When I saw refurbished I though open box and returns. Instead the computer I received had a manufacture date from 2011. When I used a program that could access the hard drive, it found the hard drive had been on for 890 days So far works fine, but I would not knowingly buy something so old
I ordered a reconditioned robovac from Woot last month. It came without all the necessary parts. I have reached out to Woot 3 different times and not once have my emails been answered or my request for them to call me through Amazon been returned. This was a fairly (for me) expensive item. No one else sells this missing part. I have looked everywhere. The vacuum is not usable without it so I am out the money and have a useless hunk of metal in my living room. I will not purchase from Woot again.

Deals. Woot used to be a great place to find and share deals online. It slowly started to die after Amazon bought Woot.com and eventually was shut down as of Spring 2016. I have ran across a new alternative site of the same name: http://dealswoot.us
I expected Woot to be a good opportunity to find deals. I participate in Groupon and Amazon daily and purchase regularly. The first item I purchased from Woot, a Pyle waterproof neckband MP3 player, was defective and when I requested a return, they first didn't respond for over a week. Later, they directed me to the manufacturer under their warranty program. The last thing I need in my life is more complication so I cancelled Woot.
This site has decent deals if you can handle virtually no customer service. Ordered shirts over 10 days ago and if I had zero status updates despite multiple emails. Their attitude has become you get it when you get it nothing we can do... I've had this experience on multiple purchases.
Placed an order on 2/15/15. And I have still not received my order. Shame on me for not seeing all these poor reviews before placing my order. To make matters worse, their BBB rating is an F.

Woot.com sells one item a day until that item sells out or until the day is over. Usually the former happens first because the things they sell are pretty neat and are sold at very cheap prices. I've had friends buy from here, and things always come as advertised and on time. The woot community is helpful, and the owners seem like honest, likable characters who report that they predict profitability by 2043.
I ordered 99% of my Christmas gifts on line from deal websites. I ordered two new bluetooth speakers from Woot that they continued to advertise as available. One of the speakers did not work properly and they would only refer me to the manufacturer for remedy. I had to pay to ship the item and pay return shipping to have a new item replaced by the manufacturer that Woot had more available of. I asked to be put into contact with a supervisor, but my request was denied. I have since taken Woot off of my list of deal websites to shop at. I refuse to purchase another product from them. Many other deal websites have superb customer service and have even refunded my money before they received the unacceptable item back! Woot needs to step up with their customer service. Maybe they don't mind losing one customer but I have to share my experience with others - BEWARE OF WOOT!
Great web site. I've ordered from them 30+times. And received great merchandise. A recent order of mine was not delivered to me, tho the shipper said it was, and they'd replaced it within the week. My favorite site, and all their su bites---home woot, kids woot, sellout woot...
I'm a longtime Woot shopper. I recently bought a Russell Hobs Coffee Maker. The price was awesome (and it is not refurbished), Somehow it go delivered in 2 days! I just love it, it's frigin beautiful. Yes, a beautiful coffee maker. Using the timer, it made me the coffee I'm drinking right now and I could not be happier! What a great experience, really exceptional. Happy birthday to me!

Keep checking, some of their deals are really good. The price of this coffee maker, I don't know how they did it.

