Help is available 24/7. The site design is 9 out of 10. I have been with another web designer, and Web.com is more user friendly. I would like to see availability for my email on the left side menu when I first sign in.

I have paid for a website $2000 and am not seeing $2000 of expert help. So now, you are charging me an additional $70/mo and I need to see the changes I have repeatedly asked for to happen.
Not a very intuitive site, for example when you want to turn off auto-renew, why do you have to go to a separate place for that option. Why can't all options be in one place?

Dotster was free for url forwarding and propagation was instant. Now I have to pay to point a domain to a url and it takes 24 hours. Takes 72 hours to launch something.
It didn't recognise the only password I've ever used, so I've reset it. I am still trying to reach Weebly to modify my website.

Some things are not as user friendly as competitors sites and content is limited so this requires me to have to pay for other content creators such as Canva pro etc.
The pricing was fair
Too many spam emails from web.com with no option to unsubscribe. Also, no option to turn off auto renew of SSL and it does not appear in renewal screen. Was on chat for nearly 2 hours to turn that off.
As an ex computer engineer this is the worst structure I have ever encountered. I used the DOTSTER SERVER for years with no problems. It was much easier to log in and easy to navigate.

Whoever designed this structure, which now replaces DOTSTER after your acquisition, would do well to poll all ex DOTSTER uses to determine what is really required for those people who run their own businesses. Daily issues with email ever since MyDomain.com merged with Web.com and the tech support is not able to resolve issues in an efficient manner.
Your email verificafions can take up to 20 minutes to arrive. With a 10 minute timeout this is frustrating.
