Love this site, I used to buy from them back in the day when it was pretty new and not popular. I recently rediscovered it after I stumbled upon daily steals, which is awesome too but not OG like woot!

ZERO STARS. I purchased a laptop computer from them but I was busy and it slipped my mind to take down order number but I figured they would send email like they said. I kept signing in and it said my order was being processed and ready to ship. As soon as the transaction went through at the bank I signed in and POOF nothing. They said I had purchased nothing.
Then the responses they gave me by email because they understand if they had a phone number that the irrate calls would not end.
So they took my money and gave me nothing which is Larsony, ie THEFT. THEY STOLE FROM ME! DON"T DEAL WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN FOR AN IDIOT

I ordered a refurbished laptop computer from Woot. It didn't work properly (would not connect to WIFI). This is a BIG problem if you have a lap top, which needs WIFI since it is portable. I couldn't find a customer service number ANYWHERE so I could speak to a live person. After several attempts, I gave up and sent them an email with all of my order information etc. in it. It took Woot "AN ENTIRE MONTH" to reply to my email, which was "convieniently" 2 days "after" my warranty period was over through HP. Now I have a computer that doesn't work properly with no warranty. I will NEVER purchase anything refirbished from Woot ever again.

This company does not stand behind the products they sale. They do not care if they get bad reviews, once they got your money they do not care if you are satisfied.

They have zero customer service or customer support. Sometimes they send the wrong item, sometimes they send nothing. You will not get a response from them and you will not get a refund.

What ever you buy is as is, no customer service number to call, all by leaving comments on your order page, and prepare yourself to hear back from Kat, Virkam, and Rich were each tells you, I have no access to your old comments, leave another comment again with more details, and again, and again...

Reveived shoes labeled as 13 (my size). Way too small, wouldn't fit my son who wears size 11. Obviously mislabeled. No return accepted. F¿<k woot. Never shopping there again.

Woot is great if you don't. Have any problems. However the moment you do not receive the products you order they just about completely ignore you and your loss. These WOOTHOLES. Don't. Care if you don't get your products and don't. Even offer you a refund. The best way to fight these WOOTHOLES IS TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD TO YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

Excelent deals, the only bad thingk i can see is the delivery time. But for that price i can waite a little more than my amazon prime:)

Placed my order on July 6th. On July 23rd I received an email saying my order would be shipped on the 22nd. AFTER I emailed asking about it. It is now August 11th and yes I have a fed ex notify saying it will be shipped on the 22nd of July but it is STILL saying label created. I did get my 5 dollars shipping refunded (big woop) but nothing else. Funny thing is my friend ordered the same shirt the same day and she has her shirt. Im so sick and tired of the bull crap run around with the emails and now no responses at all. I just want my money back or my shirt. Im definitely reporting them to the BBB... ASSHATS Ill NEVER buy from them again. Shouldve checked the reviews first they don't even deserve 1 star that says they did something right they deserve -5 stars

THIS COMPANY IS AT T OTAL SCAM NO CUSTOMER PHONE NUMBER. I SENT OVER 40 YES... 40 E-MAILS STATING I NEVER RECIEVED NY BEATS HEADPHONES THEY CHARGED MY CARD AND WILL NOT ANSWER ANY E-MAILS FINALLY CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY WITH A CHARGE BACK WHAT A RIP-OFF STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!

Three weeks ago I ordered three comforters for $17.99 each. Only one was delivered. No notice that two were unavailable. No refund. I had to call. Got a refund for two. When I filled out the survey at the end, the first question and the third were about the company. The second question, the customer service representative. I gave the company a four star for the first and third question and a five star for the service representative. When I hit, "Submit," it changed the five star (for the CSR to =three= stars. Yesterday I received an email that said my three comforters were delivered. Nothing ever came. I called this a.m. Young man said I hadn't been charged (and I called my credit card co. And I hadn't). I answered the survey with two three stars for the company and a five star for the rep. Again what I put in was downgraded for the representative! Both CSRs did the best they could and the company downgrades my rating of them? No! I get the feeling this is NOT a good place to order from and won't be doing so again.

I started using Woot this year because the prices seem good. It was a mistake so I am going to stop using them. Better stick to EBay. Several times Woot sent lesser items than what I paid for, or defective items, and when I complained with proofs, they under-compensated with a pitiful amount.
Woot sent lesser items that what I ordered, not once but 3 times. After showing proofs, they compensated me a lot less than what the replacements cost even at lowest market prices. E.g. I ordered new 1x Breeze with controller and 3 batteries bundle; 2x Yuneec Breeze with controller and 2 batteries bundle. All I received are 1xBreeze with controller and 2x Breeze. Missing 3 batteries and 2 controllers in total! Photos and Woot's own shipping labels clearly show their package shipping weight are for basic Breeze and too underweight for bundles. Woot insisted paying only $50 refund for these 5 missing items, only 1/3 their replacement cost elsewhere. This is not the first time it happened either. Twice before Woot shipped a lesser product than what I paid and under-compensated me, even after I provided clear proofs.

