This is something you may want to consider instead of starting your own store. Especially if you're just looking for something where you don't have to be as involved. My original plan was to jump into my own Amazon store, ship in product from outside the states, and ship it out when I got orders. To do this, I was going to have most of my free time eaten up but I was seriously considering it. I guess from all of my research I was targeted by their ads. I'm better off for it. I can't imagine what I would have gone through in regards to all of the time I would have taken. The managed Amazon is as simple as it gets. I spend less than an hour each week checking on my store and updating a few preferences here and there.
If you read one review, let this be it. My experience was terrible. I'm taking legal action. I'll keep it short. I signed up because of their money back guarantee, that if they don't meet their projections I'll get a refund. Well I made $1550 the entire year and in month 8 my Amazon account was deactivated due to counterfeit goods, and they refused to provide Amazon with the documents they needed to reinstate the account. Every time I call I get someone in the Philippines that can do absolutely nothing to help other than tell you to wait. They give 30-90 days for a refund. It's been 6 months with no reply from anyone and now I can't get in touch with them because they deleted my account. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but seriously this is a messed up crooked company. I'm only leaving this to try and help others with the headache and losing money. I'm out $13K and working on legal action. DON'T SIGN UP! They are thieves.
I tried selling on my own Amazon account with WhyUnified for about 3 months and I wasn't really seeing much of anything. So under their recommendation, I bit the bullet and upgraded to a managed account and I can testify and say that it's so much better. No more waiting for sales to come in. They already do every day. Once I saw the difference I was like ok, as long as I follow their recommendations I should be fine. They're the ones with the experience I just need to listen and do as they say. Every time I listened, I saw my store grow. They tell me I need to reinvest my profits into my fulfillment credits then I do it. And almost immediately, do I then see results, If they tell me to get an addon to help boost sales then I do it. Every single time they recommended something to me and I acted on it I saw my sales improve. It feels like they have the map and I just need to follow it. From personal experience, I can tell you if you follow their recommendations you'll be fine. If you don't you're probably going to fail.
No love for the basic plan. I don't have the extra money for the managed one but I really really wanted to get my feet wet with something. Still deciding if it was the wrong decision. I have had sales on Amazon but my account is my own and new. I only see a handful here and there every other day. Not fast at all. I don't want to be the one watching out for my store's health and I wish that I could fast forward in time to have an aged account.
I signed up for Why Unified on 2/12/24 for the Prime Amazon account General Store for 12,995.00 and added the top sales channel buy box and Amazon adds for 7,200.00 in addition to adding 2,500.00 for inventory as requested by the salesperson. As explained to me, this was the highest performing store. I allowed Why Unified to pick the product and set the pricing following all recommended guidelines for the account's success. I remained very active answering all emails and phone calls immediately to ensure a healthy account. I was promised through recorded phone conversations, emails, and text messages with the salesman for the account to earn 3k per month on the low end and 10k+ on the high end. This was a lie. After 12 months the account earned 1,096.00 in total gross sales. During those 12 months I was asked to remain patient, that the process was normal, and there was nothing I needed to do on my part to help the account produce more sales. I cancelled my subscription on 2/12/25 1 year later. It has been two months, and I have not yet received my refund request. Why Unified has stopped answering my emails, and all calls are now buffered so you cannot under any circumstances speak to the billing department, nor do they provide and email address for the billing department who is responsible for the refund. When I do get someone on the phone, they use words such as "ongoing" and "escalated" to stall your request and give you false hope that your request is being resolved. I was asked to provide my back account information to issue my refund almost two months ago. It is now four months and no refund and no update from Why Unified Corp. What is now alarming is the overwhelming number of reviews very similar to mine on other trusted consumer review platforms. In my opinion the company needs to be investigated further.
After my conversation today, I feel very comfortable with moving forward. They are transparent about everything. The good, the bad, and in the middle. Nothing is perfect, and I am not looking for perfect (I tried that with my first marriage) but these guys don't sugar coat everything like a perfect facade. I will be signing my contract in a day or two and moving forward with you.
I really do enjoy my store, it's running well, and the results I've seen with Why Unified have been genuinely impressive. That said, there's one part of the experience that continues to bother me: the amount of gatekeeping built into the platform. They don't reveal who their suppliers are, what the actual mark-up on the products is, or even offer a course or walkthrough that explains how everything functions behind the curtain. And honestly… why all the secrecy? I get it—they're running a business and need to protect their methods. But it's frustrating when you want to learn and understand more, especially when the results are so solid. The reason I care is because I actually think this model could help a lot of people. I'm lucky enough to afford the full-service setup, but not everyone is. What if there was a scaled-down version, maybe not with all the premium stuff, but something more affordable to help others get started? If anyone from Why Unified is reading this, maybe that's something to consider. You're clearly onto something powerful here, it'd be awesome to see it opened up a bit more for folks who just need that first stepping stone.
