Love this site, I used to buy from them back in the day when it was pretty new and not popular. I recently rediscovered it after I stumbled upon daily steals, which is awesome too but not OG like woot!

Recently, I ordered two Adirondack chairs from Woot. Total was about $130.00. Ad claimed they were made of cypress. Turns out they were sloppily stained soft pine. The hardware was very cheap. Screw heads disintegrated as they were turned. Chairs came partially assembled. Quality was so poor that the factory assembies pulled apart with ease. I didn't get as far as actually sitting on them. Had I tried, I believe they would have collapsed into a pile of scrap. I complained to Woot in a detailed email. Twenty four hours later, they wrote back and asked for a detailed description of the problem. They said that once they received the email and some photos they would decide if they would help. I'm just going to charge back the order with the credit card company. I'm done with them for good.

I purchased a Soleus Go fit band and the first one did not charge and the replacement does not connect to my phone. I'm trying to get my money back from Woot but they say they only allow returns up to 21 days. This includes the 7-10 days they take to ship products. STay away from this company.

I purchased a PS4 from Woot and they have marked the order as shipping, however there is no tracking number and they have not returned my support emails. Judging on the hundred of reviews that have been logged on different websites it looks like I may not be receiving the console. The site is very deceiving, I don't know what connection they used to pull credentials from Amazon, but they do not sound legitimate and I have no reason to believe I will get my item or money back.

This company has the WORST customer service and they do steal your money like other reviewers have said. This was my first time purchasing from them and when I was on their site ordering a laptop somehow 2 orders got places for the same computer. I think something glitched. Anyways I didn't realize what had happened until 20 minutes after I placed the order. I noticed two separate emails with two separate order numbers. I was so confused cause I knew I hadn't ordered twice. So I went on the site to find out how to cancel the order and it was too late. It had been 20 minutes and you only get 15 minutes to cancel. So I emailed "customer service" and they told me they'd give me a return label and that I would get a refund once the computer was sent back. Never told me I'd be paying for a restocking fee. So I get my refund and yes I lost $50 because of the stupid website. Anyways DO NOT buy from them, they are a horrible business and don't care about their customers what so ever!

Woot has the most amazing stuff. Great selections of great items from lot's of departments at great prices. And they have 'Woot off's' once in a while with great stuff and great prices until it's gone, then new stuff pops up. Love me some Woot

Ordered an HP laptop. It arrived in short order but about 30% of the keys don't work, Wrote to Woot who said I can exchange it or return it for a refund. I said I wanted a refund. That's when they changed their tune. Told me I had to go directly to HP (really? On a reman?) and then said it was a third party warranty and to go to that provider but that it may take a while because the warranty has to be transferred. Can't get a response from the off shore warranty crooks (big surprise!) and Woot won't answer my emails. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Deals Woot is a website that allows us as consumers to share sales and deals we have encountered or know about. I have purchase items that others have shared links to and have saved good money.

Deals Woot offers a site that I use to find the best deals around. Even if it means saving 5 bucks, it's still a savings. You are under no obligation to buy anything, and you only buy something when you want. Once you find something you like, the website will have a link to the site that has the item on sale, it's that simple. Browse and view anything posted, or post a sale yourself. Once you find a good sale you woot that sale up and that helps others know that must be a good one.

Check it out it's one of a few great sites to share sales and deals that allow us as the customer to save money, it's a win win.

I bought a phone off of Woot. It was supposed to be carrier unlocked but it was not. I purchased the phone as a backup in case something happened to my phone in use. When I received it I checked it for functionality and all was good, so I never thought anything of it, then when I needed it I took it to get in use and was told that it was carrier locked. 30 day warranty expired, so now I am out purchase price. BEWARE...SCAMMERS!

I was an avid user of Woot. I would follow daily and purchase thing I needed for a good price. However, when I purchased an 80 gb Zune, it was a big deal for me. It is a refurbished item, but still that should carry the same kind of expectation and warranty as a new item. I am a music fan, but refuse to fall into the IPod trap. Of course, it broke after the 90 day warranty. The return policy is set up to last just long enough to survive the operating life of your item. Woot's response was dismissive and unhelpful. I am one of many, many dissatisfied customers. $150 down the drain. There is at least one benefit to going to a brick and mortar store... customer service. Don't say you weren't warned.

You buy an item from them with a warranty and when they send you a replacement it is a lower end model than what you purchased. I bought a fire stick second generation, that did not work and they replaced it with a first generation, What a crock.

I bought a front page advertised deal for a DOCSIS 3.0 modem (Arris 6141) and received the lower model (Arris 6121). I emailed Woot customer service right away and still haven't heard back from them 7 days later. It's like they purposely put the inferior model in the box. I thought customer service would reply back from now, after 3 emails in 7 days. This place is NOT legit

For the record, Amazon owns Woot. Though my payment to Woot was made via Amazon Pay, Amazon would not get involved with Woot issues. Going through Woot is the worst experience in Customer Service. Woot does not make refunds unless you cancel the order within 15 minutes after you placed it. Woot's answer is to return the product at your own expense and then pay a restocking 15% fee, in my case for a wine purchase intended as a Christmas Gift. Order was placed on December 15th, paid an extra expedite fee and the order has not even shipped as of January 3rd. Be aware what you get into when making purchases from Woot, a division of Amazon. Amazon be aware how your name is associated with a company that should not be in the online business.