I ordered a Zomm phone leash from Woot and it arrived DOA. I contacted Woot but they told me to contact Zomm. I did and they have yet to respond to my ticket. They both suck.

I ordered an item on Woot.com. Half of the order was delivered. I called to ask if I would be receiving the rest of the order and the customer service person couldn't tell me because he couldn't get in touch with the vendor. Because the items were time sensitive, I asked to have the order refunded and the items that were shipped to be picked back up. UPS picked up the items. In another week, I received the second half of the order that was supposed to be cancelled. I called back to Woot to ask for this shipment to be picked back up by UPS and it was. I just received a bill in the mail from UPS charging me for the shipping. I called and they said that Woot should give me an account number to charge the shipping to. I called Woot to explain this and they said that since I didn't use a shipping label that they supposedly sent to me, I would have to pay for the shipping charges. I never received the shipping label and should never have received the second order. Additionally, I should have received the order in its entirety in the first place. Finally, I shouldn't have to pay for returning the item that was not sent in its entirety and one part that shouldn't been sent since the order was cancelled.

Terrible site.Not the best deals at all.Its a cheap knock-off of amazon. I will stay away from them as I swear they are nothing but scammers.

Go to Amazon, woot is simply the worst. Will not refund your money or allow returns on many items. Stay clear of woot!

I will never buy anything from WOOT again. I ordered a gift for my grandson (#8133). That night, at 9:01 PM I received an email advising me that the package was being delivered to my street address in a different town from where I live, not to my grandson. I immediately contacted WOOT. I was told to contact UPS, which I did at 8 AM on October 31,2023. The clerk at UPS said the package was being delivered by USPS, so there was nothing UPS could do. I contacted Amazon and was told to contact Amazon Chase, which I did. The clerk at Amazon Chase told me repeatedly that Amazon Chase could do nothing to help me. Because the transaction was "pending," the clerk could do nothing. She promised me she would delete the charge but she could not do that until tomorrow. I am not sure she will remember. Everyone I spoke to wanted my credit card # AND my SSN. That makes me very concerned. I spent almost 2 hours and was unable to fix the problem, to which no one would accept responsibility, and, for the first time EVER, I had to give out my SSN. I will never purchase anything from WOOT again.

It would have helped if anyone from WOOT, Amazon or UPS could have helped me. No one would take responsibility.

I bought an Apple Macbook 12" 8gb RAM 256Gb with Retina display. But received an old Macbook Air 2015 4 Gb RAM, without Retina. After I sent a message they wrote me that they don't have the same product to change with (actually they had I checked by myself; absolutely the same even every cent). By the way I paid for 2-days shiping. They don't give any garantee that they return me my money. They just stolen my mone, by the way I bought it on my birthday before Christmas and new year! I do hate Woot.com. By the way I don't recomend to buy anytging on Woot.com to anyone.

Very poor customer service. If an item arrives broken YOU have to pay to send it back and the is the only time they will ever except a return

Ordered a Pyle bluetooth heart rate monitory and watch on September 16. The watch arrived not working. On my first attempt to contact CS (no phone number, and you are forced to fill out a form on their site instead), I was told to check with the manufacturer since the item was under warranty. Um. No.

I explained that the item was DELIVERED not working and that I didn't purchase a "broken HRM/watch" from Woot. They could either replace it or refund my money. The next email was apologetic and asked if I preferred a replacement or a refund. I asked to have a replacement, since I wouldn't have purchased it if I didn't want it. The next email said they were out, so they sent me a return label, and I mailed it back on September 25.

As of today (October 8), it has been nearly 2 weeks and 10 business days, and the item I shipped still supposedly hasn't arrived, and there's been no credit to my card. I wouldn't know because I've never gotten a tracking number (even after asking for one) so that I can monitor its progress. At this time, I'm out $50 and don't even have a broken watch to show for it. I might contact BoA to see if they can pursue the charge to my credit card if it goes on much longer. I feel like I've been scammed.

We were among the Woot addicted. Many purchases with them, My husband and I were looking daily, honestly not once a day either, not to miss the insane deals and Great merchandise. It was kind of fun. BUT... I am afraid those days are GONE. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE! I have SEVERE buyers remorse (Wooter's Remorse). Customer Service SUCKS, Return policy NONE, If your product does not work or is broken or just the crappiest thing on earth, you have NO recourse. You may as well have thrown your money in a bonfire! So all in all, the "insane deals" I thought I had gotten in the beginning have become rather expensive when it all washes out. We are stuck with crap - that is not good enough for Goodwill. I used to tell EVERYONE about Woot, friends, family, strangers, I LOVED WOOT.
I wish I could turn back time, and reserved judgement. I am sure that everyone i told too found out the hard way - this company is the worst one on-line to buy from hands down. Ugh! In the beginning the company was just different and definitely 5 stars... How do I even give this company ONE star now? They have gone down hill and the deals are just not all that great anymore!
