this is attempted. I had to contact the fraud department of my credit card company to get them to stop.

I dealt with Josh initially, to help me determine what my actual business needs were. Next I was transferred to Marty who spent over an hour on the phone with my partner and I. Both Josh and Marty asked us questions about our business, plans, objectives and services. In some instances they were asking us questions that we ourselves had not thought to ask, but that were highly relevant to our business. At one point the call got disconnected, and within less than 1 minute we received a call-back from the same person who was helping us in the first place. Attention to detail was evident, and it became obvious that these guys actually cared to deliver a product that would be an asset to our business, and would help us grow.
Having a third party asking tough questions about our business was eye-opening, and it reminded us that (in business) it sometimes pays to pause and find out "what you don't know". Extremely professional throughout.

The web builder tools are easy to learn. Nice flexibility and variety of templates, themes, components, and functions. Great pricing!
However, I am disappointed in the slow loading of photos. I've never experienced that when building through any other web app.
I contacted customer support via chat and they where unable to help. Told me that the issue needed to be forwarded to a level 2. The resolution information that came via email was useless with no way to continue a dialog but to open another ticket. Very frustrating. Seriously considering moving to a different hosting company as the support so far SUCKS!
I have had a very hard time setting my website up. Been over charged, taken weeks for refunds, still cannot get my SSL to work, despite multiple phone calls. Everything is a major struggle to get done.
