I find the items depicting President Trump that you have displayed on pages 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the catalog you sent to me to be offensive. Any idea I might have had about ordering something from you ended on page 9. Where were the same or similar items featuring our last president during his 8 years in office? You didn't offer a Chia pet head depicting him in the magazine did you? Why? Please delete my address from your mailing list, forever.
I stopped leafing through your catalog at page 9. I, as a woman, am offended at the items that depict our President in such a way. I honestly believe that whoever made this poor choice to offend more than 40% of their potential client base needs to be fired and sent back to business school!
I have ALWAYS supported our sitting Presidents, whether I voted for them or not. They are all there because they believe they have our best interest at heart, whether I agree with their decisions or not.
I am an independent voter and business owner and I will NEVER buy from this company. I would never make a decision that would automatically offend half of my potential client base. I hesitate to think you'll be around past the next election if you continue to peddle this political crap. Poor choice! SHAME. ON. YOU. What on earth were you thinking?!
Placed 2 orders from this website on 12-9-2017 and still have not gotten any of it. Customer service is pretty much non-existent. Tried the Chat line and still no answers on status. Will never order from this site again. I think I just threw away about $100. Live and learn!
This is one of those websites you'd visit if you were looking for a remote controlled zombie or an alarm clock in the shape of a giant... well, you know what I mean. There are hundreds of them. This one is less tacky than most and surprisingly has some products on show that you might actually want to buy. Some of the tees have genuinely amusing comment, and there are well-known gifts like the Felix The Cat clock or the CIA Factbook alongside less conservative ideas such as the lounging aliens or the Nose Shower Dispenser. Worth a look if you're in the market for harmless fun gifts or unusual slogan tees.
They also have a loyalty scheme called Club WOE (sad choice of acronym there) which customers may join for $30. In return they get about double that amount in special deals or freebies. Should be good value if you're going to be using the site for regular or seasonal gift shopping.
In December of 2015, I placed an order with these people, but the item never arrived. I phoned to let them know and they said they would promptly replace the lost gift at no cost to me. Dandy. The replacement arrived, was given as a Christmas present and I thought all was well--UNTIL January 11th when they charged me $14.95 out of the blue. I complained and they said it was a charge to join their "club" because I had "filed a claim" with them. I was never told about this and I was livid. They did refund the money--grudgingly. I will never buy from these people again. There are too many other catalog companies and online sites that won't try to cheat me.
Everything I order, and I order alot, from ordering on their platform to timely delivery, is perfect.
They have always been helpful and courteous, even when I accidentally ordered the same thing twice!
The return was quick and easy.
Can't imagine how our experiences could have been so different, or WHY Site Jabber can say that MOST customers feel this way. It's only 46 responses. I'm sure they do WAY more volume than 46 orders... that's what I HATE about sites like these.

Received the wrong order and cannot get help from customer service. I am put on hold until the next customer service rep is free. However, after holding for 20 or 30 minutes, the system disconnects every time.
I ordered 3 things on Dec 6,2018. Plenty of time to get my order by Christmas which I thought. I received one item a couple of weeks later. I called n spoke to a few different people. I was told my items are in the warehouse still waiting to be processed. My manager is working on it. She"ll call you. Never called me. I called again and pressed 1. It was the order # to order items. I asked to speak to a manger n a nice guy spoke to me and typed in everything I said about not getting my order. So I said just reorder my 2 items already. He typed that in ans again I was told a manager would get back to me. Never did but finally received my 2 items today. Very very disappointed in this company. Absolutely no customer service at all. They give you the runaround. I've ordered from them before and never had a problem until now. I'm going to think twice about ordering from them again!
Made a purchase Nov. 22,2015. Oct. 18,2016 received charge of $14.95 for VIP Club. Rep said I clicked that button while checking out. I've written an email explaining date by date and asking for proof I personally ordered that or confirmation of a refund.
