Help is available 24/7. The site design is 9 out of 10. I have been with another web designer, and Web.com is more user friendly. I would like to see availability for my email on the left side menu when I first sign in.
Our website did not work today. I called web.com and was told the account was deleted since our credit card was declined. We are paying web.com $14.95 for years. And the credit card is still good and also we left our bank account number to them ( the bank account was charged in Aug. 2020.)
Now they told me that the website has to be rebuilt after 3 months past due.
Is there anyone can help to solve the issue?
We paid web.com $29.95 started 2012, and reduced to $14.95 in 2016. Now we even did understand what the payment for after we spoke with the different department about two hours.
I am very busy and have not taken the time to finish the web site. I am going to try searching your stock photos since looking for photos in my files is taking too much time.
I finally have some office time today to try to see how that idea works.
I have an animated logo that I would like to use. I do not like having to post videos to youtube in order to put them on my page.

They never answer their phones, their customer support is only automated, and the personal account manager I was given NEVER returns calls. They take your money then NEVER deliver what they say they will. Horrible, horrible company!

My website keeps going to under construction despite fixing it several times. I will be leaving this service once i figure out how to do so because you need to be a computer geek to understand how to use your software and that i am not!

She was very pleasant. Very helpful. She offered great feedback and suggestions. We actually got disconnected on a few occasions due to me being on the road. She promptly called back. It was just a great overall interaction. I felt that she was really concerned about getting my website up and running in a manner that would please both me and my clients.

It may take several phone calls and emails but understandable as only I totally understand my wants and needs and not always capable of communicating complete with a single attempt. Be very careful, They will bill your credit card without your permission even after you cancel, and will lie and make all kinds of excuses not to give it back... run from this company they will rob you.

I have been a client of web.com for 10 years and it's been a nightmare. Steer clear of this client at all costs. My first mistake was to buy the website and buying a long hosting/domain package. My second mistake was giving web.com another chance to redeem themselves. You are at the mercy of their untrained and uneducated customer service reps which will only tell you that they will submit a ticket for someone to review your issue only for them to close out your issue before even resolving the issue. web.com has caused my website to be down due to their own internal billing errors which caused me to lose all the contents of my website. They also are very unwilling to help because they want you to use their paid consulting services.

Top-notch service from the start to the end. Very knowledgeable friendly and helpful service. I have used Web.com previously and have no complaints. I would definitely recommend it to anybody. Prices are very reasonable and perfect for anybody who has a small budget. Im a customer from nz and it can be frustrating waiting on the line or the rep taking awhile to assist with my web issue especially when it is a toll call. It seems affordable but it all adds up and can be expensive
Refused to refund after cancelation was made in correct time frame. Had to cancel credit card to stop from additional charges. From the first conversation, they have misrepresented and lied about everything. Impossible company to deal with.

Seeing all the bad reviews I had to put my two cents in and say that I had a good experience with them. I purchased a domain with register.com for. 50 with a promotion and paid only I think 5 bucks for the hosting.
I had a lot of problems with the hosting itself and contacted support a lot regarding it and I threaten to cancel my account which in turn they offered me another free month.
I thought they handled it very professionally and they were always available when I called or while working on my site they would chat with me.
This hosting side does need a lot of work but one thing I did like about it too is that once you register, it will ask for your company name and then all the templates will have your business name prewriten which was really nice since I'm not that good with words.
So four stars from me... they didn't quite get the fifth star but I may try them again and see if I can rate them better.

Have used both chat customer service and phone call, getting a 403 forbidden error for trying to access my web domain from outside my user controls. Last week I was told via web.com chat to manually connect my domain name to the WordPress hosting service I purchased through Web.com. I did so, still 403 error. I was then told on the phone last week the issue would be escalated and resolved for me. It is still not resolved. I will be moving my website to another hosting service.
It was affordable on a grad student budget.
I have two or three accounts and I can't hook up one page with my main page. I tried to get it straight through the chats to no avail.

I like this website but my website isn't correct!
Wait for 6 h or more to get someone. After you try to transfer you domain several times, they block you. They take your money, but don't try to move your domain... they will give you bogus codes and basically your domain is lost. I paid mine until 2030... and I've tried for 3 weeks to get a legit transfer code and they keep giving false codes that have "Parameter value range error" A bad company. Stay away...

I don't feel like it's as user friendly, drag and drop features are not really there. I have already switched over to a new carrier and will not continue my services after the year I already paid for and will not use.

Your representative Hana with whom I spoke today at 5:45pm Eastern time was VERY rude and obnoxious. I asked her to respond to my question regarding the name of web.com hosting company which needs to be added. First she said web.com??? setting up my emails in Outlook. She said that it may take time, and she gave me her word that she will call me back in 5 minutes. The 5 minutes were long gone.
May I ask why do do have such inferior help? I just moved my emails to you, and plan to move my domain and my website, as well. I would appreciate a response from you, not a robotic one with unrelated links.

Unbelievable. Employees at web.com are, yes, nice and polite folks. But incompetent when it comes to making simple changes to my site.
It is so frustrating and ridiculous. I'm livid. Everyday other day, call to request change. Wait 2 days, look at website, STILL CHANGES NOT PICKED UP.
