I have just purchased my first WorldSIM card and the product is exactly what I am looking for. A real must for any world traveller. Daniel from customer support has been extremely helpful and supportive. A great experience!
World sim is useless, did not work in either New Zealand or Canada. Contacted customer support and received some instructions which I followed without success. I tried calling the help line numerous times with no answer. I ended up buying local sims in New Zealand and Canada. World sim is a useless product do not buy
STAY AWAY! SIM broken in less than a week! Only way to get it replaced is to pay 30Euro! After less than a week, when I was in USA for work, the SIM got broken. I knew the problem was the SIM as it was sitting in the same phone in which was previously working (just tested before traveling abroad). I got in touch with the support several times. Each time they were trying to put the blame on the phone. If I wanted the SIM replaced I had to pay 30 and it will be shipped within a couple of weeks when I was already back from abroad and had no use anymore.
In a nutshell
1. The support isn't supporting you but just trying to get your money
2. The sim are poor quality and get broken as son as you start using it
A very bad experience
I purchased a WorldSIM for US and canada. It took me really a few second to do the purchase with the help from NANCY that has guided me and informed me about all the question I had. Very professional help!
I have been having a problem connecting my Worldsim Sim in the USA. It can never find AT&T. Bought a new phone from Worldsim that came with a new SIM and had the same problem. I have 'chatted' with them for more than four hours during which I am handed over to other support people which they each ask the same question over and over without solving the problem. In a nut shell, I have one old and one new SIM and neither will connect to AT&T. I have four unlocked phones, one recently bought from Worldsim, and it will not connect using their new phone with the new SIM. Do not buy from them. Service is deplorable and support is a waste of time.

Hi. I started to use World SIM only for phone, and now I started also with data transfer. Was some problem with settings at the very beginning, but with the help from World SIM help we fixed everything. Thank you NANCY. You help was very professional.
First I bought a faulty mobile Internet. It did not work. Then last month I bought a faulty 7" tablet and sent it back at my expense of £8.55. Now you are sending me a replacement tablet even though I asked for a full refund and the £8.55 I spent posting the faulty tablet back to Edgware.
So my rating of you service is terrible.
You service agent was not English and could not appreciate what I was asking.
I will never buy anything else from World Sim.
The only thing that works is the sim card I took from the mobile Internet receiver I bought. I have yet to receive the tablet and what about my £8.55 postage refund.
So awful service.

Arranged for a card at Amsterdam Schipol. Couldn't get it to work for over an hour with the guy at the WorldSim kiosk. Finally got it set up on an iPhone 5 correctly, we thought. Next morning it had burned through almost all of the original credit. Realized we hadn't turned off "Background App Refresh." Turned that off and topped up another $25 and it burned through that almost immediately and we were only using google maps. Then bought a Vodaphone sim at a Vodaphone store in Leiden and it's worked without hassle so far in Holland and Germany. WorldSim is not transparent and you have to look for carriers in Germany. Then they tell you to go to Telephonica 2, but that only shows up as O2.DE on your phone. Confusing. Going to chuck this card forever. I'm out about $50 overall. Best to find wifi and use skype.
All 4 of my SIMS stopped working despite being in substantial credit. Can no longer log in to my account (linked to phone number). Used "contact us form" to report problem only to be asked - not for the phone numbers (which I supplied, but the ICCID numbers on each SIM. Now when I try to report the ICCD numbers the Web "contact us" form reports "The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel". Despite using several servers my end. Phone to Australia number just goes to musical wait (4 minutes and hung up) UK phone the same response (these are international toll calls for me!). Will write it off as a bad debt. Don't use them.

I bought WorldSIM on Ethiopian flight from Addis Abeba to Nairobi and since then i never looked back. With my busy travel for work and leisure, it is of great benefit and i am happy with its services. I recommend WorlSIM and it is very reliable with excellent services.
Special thanks to Simon for your kind assistance and professionalism on the online chat. Much appreciated
Bought WorldSIM with £100 credit for my trip abroad. Instant 10% discount plus personal discount offered via the online chat lowered the price paid to around £76 which was more than welcome!
WorldSIM works fine in dual-SIM Samsung S5 mini along with another one, no issues.
Improvement suggestions:
- on the website, rates are shown in GBP but when bought, credit and charges show in USD, would appreciate GBP as well
- voice quality for outgoing calls to the UK is better than for incoming calls from the UK
- the caller id for incoming call from the UK shows up as a local country number, not the originating number.
The #2 and #3 above may be related to the VoIP leg being used for incoming calls from the UK to the country I am in.
Overall, great value and certainly beats ALL UK operators' roaming rates hands down!
Over the years they were great so I accumulated 7 Sims for various phones and tablets.
BUT got ultimatum from them saying I had to buy replacement Sims for all the ones I have at £30+ each (I had just topped several up recently)
So looking at a lot of expense to keep the £200+ I had on the old Sims.
Can't even keep my Tel numbers. Asked for help from customer service (what a laugh) as wanted to amalgamate balances onto 3cards then replace them basically told to pay up or go away.
DONT TOUCH THEM
My cards are working fine (except for 2 I have been trying to associate with a tablet I have, still waiting for customer service to sort them out) so why fix something that isn't broken.
All it is is a money grabbing thing.
Tip for consumers:
Don't bother