My store is now up and running. I have been seeing my first initial few sales and am seeing progress. I started with a $12,000 plan with $500 in fulfillment credits for products. Made $855 in a few days. Support says my store is brand new and that this is good. Not complaining. They have been very responsive.
Thank you for helping me start my first store. It's a success. I never tried before and I am glad that I did not and that I chose your company to make it a great start to my first online business. Shane is so helpful and has given me attention and guidance step by step. He needs a promotion or a raise! Both. I vote 10/10!
I am waiting for more products to be uploaded to my store Right now there are 8 products each are making 100 sales a day. Not too bad. I just imagined there would be more sales than that. They said 2 weeks or something like that. I put more money in for credits to get that going Idk its working I guess
The first few sales trickled in and honestly, that was enough proof of concept for me. It wasn't a crazy launch, but I didn't expect that either. Over time, I've noticed the sales are consistent enough. It fluctuates, some months are better, some are slower. Q1 was solid (not surprising), and March was a bit meh. But that's retail. Would I recommend it? If you're looking for something that doesn't eat up your time and you're okay with ups and downs month to month, it might be worth a shot.
I invested $24,700 into a pet store that has amazon, walmart and amazon prime. I quickly switched away from the pet store and would not recommend it. I made this decision about two months into my contact with WHYUNIFIED. I made the decision to go with the generalized store because I am selling products from every category. Much smarter. It limits risk. If you are thinking about them, do not consider pets store and do any other store but this. I made $9,400 more because of this. I noticed the sales were slow. Good thing I was watching. But now everything is going alright.
Engaged with Why Unified about close to a year ago, my renewal is coming up. First month was dead in the water, almost got no updates but after that my store started growing, getting sales, more products, and so forth. The account got shut down twice during my time with them, both times, they got it back up. My earnings were $34,000 which was 50% shy of what they guaranteed. I paid $8k for my plan so it was profitable and ill be staying with them rather than looking elsewhere
Easy to use and simple! I would highly recommend. Did not need to go through the complex stuff of creating a store front or anything. Just plugged on my amazon account and they loaded up products automatically and it sells.
I regret ever signing up with Why Unified. Despite months of waiting, they have made zero progress listing my products on Amazon FBA. Even worse, I now have evidence showing that: They are providing fake UPS tracking numbers — the labels have been created, but UPS has never picked up the packages (over a month later). They are telling Amazon that shipments are being fulfilled from a warehouse location that is not even theirs — a property that's currently listed for sale. Communication has been slow, evasive, and completely unhelpful when I request real status updates or resolution. This company promised fully managed Amazon services, but I've only experienced delays, false claims, and what appears to be deceptive practices with logistics and fulfillment. If you're considering working with Why Unified, I strongly advise against it. I'll be seeking a full refund and reporting these discrepancies to Amazon directly.
Thankful for the company setting up my store and wish that I would have found you a decade ago. I've started so many gimmick stores yet to waste money until I found you guys
I'm used to more traditional investments which is why i was thinking i was scammed at first, stuff with physical assets, clearer timelines, more control. But this? Handing over that kind of cash for a digital store on walmart and ebay? It felt like a gamble from the jump first couple months were rough. I'd log in, look at the numbers, and wonder if i made a mistake. Not that nothing was happening, but it just didn't feel like things were moving fast enough for how much i put in. I kept asking myself if i jumped in too deep too early. Around month four or five, i started scaling my product funding like they suggested. That's when things started shifting. More sales, better consistency, less downtime on products. Not explosive growth or anything, but it started feeling like something real. I'm nine months in now, and my store is selling and i THINK they might hit their goal i'm still not 100% sure if i'm gonna double down yet. Feels too early to call it a win or loss. But so far, it's held up better than i expected. Gave it 5 stars, but with a few asterisks in my head.
I signed up for Why Unified in September 2023 based on promises of automated ecommerce results. I paid $11,995 in full, and despite following the required steps, my store failed to meet any meaningful results. I requested a refund on September 9th, 2024 as outlined in their Terms of Service. Despite multiple follow-ups, Why Unified has ignored my request and failed to honor their own refund and service policies. I am currently pursuing complaints with the FTC, BBB, and Delaware Attorney General, and considering small claims court. If you are considering working with this company, I strongly recommend proceeding with extreme caution based on my experience.
I tried Whyunified for the whole 2024, with very poor results. They ran my stores and could not produce more then 4K all year. I submitted a refund request late Dec 2024 and i'm still waiting on my refund. I've been calling weekly and emailing them. I get the same response "we're reviewing your account" Do not do business with them.
Yeah, if you are new to starting an online store or ecommerce they are a good company to work with. Can recommend them.
Answer: They are a legitimate company but the results are extremely poor. We've spent around $8,500 total including ad spend and their drop-shipping service. We've only generated $500 worth of profit. I would stay away
Answer: They're really quick. My account manager was always there via live chat and email anytime I needed him.
Answer: They are extremely quick to reply but you will always get canned automated marketing answers. Nothing will be unique to your account
