For older women with the past middle age spread this is a wonderful place to shop. I have enjoyed my shopping here and never been disappointed.

Tried using ths company several times! Low prices, but low quality! Rather put more money into purchase and get better quality.
My first order with this company will also be the last. I should have realized Woman Within was not reliable when the Memorial Day coupon offer vanished from their website one day after it was posted and days before the stated deadline. I placed an order for two tankini tops in size 18 and one for two tankini bottoms in size 16 BASED ON THE SIZE CHART PROVIDED. I returned the bottoms because they turned out to be too small. The instructions provided stated that the customer service of Woman Within was going to refund the original order and process the replacements as a new order using my credit card on file. I mailed by the items on June 4th but didn't get the acknowledgement email until June 15. It said that I would get an email once they process the replacement order. Today, June 30th, I started a chat with a customer service rep because I had not received the replacements or any email from Woman Within. She wrote back that the return department was not able to process the transaction. She wasn't able to give me an answer as to why they couldn't and why nobody informed me that there was a problem. It had nothing to do with my credit card. One of the bottoms was sold out in the new size I requested so that I had to agree to receive an alternate color. Which meant I had to request an exchange for the matching top that I ordered separately. I asked the CSR to email me a transcript of our conversation because I don't trust Woman Within to process the refund of the top in an alternate color.
I use this site. Pretty quick shipping, no muss, no fuss exchanges or returns. Pleased. They do what they promise.
WomanWithin practices 'bait and switch' type policies, and is purposely[?] Incompetent.
In December, 2021, I received my order but no packing slip was inside. I called and requested a copy because it must be submitted in order to receive the reimbursement check of the Shipping Charges and 10% back on purchases through their Rewards Program, for which I paid to belong. [I did cancel my membership the end of January 2022, as I wouldn't be ordering anything and did not want to pay the monthly fee to belong to the Program.] The copy arrived in January and I sent it in. By early Spring, I'd still not received a check. I called and was told they never received it. They instructed me to resubmit it. I did. I waited and still no check arrived. I called, again, and was told that there were no dates on THEIR copy! And that they "threw it out". There clearly were dates on their copy. For the third time, I was instructed to resubmit the paperwork. I asked to speak to a Supervisor. I was then told my case would be sent to the Escalation Department for review. She also said that I should get a credit issued to me. I objected and insisted that I receive a Refund Check, as I'd always received. She told me I would get a call in 2-3 business days. They never called me. Instead, they sent me an email which stated they issued me a credit! I clearly stated that I wanted the Refund Check, which was what I'd always been sent in the past and it was the policy when I joined. I was not advised that it was changed or I'd not have joined the Program.
They owe me a check for the full amount, NOT a credit. Trying to change their policy after the fact, for which I paid, too, is not how a reputable company operates or treats customers, not to mention that I've been having to deal with this issue for six [6] months, trying to get the resolution I was owed! It is completely unacceptable. I will no longer recommend WomanWithin to anyone.
The catalogs ALWAYS come out with a price that is "marked" down from another price. What kind of a deal is this, since I get all of their catalogs and things are ALWAYS the same price in each one!
It is amazing. When i contact to womenwithin and they just best for me. Quality and prices are the best thing it has.
I placed an order on April 30,2021. They sent me part of the order on May 15th. The other item was on back order, and they sent it earlier than expected. I returned one item that I did not like on June 11th. I sent something back to L. L. Bean the same day and got my refund promptly. Today I called Woman Within about my returned item and got through to a person by pressing "0" on the phone. A courteous young man tracked my order and said they received it on June 18th. Their website is very poor about giving you any details. Even though I had enclosed the return form indicating that I wanted a refund, apparently they had not processed it for a refund. Duh... So, he sent the information in to process a refund for the item. He said it will take 3-5 business days for them to process it. I plan to call back to find out if they actually did it. I have ordered things over the years and returned things, and it wasn't problematic. Service has gone dramatically downhill now. It takes a long time to get your order, but the catalogs keep arriving regularly in the mail. They have a disclaimer on the website when you place your order that it may take longer than usual to get your order due to COVID-19.

So to be clear if i could give a 0 i would. I ordered 3 bras it took 21 days before it was shipped. I requested s14 days in to cancel order but they wouldn't per them even though product still at warehouse it was in process so couldn't be canceled. I opened a woman within credit card with purchase. In the mist of all this i contacted another company which sent the bras for me within 8 days of my order and was 35 dollars less than my original order. Bras finally came i thought of keeping but tried on and they didn't fit at all. I immediately sent back. I sent by usps mail with tracking they confirmed package received 7 days later my refund was not added until 14 days after which at this point i owe the credit card company, who wants me to pay even though product was returned. I didn't pay it which resulted in a late fee but also the company who sent me the shipping labeled made me pay an additional 21.00 for shipping and did not refund it so i did not get a product, was charged for the shipping and late fees an ended up paying 55.00 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THE WORST SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY IVE EVER EXPERIENCE EVER

Bootcut stretch denim jean size 26T. Catalog shows them at 26.99 and if you order a certain amount you get some free luggage. I don't need luggage so I tried their website and found the same exact jean on clearance for 13.49. GREAT. I put several pair in my cart BUT when I go to check out, suddenly each pair is 37.19?
I called. WOW. A truly STUPID person I got on the phone. Must have killed a half hour trying to explain this. She barely understood English, kept asking me for some number on the catalog, yellow box number? WTH is that? I said forget the catalog, on YOUR WEBSITE the jean is on clearance. She asks for an item number, well there is NO SUCH NUMBER TO BE FOUND. She looked it up by title and I guess found it, Told her my size at least ten times. Finally she comes back and it seems NOTHING in my size is available? NOT ONE COLOR? Out of 12 possible choices? Chocolate shows up on MY end as "Order soon only 4 left in stock." (See screenshot) Nope, she is not about to sell me ANY at 13.49. AND THAT MAKES THIS A FRAUD! I asked if I could talk to a manager and she tells me "I'm the only one here." I COULD HEAR people in the background asking for item numbers, sizes and so on. CLEARLY this dim wit is a liar.
Repeat customer here they are about to lose forever.
Oh one last thing. I found a complaint board supposedly connected with them. Wrote all this down, and they even have a "desired outcome" section. I said sell me the jeans at the price posted. OR lose me for good. But when I try to submit I get some lame thing to share on social media.

I retuned 2 of three tops I ordered in Oct. 2022. Woman Within sent an email that they received my return.My total bill was $74.86. I recieved a bill in Noevmber and they requestd a min payment of $30. (The top I kept was $18.49. I made a payment $30. Dec. Came around and they wanted another payment. I didn't check for a bill so then I was penalized $39.00 late fee. I expected to recieve my credit before December. I called customer service and was told they would remove the late fee. I paid $30. AgainThey did not remove late fee! January still no refund an I received another late fee on January 2. Billed date Jan 1. They stated my balance was now $46.86. I paid the balance in full just to get this cleared up. Jan 10th I see a reminder that I will have a bill coming Feb. 1. So far I have given them $106.86 for a $74. Order that I only kept a top for $18.49. I emailed them and have not recieved a response. I contacted the BBB and am forwarding all my info I have and am sending to the Att. Gen. Of New York. This is outright fraud. This company is stealing our money. I cut up my card and will never order from them again. I have been a customer for over 20 years. Too bad there isn't a Class Action suit filed for this corruption. I would certainly like to send my complaint to someone who can resolve this issue.
Answer: I don't know about charging for each item but you are always charged a shipping fee for returns even if the mistake is their fault.