I ordered a Huawei Mifi the moment it was available on Worldsim store. Performance was great as usual, branded product of Huawei, along with the WorldSIM data SIM surfing was never so seamless. Using the device only while roaming when I travel through cities and countries. It's an unlocked device so, I can switch to any other network whenever I feel necessary. I even use my Polish SIM card when I am home.
I bought the Worldsim TriFi (Pocket WiFi & Power Bank) on a flight from London to South Africa. On the very same day after buying it, I could not get it to work and I have been in contact with Worldsim via email and phone continuously, but all failed to get it to work.
After returning to the UK I decided I wanted a full refund for the device and money I've spent on Worldsim, but they are simply ignoring my request. Worst thing is you can't even reply to their emails and have to go to their website, sign in and respond via that which is very inconvenient.
It's been almost a month now and I am still playing ping pong with their customer service. I do not want their device and want my money back, but they are simply ignoring this request.
Very bad company to deal with, I will avoid at all cost!

3rd attempt to send a review using sitejabber.
I read the reviews about worldsim, some good some not so good, i wanted a world phone for my holidays in usa and when i go on cruises, i bought a travel genie, it did not charge, they sent me another and that did not charge they then sent me a orbizz phone for no extra cost paid back all my postage and sylwia even charged this one and checked the charger then rang we to tell me all this happened over a week not months
Every time i sent emails they were replied to,
Well done worldsim
Though the Asian countries are very lovely and holyday friendly, I could not enjoy my first tour. Because, I had an international SIM card that was good for nothing. I could not hear the sharp voice of any international incoming call. Hardly I could connect to any site. This was really worthless side of roaming. In the next, I purchased the WorldSIM global data SIM card. That was really good. I was just regretting for that why I did not buy this in earlier time. The data SIM card had a very good network in every country and I browsed with a 3G data speed.
The Customer Service officer (Allen) is such a wonderful fellow who assisted me with a step-by-step registration of my new number and a seamless transfer of my credit balance on the old number onto the new number.
Got this SIM card on a BA flight. Came with 5 pounds credits as the starter park. Unfortunately my regular SIM card was out of credits so being unable to make calls, I had to use new WorldSIM on my phone. I must say, I had no issues using the SIM card. The starter credits were my luck with which I was able to call home without any hassle. Happy to use WorldSIM!
A great services I have ever get From Mr DANIEL who has the Professional Client handling manner. He is very Good at his service. The WorldSim is ever recommended for the businessman & travelers. It has really good services.
I'm very disappointed with this company. While I think that their products are great I find that their customer service is awful
I ordered a Philco Tablet which included a sim card with £20 credit
It arrived very quickly but the tablet turned out to be faulty
~It took a week of explaining things mostly over the phone before they agreed to have it back for testing. I sent it along with the SIM by Recorded delivery costing me £4.40 postage
They sent me a brand new replacement, only minus my SIM card
I've no way of knowing if the tablet is working with a SIM because they haven't returned it
I complained last Friday that they forgot to return the SIM. 6 days later no SIM card and 3 messages all ignored
I'm now £24.40 out of pocket + the cost of several phone calls
If they don't resolve my issue soon I'm on the verge of contacting Trading Standards. I want either my SIM or £24+ credit
I'm fed up with calling them and getting nowhere. Almost a month since my original order
If your traveling and need data on your phone or you need to make calls, get a world class SIM card from WorldSIM. Just top up and your set, its great for emergencies and when you away from your network.
Traveling overseas and need phone and Data service with reliable customer service that's what I have found with WorldSim. Today, I needed help and got it quickly with Jonathan via chat and I was sorted in a timely manner.
I roamed with WorldSIM one year ago and 3 months back I paid a short trip in South Africa. I felt delighted as my credit was not expired and it put a great favor upon me as it was likely a savior landing in South Africa. Then, called their CS and enabled auto top up and throughout the trip had a struggle free time.
Simon was very helpful and professional, ensuring that the security protocol was also met before proceeding with any sensitive information. I've been a customer for years now! Highly recommended.
Thank you Matt for your good job and assistant, my problem has been resolved directly without any difficulties, i really like the chat option to contact the customer service, its very easy.
I've paid for a next day delivery because I was flying the next day and the SIM card arrived two days later. I basically spent 100 pounds for nothing because I obviously couldn't use the SIM card and also had to spend double the money on random SIM cards during my trip.
I will never ever ever recommend this service to anyone.
Ps: I want my money back