Stay far away from this company. I bought a refurbished toshiba chromebook, and the screen went to hell after 2 months. Not covered under the woot warranty. It is impossible to get ahold of a live person to discuss this with. So I am out hundreds. This company sells junk!

Why not Woot - The one thing that makes my morning is coming into work starting up the good old PC and going to woot.com. Woot is a web page that sells one item a day it could be anything I have seen anything from thumb drives to usb Rocket lunchers. The one thing though is you do have to check it pretty early in the day otherwise you won't have a chance to get what ever it may be that they are offering. So try wooting today and let me know what you think.

I bought a VCR/DVD combo from Woot.com. It worked for all of 2 weeks. I went to return the product but apparently the website terms dictate that you have to pay the return freight, even if they send you junk. So I had to pay $15 to return a $35 VCR/DVD player. Buyer beware. It they send you junk you must pay to send it back.

I had ordered 2 invicta watches off of their website and upon opening the packages i found 1 empty invicta box and 1 watch that wasnt what i had ordered. Both receipts had invicta watch numbers that looked nothing like the watches that where displayed or described on their website.

Tip for consumers:
Be sure to keep screen shot records of the items you purchase to prove the description and image of what you order.

Received a product that did not work woot would not take it back said to use manufacture. The manufacture said to make woot take it back

Thankfully I paid through amazon. Great customer service from amazon with their a-z guarantee.
So if you really want the woot product PAY with amazon

I purchased a track lighting system from Woot 30days ago. Had it installed by a professional electrician and one of the track lights does not work. Contacted Woot for a replacement, they offered a $15 refund or credit. The unit cost $49 Jesco lighting is the brand name. Contacted Jesco--they are looking into it. Woot --your bad news

I've been using woot for over 9 years now. I ordered a product and it was late so I did a return to sender. The item returned to a third party delivery site and I never got my money back. Filled a paypal claim for the missing money and they concluded my tracking number was invalid and shorted me my $78. So now I have no product and no money. Ever since they were purchased by Amazon, they have gone well downhill.

I ordered a few items and after processing the order and charging me, they cancelled the order because the item(s) were unavailable. They never told me which item(s) were unavailable and made no effort to make it right.

I tried to cancel my order prior to shippment. They Emailed me that they cant cancel and I should refuse shippment and have the unopened box returned for a full refund. The item shipped out 3 days later and I followed there Email instuctions. They credited me less shippment and 15% restocking fee or $48 short. After numerous emails back and forth they refused to credit me the difference in spite the fact that I kept sending them a copy of there Email that stated I would get a full refund. The last Email to them I bump it up by stating that I will dispute the charge with my credit card company and notify Amazon there parent company on there abusive service I suddenly got my full credit. Besides I will never order anything from them ever again i am surprised that this business has not been shut down for continually ripping off the public. Shame on them.

I have bought several items prior to this purchase with no problem. I have contacted support and they have not gotten back to me. I purchased 2 tablets advertised as NEW. When I received them, both boxes were not sealed or wrapped. This is not a NEW product! Trying to return them but no one gets back to me. I am going to ship them back to Carrolton and see what happens.

Good prices and, if everything is delivered in one piece, you come up with a great deal. But heaven forbid you get something delivered damaged. I ordered a small flatscreen TV and it came to me just fine. I then ordered a 40" to replace and older TV in another room and it was delivered with large gashes and chunks missing. I was at that point not upset at Woot - it was FedEx's mishandling that caused the problem and I immediately called for the truck to pick up the damaged goods and sent Woot the tracking number for the return. I expected a fairly quick refund and planned to go and get another TV from them, Instead, it's been a week since the TV left and still no refund. I will never use woot again.

Purchased a "New" Lenovo laptop only to find-out it's used! Had the prior owner's information stored on it. It also didn't work well because the speakers were shot and the screen frequently flickered on and off. Woot.com, via email, told me to take the issue to Lenovo rather than accept that they lied, sent a refurbished (and damaged) product, and will not take it back. I threatened to file a BBB complaint and now Woot.com states they will take back the laptop. Everyone having an issue with Woot.com should file a complaint. Woot.com will have to reconcile your issues with the BBB and ultimately you if you do file a complaint.

I ordered a computer and it is defective. Woot told me that they did not manufacture this junk and I needed to contact the supplier. I called Joy Industries and they told me that Woot is on "credit hold" and wished me the "best of luck" I have contacted my bank and filed dispute on the charge. In the interim Woot keeps on spamming me. Wonder if they have ever had a repeat customer.
