First off, the company has terrible customer support. If anything goes wrong, you're left with little to no aid from them. Your bank is your best bet regarding refunds, for example.
Secondly, the US number of the International SIM card is recycled once a month. This is not something users are informed of before placing an order for the respective SIM card.
Thirdly, there is a hidden monthly fee of $1.35 not given anywhere in their price list. The price list has not even been accessible for the past year!
Stay away. Stay far, far away. This company will swallow your money once you pay them, with little to no expectation of delivering the service and/or product you paid for.

I purchased two SIMs for use in Italy. One "worked", but not as advertised: text messages could not be forwarded. The other never worked at all. I had to bail and buy much more expensive service from AT&T.
I never used the SIMs. I contacted them twice for a refund and received no response. I am in the process of contesting the purchase through my credit card company.
I took a Canada plan in Oct 12 2018. They were supposed to deliver SIM in 2 days time but did not. They assured me full refund but 7 months down the line I am still waiting. Their people who were in touch have gone silent. They don't give out any office address or contact number of any useful people. They only seem to have a sales team.

That's really terrible! We can not imagine the anguish you have had to face in these past 7 months. We have set a dedicated customer service personnel to personally monitor and provide you the refund within 24 working hours.
You might be unwilling to believe but your refund request was delayed due to internal server issue as your request was pushed down every month beneath the fresh refund request pile on the server.

It might seem odd but your case was 1/1000 instance of a goof-up on our part. The probability of occurring such an event is not possible in the future. Our developers have also deployed an updated algorithm to highlight the refund requests pending for more than 2 months.

I have been using their number for a year now and all of a sudden they send me an email that my sim will stop working in less than 5 days and the number will be lost. I have all my business contacts and bank accounts on this number how do I switch to a new number in 5 days?
Customer service is even more pathetic! Please be very careful buying their numbers!
Daniel quickly helped me resolve some issues with my account. I wish WS had a way of letting the customer know that they are about to run out of credit. In our case it left us without internet for 24 hours. Not a great thing when traveling

I have used worldsim for a number of trips now as my domestic provider has excessively high roaming rates. Works very well and is backed up with great customer service when i had a few account issues (Thanks Cathy).
As my previous modem turned to be faulty, purchased a new Mobile WiFi from WorldSIM. Used it in some recent oversea trips. Though it did not provide me ultra speed, but I was satisfied as ups and down on net speed happened rarely. Was in comfort while going through internet tasks.
Daniel was extremely helpful. I was looking for options for an upcoming trip across a few countries and WorldSIM seemed like a good option.
After a very useful online chat with Daniel he clarified that they can be used in smart watches and if purchased under the same name i can keep all family numbers in one account - which is much more convenient to top up and manage.

I am going to share something that certainly would help oversea travelers like me. The common problem about all the roaming SIM cards is selecting the correct geographical profile. I found the process tiresome, boring and time consuming. Finally got a very quick fix with my WorldSIM roaming SIM card. They sent me an upgraded international roaming SIM card in which I need not to select any profile. Now it's really a great relief and risk free for overcharging. I found it more easy making the first call from foreign lands.

That’s an authentic power source that I purchased from the worldsim store months ago. The price of the device is not high. I purchased the product with less amount of money than the local outlets of Huawei Products. Now it’s very much possible for me to roam around the world even in the remotest cornet keeping my live and taking it to real operations. I do not get afraid when friends talk about a tour in the place where there’s no power supply. The Huawei Power Bank enables me to stay connected with the family members as I can charge my phone for couple of times with this device.

I've been using World Sim for 2 years now. At first I had some issues with their service, but after they rolled out their new sim cards I have had no problems. I travel throughout Europe and face no roaming charges, and I can call the USA too without a hitch. This is fantastic for me as someone whose work carries them throughout the world. The rates are reasonable to me, and I can connect to the internet for a rate that is a bit expensive, but helpful for emergency situations where I need to check google maps. Also, their support is rather helpful and my issues have all been resolved very quickly.

Early on this year, got shipped to a different dept in my office where I was supposed to move in States and Mexico every now and then. WorldSIM international roaming SIM card is our family roaming solution. So, nothing left for me to judge. Service is proven to us. For family business, gone through different destinations. With only one SIM card roamed and got no point to switch to other. Beautifully they designed all the travel features. I was not helpless thinking about my credit. My new internet solution doing great for me. Unless this Alcatel 4G Mobile Wifi hotspot, literally, my roaming is not comfortable. WorldSIM power bank pen has become a very integral part of my travel gadget list. It does not deal with big issues but helps me with multiple features. With this pen, I can write just like an ordinary pen. In crisis moment, my phone was charged by this pen for several times. Little help though, but sometime it becomes very crucial for a rescue; especially on roaming.

In amusement with my birthday gift 7 in 1 Multi Tool Pen of WorldSIM. Every time the pen comes to me with a different function. If you evaluate a pen only a medium for writing then forget it. Let me introduce with some more action what my pen do for me. It can open bottle. When I get bored staying long hours in the library, I grab my pen and start watching favorite cartoons or animations video clips. It has some serious functions too. It has screw driver inside and ruler for a perfect measurement.
Absolutely rubbish. No credit on phone when arrived at destination. Contacted world sim, they have me a ticket number that is not recognisable by their online service and I haven't heard anything more from them about my missing credit. Terrible service.
