Ordered from this company on 12/11/17. Contacted them on 12/20 to let them know that I hadn't yet received my order and was told it was still sitting in warehouse. I explained it was a christmas order and was told someone from warehouse would call me. I spent 15 mins just waiting to talk to someone. Today 12/21 I have yet to receive the call from the warehouse so I tried to speak with customer chat online and after 10 mins with no response I gave up. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Worst customer service I have ever seen!

I ordered eight (8) T-shirts plus a pair of socks. Two of the eight T-shirts were custom designs that I created. EVERY email that I got said that all items were shipped. The package just arrived and upon opening it, the two custom T-shirts were not in the box. I called customer service, and she explained that the item was out of stock and not available. I explained that this was a simple colored T-shirt that I designed, and asked how they could be out of stock. She said sorry. I asked about a different color of the same T-shirt (they had a choice of twenty different colors) and she said that none of the colors were available. I asked why the website allowed the order, and she (lamely) said because the website and warehouse inventory are sometimes out of sync. I asked why the emails said shipped when they knew it was out of stock and not included in the box, and she (lamely) said that it is the holidays, they are very busy, and the people in the warehouse do not have time or access to update the order. What a crock, I will never order from this pathetic outfit again.

I wish I had read the reviews on this site before I made a purchase at whatonearthcatalogue.com. If the previous reviews do not give you warning for this company, let me help you with your decision. I purchased a $49.99 hoodie from them online. I received the credit card statement before I received "the item". Shipping was about three weeks and that was the best part. I received a $19.99 tote bag. The large tag with the "bag" showed it was the hoodie, but the small tag attached to the plastic bag holding the "bag" had a different number and that was the number of the tote bag, not the hoodie. I called the customer service number and waited 50 minutes to talk to a person. I requested a full refund. Their representative stated ok and that she was refunding the total amount to my account as we were speaking. She asked for me to return the "bag" and gave me a return number to place on the return to avoid postage, because I had stated I was not willing to pay postage and she agreed. She did not say a refund was dependent on the return of the wrong item "bag". She said it would take a few days for the return to show on my account. I contacted PayPal, who I had used for this purchase and told them my situation. PayPal misunderstood my reason for the claim, but contacted the seller (whatonearth) and the seller showed PayPal where they had sent an item. The case was closed in the seller's favor. I called whatonearthcatalogue.com again and only waited 25 mintues on hold this time. The representative told the previous lady had not refunded my money and he was not able to refund my money until they processed the return. He checked on the returned item and found that it was in there possession, but had not been process and it could take 10-12 days to process. I said the previous lady lied to me and he said she did not know their return policy. I contacted PayPal by phone this time and told the story again. PayPal rep understood that I had received an item, but the wrong item and started the case again. They contacted whatonearth again, but this time they did not even reply. The case by Paypal was found in my favor this time and the money was refunded by PayPal. I can not understate the dishonesty of this online seller. Beware! WES
