Help is available 24/7. The site design is 9 out of 10. I have been with another web designer, and Web.com is more user friendly. I would like to see availability for my email on the left side menu when I first sign in.

I have had nothing but difficulties since the migration to Web.com. I can not speak to anyone who is actually working on my domain. Your technical team has brought my site down twice since May 22. Today it is still down and I can not accept payments. If I could leave less than a 1 star I would.

Poor service/support. Wasted my valuable time. Dotster stopped telephone support and after the web.com acquisition, i was never notified that telephone support was available. Also, email servers were frequently blocked by google and Microsoft.

Chat session was a joke. I spent an hour trying to explain the Mydomain site was down. My first message was "The Mydomain site and email are down". The reply I got was "Your website is wotking". After 1 hour of attempting to communicate I got a chat "I just got a ticket 5 minutes ago that the Mydomain site is down. I copied and pasted my 1st line in chat "The Mydomain site and email are down" and got the reponse "Your Website is up" I wasted an hour.
No Choice, had to get my emails
Paid for services. Somehow multipule subscriptions purchased. Only needed one store front and one domine. Got two store fronts. Went to remove the unwanted store front and then everything was lost. The system is telling me i need to pay MORE money now. I feel tech soppurt has not done anything to get my account back up and runnig for the money that was charged. Its now been for sure three weeks that my webpage and store front have been down and no contact from tech support on a fix or even to tell me to go $#*! myself!

I have had an SSL issue since apparently they switched from MyDomain to Web.com. My website has been unable to be reached due to this SSL issue. I have done everything that was asked to be completed. Certificate was reissued after several tries, but it will not upload to the site. I keep getting an email every 24-48 hours stating they are still working on it, but they do not have a resolution. This is completely unacceptable.

Trying to finish something I started
I have already prepaid for services on my domains through MyDomain.com through 2029, and yet you are discontinuing and planning to charge me for services that were included with my initial contract and payment. This will not only be debilitating, it is also an unethical and generally dicy practice. Web.com needs to honor existing contracts for the duration.
I did not choose web.com.l I chose MyDomain.com over two decades ago and have been a loyal customer because they honored their contracts. You are dismantling what I have already paid for and telling me I have to purchase features that were the very reason that I prepaid for so many years! You need to continue services for legacy members at least until the duration of their existing contracts!
THE COMPANY IS BASED OUT OF THE PHILIPPINES WHERE OPERATORS ARE TRAINED TO BE VERY POLITE, BUT ARE UNABLE TO HELP. CREATE WORK TICKETS THAT GO NOWHERE TO NO ONE WHO CAN HELP. THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN PROVIDE NO SERVICE OR HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT. WHEN YOUR RENEWAL PAYMENT IS DUE, THEIR CARD PROCESSING DOESN'T WORK (THEY SAID THEIR HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MANY CLIENTS CARDS) SO THEY CANCEL YOUR WEBSITE AND ITS LOST. BEWARE!

I get the run around. And my site still does not work. They offered free ssl. It still is not there. I have called 8 times and still nothing is working. And now my site will not load correctly.
I thought it was like WEBS.com but it is not and that service sold to Wix.com. I guess i will need to go to them
