Customer service is awesome. Love the templates provided and how easy it is to create a wesbite.
Help is available 24/7. The site design is 9 out of 10. I have been with another web designer, and Web.com is more user friendly. I would like to see availability for my email on the left side menu when I first sign in.
Everytime I make a change to one of my domains, I get a confirmation but then have to contact your chat to actually get a change done.
I could write a book about my $#*!ty experiences so far. You can have a rep email me if you want more information
Because I'm already with them (from when it was Dotster.com and much better)
I think it is ridiculous that I went for over a week without email. I am running a business and can't imagine why no warning was given or anything.
Because I have not had a chance to change to gmail.

Pretty useless, cannot resolve my issue so far and I don't have high hopes about resolving it soon,
My domain is registered with you and I have no choice but to deal with you (until I can transfer my domain out).
Was charged twice for 10 year renewal. And I cannot believe that you needed 50 characters in order to accept my complaint.
I've filled this Your Opinion Counts already QUIT ASKING ME. It's making me drop your rating EVERY TIME YOU ASK ME
I was forced through acquisition. NOT HAPPY
Billing emails are unclear and confusing. Unable to synchronize my billing to be all in one month. Feels like i'm getting billed every twenty five days for the same thing. Site navigation is confusing and difficult. Since the merger with Dotster things have gone severely downhill
I did not choose web.com. My account was acquired by web.com as I was a dotster customer for more than fifteen years prior. I am currently shopping other solutions to move my accounts and services too as these billing errors are ridiculous
No idea how to manage my email forwarding in web.com. I used to be able to do it in mydomain.com
Tech support is awesome. I feel I've been able to create a nice site. However I wish I had not paid for the quick start site because I could have done it my self.
The work at my registrar site is the hardest part.
Research, my old hosting company which I was with for 22 years is going out of business.
I started an upgrade process in March and still don't have working email. I have been charged for both the old and new websites and I am told there is no one I can escalate to.
I will not choose Web.com in the future and will look for other companies.
Phone assistance was good. It took a while but that was on me. Had difficulty getting Filezilla to work but the agent was helpful. He sent me a screenshot of what I should see but wasn't. I had a corrupted download of Filezilla, after reload of a new copy, it worked fine. He was patient as we worked through it. All looks good now.
Previous host had little / no support and wanted to increase my price to give that support... Web.com improved service / support.
We got migrated to web.com from dotster. The migration was totally bungled, and all we got from support after waiting for a live chat agent was "We can't help you", and "there is no manager available to help you". AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have signed in and I didn't like the services provided and I was not satisfied. I called in to cancel and refund but I have been told 3 days required to recover the payment. It is clear to me then that your company is not confident and that's why you would have such a policy. I only been deigned in for 4 days. What a waste!
Just take me to the account home right away, no pop ups, or other pre-screens before hand.
Continuous issues with login and features missing that were contracted and no longer display. Terrible.
I did not. We transferred without choice from MyDomain.Com
Site is clunky and hard to manage. Support is hard to understand. Constantly have SSL renewall issues.
I'm a former customer of mydomain.com, so I'm just getting to know your new site.

I want to access my e-mail and it is more difficult than I want
Bad service no update on problem with nameserver not being accepted--so i will reommend against your service
Been using mydomain for years now this change and i have to get a code every time i login---forget it
I don't struggle with your dashboard and everything works fine
I don't struggle with your dashboard and everything works fine
Unable to get to pages to actually change any settings for auto renewal of services.
For a professional registrar, missing functionality that administrators require: zone export / import, bulk features not working, pretty sad
User-friendly interface. I appreciate the variety of templates and additional features, plus the convenience of purchasing a domain through the same platform.
Not working, overpriced, bad customer service, and feedback has to be at least 50 characters
Didn't choose it, was migrated from mydomain.com. Not a good experience:-(
