Customer service is awesome. Love the templates provided and how easy it is to create a wesbite.
Help is available 24/7. The site design is 9 out of 10. I have been with another web designer, and Web.com is more user friendly. I would like to see availability for my email on the left side menu when I first sign in.
Good experience and everything is easy to use. Editor is me favourite app
Great services offer
Your customer service is sub par. Your chat system dings every time I visit the site. I wait too long for service. There are far too many technical issues. You changed your entire platform with zero notice to your customers.
I have been a Doster customer for 20 years and the Web.com interface is horrible. Also, you now charge for domain forwarding which was always free.
It remains free with Go Daddy, and I'm taking my business there.
I remove domains.
Web.com keeps asking me to update WHOIS information. When I try to do so on your site, it asks me for my password. When I enter the very same password I use to access Web.com, it rejects it. Maddening!
Constantly getting emails to verify my information that I click on and they are expired.
I want to simply change my redirect on my current paid for domain names and I am finding it hard to do the simple things here.
MyDomain was sold to your firm.
Not good, new website still not Live after weeks of efforts.
To fix the website to be Live...
Unbelievable. Rerouting email is so easy, I do not understand why this service would be discontinued. Currently looking for a new provider
I didn’t. I was moved
Your processes are broken as admitted to by your team. Yet, you are unwilling to correct them or let me speak with someone with the authority to correct your errors. I am left with verifying (again) my identity so I can (again) fix your broken work flow. The broken flow? Registering a new domain, using my log in and correct credentials, results in you assigning the wrong credentials to the domain.
I did not choose. Forced due to the dotster acquisition
The reason I am disappointed is because the prices increased and the service package size and options decreased. How is that fair. You've charged me 3 times what I am used to paying and all of the thing I used to have available in my active accounts I'm now being charged for them or they are removed. These are sties that are years old not new. They shouldn't be managed this way. You can lose loyal customers who would spend more doing this greedy disservice. It's criminal business practice. Just because it is common practice doesn't make it right
To pay my domain fee
The web interface for advanced users has improved but the price has gone up to a point that it may no longer be competitive.
I'm a migrating mydomain.com user, and I think your prices are higher, your administration experience is worse, and it's really not a great experience to create and manage domains. There's too many steps/pop-ups and default upsell attempts that makes registering domains a royal PITA. And your DNS management system is 1000x worse than the one on mydomain.com.
I don't do it often, but I do it enough. And it's bad enough that I'm considering transferring all my domains somewhere else.
I didn't have a choice. You bought my old registrar.
Site offers good value for the money, nice features, ease of use. But they took weeks to get my domain name up and running and getting support is poor. I took about six times asking for help through chat to get domain up and running. If they say wait time is 10 minutes, it's more like 30, if it's 5 minutes, it's more like 20. A couple of times I couldn't wait that long and had to leave.
It is confusing. The confirmation messages don't seem to work.
I came from Dotster.
Price increased, functionality seemingly reduced. UI changed. New verification requirements.
I didn't - you moved me over from dotster.
I just want to manage my site without being asked a ton of questions. If I click no, it means no. Also, way too many ads and spam emails from this company
Trying to manage my site
Good so far & easy to navigate the system & easy this far to create myself.
My sister referred me
Lorem ipsum odor amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Ornare magna himenaeos vel quis sapien nostra. Euismod purus vehicula, curabitur convallis efficitur ligula velit ad. Facilisis feugiat platea elementum pharetra libero quisque. Vulputate tellus imperdiet pharetra mollis eleifend; duis maecenas sit? Ut vel iaculis ut montes orci natoque.
I didn't chose web.com
The sooner I can transfer all of my domains to another provider the better. That's the quick version.
I didn't. I choose dotster and ended up with web.com
Not that intuitive...slowly working through it. Very time consuming
I paid for it
Your chat support is quite disappointing. Huge delays in responses. This is the second time I am trying to get my questions answered. Dotster was so much better with their support.
Can not access my email account! This won't happened at the old version which we used for over 13 years! But this new web is suck and even contacted IT department of the web still didn't solve the problem!
Pretty bad. Website still not working. And getting good support is impossible!
Will try to contact someone to talk to.
Good service I like this website, it's fast and powerful, thanks to the management
Its ok but I have to pay for everything including emails which should be free with my plan.
I thought it was a better hosting service.