I purchased a Ninja 3 n 1 cooker and it was sent without items listed. Woot said I could return it or they would give me a $20.00 credit. I took the credit, but when I tried to use the it six weeks later I was told sorry it was only good for 30 days. This was not stated in the offer they sent me. They are not to be trusted.
I have a pile of useless woot junk. I have windshield wipers that are so dry rotted that the rubber had crumbled off the frame and was laying in the bottom of the blister packaging they arrived in. I have a gps that was unusable since the day I received it because some licensing agreement dispute that they mentioned nothing about. I have a Bluetooth speaker that wouldn't hold a charge for more than 5 minutes. I have a dress shirt that is marked "Large", but is clearly a small. They won't take any returns. This site has gone to trash. Some states would file criminal on woot for doing business this way.
I was attempting to buy a shirt for my husband and the website told me my card was declined. Which was weird because there was plenty of funds on it. I call the bank to see what's going on and the website charged my card 6 times. 6. Now mind you that transaction was never supposed to have gone through! Now, I have spent the better part of my day trying to get a hold of someone because God forbid there be a functioning email or a phone number you can call to talk to a human being! Nope, $120.30 gone when a transaction didn't even get closed out. I WILL NEVER be using this company again. NEVER.
Recently made a purchase that was not as advertised. I emailed for a refund and they responded saying that, acc to their return policy, my item was not eligible for refund. After pressing the issue further and offering a valid argument, they obliged and refunded the price of the item and the shipping fee. I see a lot of negative reviews on here and I have to agree with some of the concerns. I feel the return policy is a bit too strict but it is clearly laid out. Perhaps my agreeable experience was due to my longevity as a customer but whatever the reason, they've kept me as a customer. Also, I paid with Amazon payments, so I don't know if that affected the outcome since I'm a regular Amazon customer, also.
Woot made a mistake on the shipping and the product was returned without even contacting me. I can't get ahold of them as they don't even have a working phone number and I need a refund because I am fed up with their lousy customer service
Since Woot customer service is so bad & Amazon owns them, why don't you unhappy people let Amazon know you won't buy from them until they fix the problems at Woot? The threat won't matter unless you shop elsewhere but that will make Amazon listen, 'cause they're all about the $$.

I have got a few things from them with no problem. Well no more. Last item came damaged. IMPOSSIBLE to get a response from Woot. No phone to call, only email. Just want a refund, the item is only $4! You would think no problem. 4 emails to them with no response. Stay away, I'm just glad it was not a high dollar item I bought.
Placed an order with Woot for two items two weeks ago. After patting themselves on the back for the shipment, it turns out they only shipped one item and it was wrong. Somehow red is the same color as silver/black to them. Before I could resolve this issue, they send the other one. I told them I would return them after the second arrived since i would return them both. Before they answered that request, they provided notice that the second item had shipped. I told them, again, I would ship them back at the same time but they issued a return label with a five day expiration on the label. As a result, I will now need to go through this process twice.
I have been a long time advocate of Woot, but never will I use them again.
Ordered product and it didn't show up. Checked tracking and it stated I refused the package, which I didn't. In fact I never saw the packaged and had ordered same thing a week earlier and it was shipped to my mail box. Hard to refused something left in your mail box. Anyway, emailed Woot and got a form letter reply back stating I should contact the shipping company myself and see what they say. Silly, the shipping company has already stated I refused the package. Emailed Woot back and told them I paid $5.00 for shipping in which they picked the shipping company and it was their problem, not mine. Anyway, will just contact the credit card company and dispute the charge. It's apparent and my opinion Woot doesn't have any customer service. Would be hard to buy from them again.
Actually no customer support... I got a clipper that doesn't work properly, I was trying to get a customer support. Tried to call, to send email, have them call me back, but nothing. There is nobody on the other side.

I bought 5 Large Size Ralph Lauren Polo T-Shirts form Woot.com and I washed before I ware it. Something happen after I washed, all of them become small size, 40% smaller!
I think I bought five true brand Ralph Lauren Polo T-Shirts, the results appear to be all fake. I E-mail them they want me to pay for return cost and send it back to them, I already pay for the shipping when I order, why should I pay for something in NOT my fault? They don't have customer service number you can call, I called the phone on the receipt, it go to Amazon.com they don't want to take responsibility, by the end I have to call my credit card company to deny the charged.
Don't shop on Woot.com it may bring you to some trouble you don't want.
Ordered a product from woot. When package arrived it was not what I ordered. Not even close. I contacted them and they said oh we're sorry you don't like what we sent you the product you ordered is no longer available. You can keep what we sent or send it back and we will refund you in 7-10 days. It's a total scam.
This is the worst website on the web. If you purchase something and it doesn't work out they rip you off and won't issue a refund. DO NOT shop here. You have better options.

So far I would give it one star. I bought two rather expensive lamps from them. When they arrived, one was missing a part. I emailed them directly and asked them to send me the replacement part. Two days later I received an email saying they can't help me, but told me the lamps were under warranty by Jon Gilmore and gave me a customer service link. I clicked on the link and went to the site. There is no way to contact anyone via phone so I was forced to email them. I have yet to hear back from the supplier.
I have since emailed Woot again describing my problem and have requested that they intervene and contact the supplier. I will wait to see if I hear from them. If I do and there is a satisfactory resolution, I will change my rating.
