Don't use online shopping in Miami dade, this is ridiculous and sad! You can't get your order because no one speaks English, so apparently they can't read the instructions. Customer service is just as bad! The manager David offered no help! The worst! Why should I suffer for your inability to understand English 🤔

This morning I found an error on pricing at Winn Dixie in Lake Placid. Went to customer service and he called the meat supervisor came and said this isn't ribs and took the meat and said he needs to find out if more was priced wrong. I looked at the customer service man and said that wasn't my fault, it's the store's fault and you need to honor it. He stated that he couldn't.

Two faced
November 3, 2024

I went to winn$#*!sme this morning. Stood in the 1 line that had a cashier and waited and waited. Cashier rung up 3 seperate orders for 1 person in front of me so she could get 3 of the items that there was a limit of 1 on. Probably because they were both black, she never did that for my white $#*!. When I finally get up to cashier, I scan my WD card and was told not to do it like that again, the way I have done it for years. So I asked if she even wanted me to use it and was told she did not care if I shoped there at all. Left all of my stuff right were it was and went to customer service desk and asked to see the manager on duty and was pointed to the same nasty cashier. I went to PUBLIX and bought my stuff today and will go there from now on. As far as I am concerned winn$#*!sme is closed. F them! And the nig..

The winn dixie here In beverly hills florida has the poorest I have yet to find. The store is as bad As a rundown save a lot. Store manager looked like I woke her up from a nap When I asked to speak to them concerning some questions that I had. Will not be back. They are driving people to walmart in publix As quick as they can. Dirty store, Managers need REAL training.

I've never ever been able to purchase from the deli because it's always closed "for cleaning ". Prepackaged is slim picks so back to Publix where it's convenient and staffed.

The store on Ventura Dr. in Brunswick is a really clean, modern store w a great appearance. The meat dept personal gets a rating.
The front of the house ARE CLUELESS, PATHETIC, and IRRESPONSIBLE! As I roamed around gathering 180 dollars worth of groceries, I placed the cart to the side out of people's way to use the restroom for 2 minutes.upon returning.the cart was gone. There was absolutely no one in the cashier area to speak with prior or after the cart vanished. So after finding an employee, they stated the cart was abandoned. Ignorant & lazy people should stay HOME!

Rude cashier
March 30, 2024

I was bagging my groceries and the cashier(Maria) yelled at me to get back to the end of the bagging area all I did was step around to reach the stuff. So I told her okay and she could just bag the groceries herself. She then proceeds to tell me that the rudeness of customers was too much. I then told her that I felt she was very rude the way she handled the situation. There was a customer behind me and when she got her receipt she asked the lady behind her if she would like to have the receipt to use coupons next time the lady came to shop. Your cashier yelled at the elderly customer that she cannot give the lady behind her the receipt. She said that the other customer cannot use the coupons. The elderly lady tried to explain to your cashier that she was giving it to her to use the next time she came to the store. And your cashier just kept running her mouth. She then yells as we were going out the door that we could call and report her. It was as if she would not be held accountable for being rude!

The service was ok, The store looks decent at the front but the bathroom was disgusting, The toilets needed to be cleaned, it has a dark stain all over the inside of the toilet. I carry sanitizer with me and have to clean the seat before using it, it has paper towels all over the floor, and the sink. Also the room for extra items has a door with a clear window, customers can see all the mess, like a shelf on the floor and boxes half open with products sticking out. I took pictures but this page can't, it says it are too big so I can't show you right now.

Well I decided to order from Winn Dixie on line and prepared an order taking a good amount of time. Delivery was set to arrive between 2 pm and 3 pm. Other than a lack of clarity on sales items everything seemed to go smooth, confirmation received, my bank showed a pending payment. At about 2:10 I received an email my order was on the way. 3 pm came and went and just prior to 4 pm I called customer service. They were to call back and I did receive a hang up, followed by an email that I was no available. They said my order showed delivered but the department said there was a problem so I would be fully refunded but had to call back the following day due to posting. No order and more for me to do after wasting a considerable amount of time. While a received apologies I was given no offer to resend the order. One would think that would have been the right thing to do but no offer to resend and we were out what we needed for dinner that evening. This was a very bad experience with little to know help to resolve the matter. I suggest that people think twice before ordering from Winn Dixie. I know my order will be placed elsewhere tomorrow. My rating from 1 to 10 is below 1.

The problem with Winn Dixie is their app is below standards, and the prices on there are not the prices that always come up at the register. The girls are busy other people behind you're expecting the prices to be correct as advertised, only after I get in the car and put all the groceries in the trunk. Do I realize they overcharged me for the sugar and overcharged me for facial wipes I go back in the store with my receipt, leaving the car running because I've got cold items in there And I'm explaining to the girl I show her in the ad the price with the sugar should be then she goes off to look at the price of the facial wipes comes back and tells me that it was a different brand. No the sign was right there by that brand that I bought then she asked me to go into the car and get the sugar and at that point, I said you know what never mind I took the receipt threw it on the floor and I have deleted the app I will never go back up again.

Ur app sucks ur customer service is poor at best. Trying to order for opening; u keep saying I need a verification code u send me the same one repeatedly, it isn't accepted. Any of the times. U won't send me a new one. This is y I choose publix. Ordering from there now. Ur software sucks ur customer service sucks. I will just pay the difference. Had no issues at publix website ordering.

I never had an issues with Winn Dixie until now. The produce has gotten mold on it. I bought had mold and then some things were expired and now the chicken I just got was slimy and unsafe to eat since I'm pregnant. I loved going to Winn Dixie but now it's become a safety issue for me and my baby. I would recommend checking your stuff before cashing out or when u get home to make sure it's safe.

Cashier Curtesy

Went into Winn Dixie yesterday for some soup, NyQuil and tangerines. A cashier by the name of Dayton rang me up. And all I could think was, this young man is Miserable! He doesn't give any eye contact, doesn't greet you in anyway whatsoever! Not even a "have a nice day!" And I find that ironic especially since there's a sign outside that says; hiring smiling faces. This is why WD falls short! Not to mention their fruit a veggies just aren't up to high standards.

Poor customer service

I bought four cans of cat food and only came home with three. Went back the next day to get the one I paid for and DIDN'T get. I was told that because it was not on the sheet as being left behind, I could not get another one. I had to pay for another one.WTH.did they think I was lying? What ever happened to giving a damn about customer service? Theirs went down the drain!

Horrible pharmacy

Dropped off my subscription first thing in the morning and went back several hours later. I saw the pharmacist put the paper that accompanies the prescription in the bag with the 2 other items I purchased there. He didn't say anymore and walked off and I picked up my bag and left. When I got home the prescription was not in the bag and it was antibiotics that my girlfriend desperately needed. So she called up there and never could get the pharmacy to answer so one of the store employees went to check and the pharmacist said that the meds were in my bag and that was that. So, I drove back up there and finally after he was done being a rude, smart mouth, he and another employee reviewed the footage and it showed where the pharmacist put the prescription in their basket and told me that he had misplaced it after all. No apologies, no offer to try to make anything right! Nothing but attitude and disrespect! Will not use this store again! For ANYTHING!

The workers here could use a crash course in understanding their job. During my visit, they were blatantly neglecting customers while engaged in conversations with their friends. It's high time someone took their job education seriously.

Over charged!

I ordered a delivery from them and was charged for someone else's order by 142.00! Screwed up my life! Beware of deliveries! Update: it took 11 days to get my refund and which is fine except for $175 in NSF charges that they should owe me too! Greed stinks,if you cause a problem you can fix correctly then do so!
